Some reports are saying that a big step has been made in City's pursuit of Haaland. Apparently, contract terms have been agreed and Haaland has accepted a 125 million pounds contract (5 years, 500.000 pounds weekly salary).
City just needs to trigger the release clause which is expected to be done in the next few days. So - if Real does not make any last ditch attempts, Haaland will be a City player soon.

In my opinion he is the missing puzzle for them and they will be even more complete. They are missing a striker and he's one of the best around.

But, as currently things are going around Europe may be Manchester City is also having some links in this transfer, firstly they are looking for Harry Kane if it is no happened then surely they will try in this way because they are also looking for wonder kid like Haaland for their attack and for preparing next season.
It's the same story every day, just with a different headline! Manchester City is playing an important role in this transfer at the moment. The only way I'll believe it is when he signs the contract at the Etihad. Truthfully, I'm tired of reading these tabloid rumors. He will be an excellent signing for Manchester city and the English Premier League, in my opinion. There are reports that Manchester City has agreed personal terms with Erling Haaland. An agreement is said to be imminent. With the contract, Haaland will be the highest-paid Premier League player.

How is Lewandoski's latest with Bayern? Is there a new contract for him? If not, will Barcelona be ready to accommodate him for next season? If all is true of course Bayern must immediately find a replacement.
In the past few years they have always managed to attract great players from Dortmund. Maybe they can continue. Will they be able to buy Haaland this year to replace Lewandoski? I think Haaland will be useful for Bayern.

As far as I know, Robert Lewandowski was not offered a new contract by Bayern Munich.
And if he is not offered a good enough contract I think he is obviously going to leave for Barcelona.
I didn't even know if they have a replacement in mind for Lewandowski, I think probably Haaland could be an option.

I also read the news that Lewandowski actually wanted to stay at Bayern even longer. But Bayern have yet to offer a contract extension,
leaving Lewandowski's future at Bayern unclear. Even though Lewandowski's contract will expire in 2023, of course Lewandowski is disappointed
with the attitude of Bayern's management, even though Lewandowski's contribution was very large for Bayern.

Therefore Lewandowski said he was ready to move to find new challenges before retiring, after that several big clubs appeared interested
in buying Lewandowski at the end of this season. But Barcelona is considered the most serious to buy Lewandowski, there are even rumors
that Barcelona have twice held talks with Pini Zahavi as an agent of Lewandowski. Then it was also reported that Lewandowski had found
a contract agreement with Barcelona verbally, but there are obstacles from the Bayern side who are reluctant to release Lewandowski
to Barcelona. But Barcelona didn't just give up, Barcelona management is reportedly still struggling to get approval from Bayern.
I hope Barcelona get Lewandowski, because I think Lewandowski fits Barcelona's style of play very well. If Barcelona fail to get Lewandowski,
it's true that Haaland is a good alternative, but I'm not sure Barcelona can meet Haaland's demands for a salary.

The trend seems to be continued at barcelona. i mean they are really targetting a player with a golden age like aubameyang , luuk de jong and now lewandowski at his peak level. previously there is pjanic , vidal and so on who fail at barcelona. lewandowski now? would he still rising at barcelona? for 1 year service might be a good option given the fact that barcelona financial situation are at worst now in their history. dortmund star moving to bayern isn't something taboo though , so yeah the possibility are very high.
There was information that Barcelona was waiting for the negotiations between Lewandowski and Bayern regarding the extension of the contract to take place, and if these negotiations go to no avail, then they seriously intend to sign the player and it seems that the player himself is also not against it. Haaland's move to Bayern really shouldn't be a taboo subject for Borussia Dortmund, but the club's chairman of the board, Oliver Kahn, has already officially stated that the financial demands in this deal are beyond their imagination. It seems that Bayern Munich did not engage in outright deception and entanglement of the public before, so I think this is akin to rejection.

This is because they do not have any money left. Which means that they need to get "free" players, I mean they spent some money, not like they spent zero, but they need to also get players with ending contracts so that they could keep them for just the salary. This is teh oldest tactic in the book, it allows you to keep your financials clear and you are not spending money right now at all, you are paying monthly for the salary (or however the deal is) and that means you are saving money while earning over course of time and paying from that. If they get Lewa for free, that means he could play as well as he could, and if he fails, they would be only down for the salary and thats it, nothing more, and can unload him to another team for very cheap, since they didn't paid any transfer fee.

Buying Haaland for a large fee is not a problem for Munich, so far Munich is one of the clubs that has strong enough finances in Europe so it is very easy for them to buy Haalaand, but the problem now is that Dortmund may not want to release Haaland to Bayern which is their eternal rival team, apart from not wanting to make Dortmund rivals strong, of course, Haalaand still respects Dortmund by choosing to join a team outside the Bundesliga.
This is very interesting new statement because in past we already have too many transfers between Dortmund and Bayern Munich without any trouble and now this new vision is completely shocking because Dortmund need only money, and they have never any problem like this who is buyer so for me if Robert Lewandowski leaves Bayern Munich for Barcelona or Real Madrid then surely Haaland is the best choice for them on any price which is never been issue for Europe's most financially strong club.

I really don't know how Bayern Munich does not have the money to go for Haaland but I really think Robert Lewandowski is going to make a move to Barcelona.
And after all these, I think Real Madrid might be the destination for Haaland. Because the other player which they have been keeping an eye on is still staying at PSG.

Generally, the media are all supporting Harry Maguire, He has always been a weaker defender and Manchester United weakest link that the opponent can pass through. A player like him can never start regularly in teams like Manchester City, Liverpool or Chelsea. John Stones wasn't given much time by Pep when his performance dropped, he left him on the bench for a while until he got back to the level needed but that's not the case of Maguire and Manchester United.

I think even if Harry Maguire is a good player and some people I am sure also likes him a lot, I think it is high time for him to go and Manchester United really should look for a replacement for him.

I've enough doubt that they are going to get a good replacement and even if they sell him first I don't think they will be able to get a better player with that money. But right now I think it is important that Manchester United does let him go and find another player who will be better in that spot.

Are you sure Mbappe won't come to Real? In my opinion, it was one of the most reliable upcoming transfers.
But if it is that what you say, I think it is more possible that Haaland will go to Real Madrid than Lewandowski.

I think Sadio Mane is absolutely a great football player and he is also playing really well for Liverpool and I really don't think there need to be any changes. I expect him to stay.

If Lewandowski were to leave Bayern, Haaland would surely be his best successor. However, I think Lewandowski will stay in Bayern. At the moment, I do not see a club where he would have a chance to develop further. Money will be the most important thing for sure, but in my opinion he should stay in Bayern and Halland should be looking for club in the Premier League.

Barcelona ? In financial crises ? He better makes the switch to a premier league side and that must be Manchester City.
They have been chasing him for some time now.
According to reports he is worth 75 million pounds, and Manchester City needs a sticker Gabriel Jesus has not been making things up well.
World giant teams will come into play for Haaland. I'm sure this year will be Haaland's year. They will give him so many options. Haaland will be transferred to the team with the conditions he wants. I am sure that he will be a striker who will make a difference in the team he goes to. If Bayern sign him, Haaland could stay in the Bundesliga for many years.

Newcastle is blessed with having investors with a lot of money, so they could buy as many players as they want, but without the prospect of winning big titles, they will hardly attract good players.
Yes, they have money because of having a big investor. But this team never ends the season with good results, can't finish Europa or UCL zone. A big team should play in many competitions, including international competitions like Europa League or UCL League. Top players want to play regularly in the best football tournaments. They want to improve their skills and mentality by playing in the top competitions. Also, they need to have a top coach, which we cannot find in Newcastle. There are still many weaknesses of this team, not only about winning titles.
It's not fair about their management they are going to be one off best clubs in near future because new management wants to stay at top which is good and if they can go with patience and have some good decisions for their future then surely no doubt in coming years they could be good and competitive team because setting team for big competitions and having good results is never been easy we can learn from Liverpool Klopp is great manager, and he spends some good years now he is one off best so this same can happen here with Newcastle Untied which is going to have some good players for next season and as they fight and now having secure place in Premier League as they can bring some good and revolutionary for future which will help this club to stay in European competitions for some years.

Only having a great deal of money is not going to make a team suddenly win all the titles. But I do expect them to win at least a lot more matches than they are winning right now. and I also think that they will be able to get a lot more great players on the team just because they have the money to do so right now. and even then that team is not going to improve overnight, I think over time to get better and win quite a few titles in the future.

Right, I agree. Money cannot make that happen overnight even if they will pour their money up to the last cents. There will be some changes but that will take some time and definitely won't happen so sudden just because they have the money, time by time and little by little they will win some titles along the way as there will be some new good players who will join them along the way if the price was good enough for them.

the team need a overhaul and I think it is the strong verdict Teg presented to the management this weekend. I already forgot cavani is still in that team, so are many other players that are too old for top competing teams. Nothing is wrong with Harry Maguire in my own opinion but the high purchase defender tag as English player will put pressure on him for a long time.
Do you really think that nothing is wrong with Harry Maguire? I don't know if you are watching Manchester United's game regularly in this season. But I assume that you aren't as you say this. Maguire is just a big disappointment for Manchester United now. He has made so many mistakes in defense so far in the season and it cost Manchester United a lot those times. He can be the biggest waste of money for this club I believe. So they had better go for a good defender this summer.
The captain reflects the team and the ship is sinking. Maguire made a lot of mistakes that cost the team too much. Dunno why they would keep him in, he doesn't seem fully concentrated in some games and doing noobie mistakes..
ManU should reassess what they have and fix their team if they want to compete the others.

I think Harry Maguire is a great player don't get me wrong but he isn't doing Manchester United any good by staying in the club.

When he plays he really tries to give his 100% no matter what. but in doing so I really don't think he is thinking more practical and sometimes it turns out to be a little bit dumb.

He has made a lot of mistakes and I am really going to be surprised if he is still kept on the team.

It is still not clear what Mbappe will do this summer. As far as I know, PSG had a new sponsorship or something like that recently but Mbappe wasn't among the PSG players there. Not seeing his face makes me think that he isn't going to be a part of this team by this summer. We already know how much Real Madrid are interested in him and Mbappe is also likely to join them. This deal can be completed as long as things go on like this.
Some news media reported that French president Emmanuel Macron had intervened and had persuaded Mbappe to stay and renew his contract at PSG consequently will be rewarded with a better and juicy contract offer, the president is a respected official who can influence Mbappe to change his decision, I believe this will bring to end all the news linking him to Real Madrid, personally the problem with PSG is more of managerial, if the club can sign Zidane with few more quality players, their ambition of winning UCL will come into reality a trophy they seriously yearning to win.
