New progress about Lewandowski transfer to Barcelona that Bayern was allowed him to leave this team next summer but Barcelona have to spend approximately 40 millions euro to get him but i think for 33 years old player it is overpriced and there is no guarantee Lewandowski will playing good at Barcelona such as in Bayern and it is not Xavi habit to get the players with expensive price

I really don't know if spending €40 Million is going to be worth it to get a player who is already 33 years old.

In my personal opinion, I think it will be better to get young talent which they will be able to get for far less than €40 Million. In that way, they will be able to build up a player who will be better in the future and that team will also have a little bit of stability.

Erik Ten Hag is not the coach of Manchester.

Be aware of Antony he can now easily ends with red devils, IMHO.

I think you're right. Ralf Ragnick was hyped in the same way, and he ended up taking them to Europa league.
It is the hype for me again as regards this new mufc coach. People's opinions are frail and change quickly, the same mouths that are quick to praise him will be quick to criticize him if he fails to do well after some certain games mainly due to comparison.

IMO, if Ralf had same opportunity of taking over the club, making necessary changes and starting fres like Erik ten Hag will rather the way he took charge and immediately came under pressure, i believe he may have done well.

Same mouths that are hyping Erik at the moment will be quick to compare him as well, and if he doesn't live up to expectations quickly especially after team overhauling, he is going to be criticized heavily by same individuals. If i were Erik, i will not fall for the hype but will  focus on getting the job done.

It looks like it is official for Manchester United indeed. I hope that they can start off with a clean slate with Erik ten Hag next season. They really need to sober up as soon as possible now. This season isn't going to end well for them. They might not even qualify for the Europa League if they go on like this. But the most important part for them is now that they must have the right game plan for the team and they need to improve themselves a lot in some positions. And I believe this can happen only by some new transfers.
Yes, I feel good for Manchester United fans, even though many of them were complaining that the main problem was the coach, so it's now official that Erik Ten Hag will take over next season, but I think he is expected to make many changes in the team because what happened to this coach will also happen to him if changes were not made. I wish him success as he takes over next season, even though no one knows if they will qualify for the Champions League.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Manchester United have officially announced that Erik ten Hag (ETH) is their coach.
Erik ten Hag will definitely have an extraordinary challenge in managing this great Manchester club. Several coaches since Sir Alex Ferguson's departure have failed to bring Manchester United the way they wanted, from David Moyes to Ole Gunnar Solskjær.
It is interesting to wait for breakthroughs to be made by this Dutch coach.
Glad to hear that Erik Ten Hag is official for next season.
There are also rumors that Erik Ten Hag will bring more players to Manchester United for a major overhaul, which is a good thing because Erik Ten Hag knows what to prepare for to start at Old Trafford.
With many failures of previous coaches I hope Erik Ten Hag can overcome this problem let alone allow changes after being handled by him to become a champion, who knows he is the figure.

Transfer rumours:

Tottenham are confident of keeping England forward Harry Kane, 28, this summer and considering a move to bring Brentford and Denmark midfielder Christian Eriksen, 30, back to the club. Spurs are also keeping tabs on 24-year-old Leicester and Belgium midfielder Youri Tielemans. How realistic are these expectations?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/61152725

If they can they need to sell him.
He is almost 29 in 2 months, and he will go for 30.

Not a lot of strikers are good at that age.

A very strange suggestion in my opinion. Kane is a great striker and has at least 5 years ahead of him before he's past his prime. Why get rid of him now? He is not even 30 years old, which is no longer a "frontier" for football players, as medicine and rehabilitation procedures allow them to be in great shape until the age of 33-35.

I think you're right. Ralf Ragnick was hyped in the same way, and he ended up taking them to Europa league. There have been several unsuccessful coaches. For instance, Manchester United were desperate to hire Erik ten Hag. If Hag can help them, they might be on their way up. This is another chance for United to rekindle their European flame. For him to succeed at United, a change in the structures is necessary. He is a good coach, but he needs to prove himself in PL. At least that's good to see.

Erik ten Hag apparently will replace Maguire. And the player who will be trusted by the man from the Netherlands is Antonio Ruediger.

I'm a little surprised by the news I read above...

I'm not a MU fan but a chelsea fan, I see it looks like Ten Hag will make a big overhaul of the MU defense, but ruediger is one of the best defenders of chelsea, even though his contract will expire this summer, but I don't really agree with him moving to MU lol Tongue
Not only Erik ten Hag, any coach will replace Maguire as a defender except for Ralf Rangnick and Gareth Southgate if we look at the performance of the most expensive defender in the Premier League.
The issue of Rudiger who will replace Maguire as Manchester United's doorstop is uncertain because there are still several players who are rumored to be moving to Manchester United such as Jurrien Timber from Ajax Amsterdam.
Erik Ten Hag must have analyzed his new club Man Utd and obviously knew whether he will need the services of Maguire and other redundant players or not, honestly it's not an easy task to rebuild a new team without the inclusion of some old players, ETH can't play a complete new sets of players in a league like EPL it will absolutely be counterproductive, hence the process of restoring Man Utd to the golden olden days is a gradual process and will take some time, fans and supporters shouldn't be expecting a quick result from the new manager, the task ahead of him is enormous, he will need a full support from everyone.

Almost all great coaches responded positively about Erik Ten managing Manchester United, and bringing Antony to Manchester United, hopefully this will be a very good step, because seeing Manchester United's performance last night was very sad, they were defeated by Liferpol with a landslide score of 4-0 , without reply, in the first round they were also defeated by a score of 0-5, actually I really miss Manchester united being able to compete again for the EPL title.
Ten Hag is fast approaching. Ten Hag is feeling very good to me right now. I don't know why. If things continue the way they are, Manchester United could end up in bad shape this season. Only changing managers won't make much of a difference, but let's hope he joins Man United at the start of next season.

Manchester City and England forward Raheem Sterling, 27, is on a list of players AC Milan want to sign amid reports of a potential £850m takeover of the 18-time champions of Italy. Is this a good decision for Manchester City? What if Haaland gets hurt?
Manchester City have told Dortmund and Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland, 21, that he could join Real Madrid later in his career if he moves to the Etihad this summer. The signing-on fee and agent commission on a potential deal could add £40m to the £63m transfer fee stipulated by Haaland's release clause. Interesting news. Does Haaland really have that much desire to play for Real once?
Real Madrid and Barcelona are both interested in signing Chelsea and Germany defender Antonio Rudiger, 29, who is out of contract at the end of the season but is keen to stay at Stamford Bridge. What Rudiger will decide in the end?
I doubt that Sterling is at a level where he would go to Milan, that would be a drop down for him. He plays well in City which is a much much better team than Milan, so why go there right now? I get that they might have some big takeover and all, but I do not think that it means Sterling needs to quit City and go there.

I do not know if Haaland wants to play for Madrid all that much, doubt that any player who really desires to play for Madrid all that much would send his father to meet with Barcelona, which means he must be just considering his options. I wouldn't go to City neither if I were him, I would pick Barcelona or Madrid, but if he went to City, he would definitely be a beast there for sure.

I also doubt that Raheem Sterling is willing to move to AC Milan, because as you said, the levels of Man City and AC Milan are different at the moment.
Moreover, Sterling's performance is quite good in my opinion, so if Sterling decides to move, it is impossible to choose AC Milan as his new club.
Sterling will wait for offers from several big clubs who are almost the same level as Man City, but if no big club is interested in him other than AC Milan,
I predict Sterling will stay at Man City until his contract expires next year.

To be honest, it's still a big question where Haaland will move to, therefore there are more and more rumors talking about Haaland's future.
What is certain is that Haaland will definitely choose a club that can fulfill all his demands, so far Man City is the one who has been most linked
with Haaland. Because apart from Man City really needing a striker position, Man City also has strong finances that can meet all of
Haaland's demands. But indeed surprises can happen, because Real Madrid and Barcelona are also reportedly eager to get Haaland. So we have
to wait for further developments, to find out where Haaland will choose to move.

I read that Man City's move to sign Haaland and make him the most expensive player is just a rumor. There is no agreement yet because Dortmund also have a special release clause. Haaland's future will be announced in two weeks. So it still seems to be a mystery where Haaland is going.

Sure. It is just a rumor, no official statement from Dortmund that Haaland has already signed a contract by any team. AS far as I know, there are 2 clubs competing to sign Haaland, Man City and Real Madrid. But until now, no clear information related to which team makes Haaland is interested to move, or he prefers to stay at Dortmund. Most of the information we read on social media or the news sites is just rumors, nothing is valid and based on the clubs' official statements. So, just wait for the announcement to make by Dortmund in the next two weeks.  Wink
Firstly, some of the rumours can be considered true. For example: Haaland's agent met with Real Madrid. Such a rumour is plausible because it is common practice and was probably true, I am inclined to believe that it is not a rumor. After all, the summer transfer window is just around the corner, we will find out soon enough.
Oh, yes, rumors are usually not born out of thin air and there are usually some grounds for them. Another question, it's one thing when it comes to the leakage of confidential information and quite another when it comes to the interpretation of the event that occurred. I think that in any case, the last word in this matter belongs to the representatives of Haaland, and not to Borussia Dortmund. I also think that the representatives of the football player will not bring the matter to the deadline and resolve this issue before that, because there is no point in Haaland staying in Dortmund. I read that Real Madrid are not as interested in the player as Manchester City and Madrid are not satisfied with Haaland's salary requirements and the club fears that the striker's large salary will negatively affect the atmosphere at the club. The club is also concerned about the injury of the striker and do not want a repeat of the situation with Gareth Bale and Eden Hazard.
