Mariam London is not a club that wants to break into their bank to buy great players, they only want players whose salaries are standard, Mariam London doesn't really want titles, they only want profits from selling their players, so it can be confirmed that it is very difficult for them to get league title, because they never want to keep their star players. They have released many star players to other clubs, such as abumayeng, vampersie, Mesut Ozil.
Arsenal want to win titles but they always fail in the end where their quality and effort is not what they want. They don't target top players and prefer talented players to orbit each season, which may be good for business but obviously it will cost him a lot of competition.

There is no way Arsenal are not targeting the title every season although some opinions can be justified especially about the transfer strategy of players and the way they are active in the market.

It's sad that Arsenal are never linked to big players. To be honest truth I think Arsenal always scout for decent players but if they want to truly compete for titles at the highest level, the club should break the bank to get big established players. I think Larin will easily replace Lacazette and if he really turn up for games like he does with Besiktas, Arsenal fans will be excited.

It's not that they're not linked, it's just that they have to follow instructions given by the board.
Same thing goes to Tottenham, Antonio is getting is bad cause of lack of good players, The ones present are good, but not born winner's.
This is the same with arsenal, as they have to spend less money and this days , the transfer market has been moved by big money players.

Actually yeah. Barcelona have signed a new sponsorship with Spotify and this would make them have a lot of money now. They are just trying every way to increase their transfer and wage budgets to be able to make solid transfers this summer. Barcelona have begun to play very effectively recently but this lineup is not solid enough for them yet I think. I believe that they would also like to make some additions to strengthen their lineup for next season. And if this and probable sponsorships bring them a lot of money, then they would play big in the transfer window.

Barcelona's financial situation is not good now. So at the moment Xavi has to try to figure out how to build his best squad with the least amount of money, Mbappe is definitely a talented player. There is no doubt about it. Yet Barcelona will have to spend a lot of money for Mbappe. Moreover, the Barcelona forward is strong enough now. So Xavi should strengthen their defense without spending money for Mbappe.
You was wrong, actually Barcelona have good financial right now after getting new sponsorship with Spotify, next season on July 1 Barcelona men and women shirt will show with Spotify until four years later, beside they have name on Camp Nou stadium. I see have much money getting by Barcelona with this agreement sponsorship and will give opportunity for Barcelona got new player for the next season. No doubt about problem new player getting exactly after looking keep consistent performance from Barcelona and have potential finish with champion league spot on domestic league will give credit positive points for new player get agreement with Barcelona.

Erling Haaland will not end up at Real Madrid, this is why, they can't get them both Mbappe and Haaland.
They're both goal scorers, more like give me the ball to score, they can't work together.
Dybala won't play for inter Milan, he'll go out Italian Seria A and will play for a team in the champions league.
Paul Pogba will also leave for sure.

Transfer rumours:

Juventus are intent on signing Chelsea and Germany defender Antonio Rudiger, 29, this summer. A lot of clubs are interested in Rudiger but what he will decide in the end?
Ajax manager Erik ten Hag is surprised Manchester United have not offered him a contract to become manager after telling the club money will not be an issue in luring him to Old Trafford. An interesting story. What Manchester United is actually planning? Do they have any plan or clear strategy?  Grin
Argentina forward Paulo Dybala could move from Juventus to Serie A rivals Inter Milan, with Inter lining up the 28-year-old as a replacement for fellow Argentine Lautaro Martinez, 24. Very strange. Until recently, Juve planned to build a team around him as a leader and now they are ready to offer him to the main competitors for the title.
Borussia Dortmund's Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland will move to Manchester City or Real Madrid this summer, but the 21-year-old has rejected City's first big offer. So the story came down to two clubs and the question of who can offer more money?  Grin
PSG have made Manchester United's France midfielder Paul Pogba, 29, their top transfer target. Should Pogba come as a replacement for Mbappe?

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/60888399
Antonio will be a big loss to Chelsea if he leaves eventually, he has been very instrumental for them but I think he won't join Juventus unless there are no better offers. I think Paulo Dybala won't move to Inter Milan or any other Serie A side at least for the moment for the sake of loyalty but again anything can happen. Erling Haaland might just end up being a Real Madrid player but I still think City can lure him if they win the champion's league. Pogba leaving United will be a thing of joy for many club faithful because he apparently never lived up to expectation but maybe when he plays with a star studded squad as PSG, he will bring out his best.

Buying Mbaape might be an alternative for Barcelona, but I agree with you they are struggling with money. It seems impossible to buy Mbaape, let alone they have to pay his fantastic salary. I think they imposed the circumstances if they really bought it. I think they have to solve the financial problems of the club, after that they can buy new players.
mbappe will not be matched with barca, he would rather be at madrid or stay at PSG. I actually agree more with Messi returning to Barca because the pressure he got there was really big and the PSG fans didn't really appreciate him
mbappe has a fairly large salary, barca will find it difficult to pay his salary
As much as Mbappe is overhyped right now, chasing a hyped player isn't the most smart move. Barcelona have some limitations, so they should stick to those limitations and not take any wrong steps. Let's not dream about Mbappe coming to Camp Nou this summer. In the next season, he will wear the Real Madrid shirt and score a hat-trick at Camp Nou. This is very likely to happen.

Okay! Rashford isn't totally undesirable from the club at least! The youngster need to re find his structure, that's it. It's reported that Arsenal make an unexpected move for Man United striker Marcus Rashford. I wish this to happen when the new window opens. They need striker but it make no sense give away their top striker at the same time. Maybe Arteta has some plan. Rashford isn't a bad player. But, He is not good enough nor what Arsenal are searching for. Arsenal need a goal poacher striker. Might be possible he'll shine at Arsenal. So, he could be great for them.
Rashford is an experience striker coupled with the fact that he had been playing in the EP league for quite some times, a switch over to Arsenal isn't a bad idea, Arsenal needed a formidable striker goal poacher like Rashford which had been lacking in their team with reference to some of their previous matches where Lacazette wasn't effective, Rashford is just 24 with age on his side and teaming up with other Arsenal youngsters like Smith Rowe, Odegaard, Martinelli, Saka etc would form a dreadful team capable of winning trophies, however his signing is subject to if Arsenal is willing to pay as much £250,000 his weekly wages.
It's an open secret that Arsenal FC under Mikel Arteta reign has made some bad choices with transfers and I think Marcus Rashford is going to be another if they eventually sign him. Rashford is young no doubt but definitely lack enthusiasm and self motivation in his game, he pretty much can't take constructive criticism and it is obvious why he has not been a key player for Manchester United. I think Arsenal should stop going for Manchester United strikers who are seemingly out of favor in their club, it never ends well. They did with Welbeck some seasons ago.

I thought that Manchester United's success would increase with a better staff and a stronger coach next year, but I was wrong. Paul Pogba is one of the most important names in this team. One of the iconic players of the midfield.  If Pogba leaves Manchester United, it will be a bad loss for them. Because Pogba is not easily replaced. I think we will see a more successful squad next year. When we look at it on paper, they are all very talented, but when they come together in Manchester United, I have observed that their talents decrease.
Manchester United are really behind when it comes to trophy. They are reluctant and they always hope for their past trophies. Trophies won during Alex Ferguson and His goal scoring machines, Rooney, Van Persie, Ryan Giggs, although Ronaldo was in the picture. For a team to advance currently, They need to do the needful. Their present Boss Ragnick, needs to make some Tactical changes that would yeilds better results. Let's take for instance, Paul Pogba, everyone knows that he is star player for United and the Devil's midfield is not complete without him. Pogba has the space, Strength, agility, name them, but he is still not performing Brilliantly. I doubt if united would be in their best form this season. One of the major problems the team is facing right now is lack of teamwork among players. Ragnick's needs to organise the team only if he wants to win a trophy and qualify for the Top 4 this season.
The probability of finishing in the top four places is also decreasing day by day. Arsenal seem to have filled that gap. I think we all know that Manchester United have a great history. The players you mentioned are also the best in the history of Manchester United. Alex Ferguson is an idol. On paper, I couldn't see it as possible for individually excellent players such as Pogba, Bruno, Cr7, Sancho to achieve these scores. However, it could. If I was in the Football Manager game, I would like to build the squad for Manchester United. They have players that I like so much, but their chances are low even for the top four. They still have to fight for fourth place this year. But they should make the main goal for the next year.

There are some rumors about Paul Pogba. He is not happy at Manchester United. Since the transfer in 2016 for 105 million euros, he has won only 2 titles and that is too little success for him. His contract ends in June this year and Juventus Turin wants him back. That would be a great transfer, he knows Juventus, he played there for 4 years and a few Players there are already waiting for his return. The decision has not been made yet, but there is a great chance.

I think he should move because Manchester United is not will make a great place right now. And it will help the player a lot if he moves to another team and tries to get much more success with that team instead of Manchester United. Because I don't see Manchester United being stable even in the next season. So, it will be a wise decision to leave and join Juventus or even any other talk premier League team.
In fact, if you say that Manchester United don't provide a good place, I think this is a bit of a mistake because if they didn't need this player, it's impossible from the start that they intended to continue to insist on offering a continued contract for Pogba.
I think in this case it was Pogba himself who wanted to leave because apart from his contract running out, he doesn't seem to want to stay at United for long now.

Manchester United really shouldn't let go of Paul Pogba now. His contract with them is running out day by day so Manchester United should act faster. They can prepare their contract extension offer for him and then they can just wait for his decision. I assume that Manchester United also are eager to keep a crucial player like him. But it is still doubtful whether Paul Pogba would like to stay any longer. Maybe he is fed up with the problems in the team and he will decide that the best choice here would be to leave.
Not even pogba himself do something.

it's in his agent hands .. raiola are the mastermind of players negotiation, top level and a greedy one.
i believe there is a desire in pogba to stay and renew his contract but the agent want something else , it's of course involved huge cash despite pogba has expressed himself that he is not happy back in the days , things still could changes though.

I think Barcelona only makes a joke by challenging Real Madrid to sign Mbappe. Mbappe is the main target to sign by Real Madrid, so Real management probably will do everything. I doubt Barcelona can offer a bigger salary than Madrid offers. Although Barcelona has just got a new sponsorship (Spotify), doesn't mean they have a lot of money or the crisis ends already.

When I read Mbappe's father's statement, the chance can't happen because Mbappe is a real fan of Real Madrid. If he goes to Barcelona, it the possible he can't back to Madrid, but if he goes to another club besides both, He will back to Madrid (like his dream in Valdebebas back then). Barcelona is also in financial trouble which all chance can't happen for now.

Paul Pogba like other star players who were at Man United began to feel uncomfortable, because Man United is now confirmed to end
the 2021/2022 season without a title. Therefore, Pogba has not extended his contract with Man United, even though Pogba's contract will expire
in June 2022. When it comes to the possibility of Pogba staying at Man United, it seems impossible. Because almost 5 years Man United failed to
win the title in all competitions, Pogba who joined Man United because he wanted to win many trophies, had to be disappointed, because while
playing for Man United, he only managed to win one trophy.

Therefore it looks like Pogba will be looking for a new challenge at another club, who could provide more opportunities for Pogba to win the trophy
he so desperately wants. After all, Pogba's enthusiasm for playing for Man United also seems to be fading, it looks like Pogba's performance is
in the spotlight after playing better with the French national team than when playing with Man United. What is interesting is which team will Pogba
choose, it is still a question mark for everyone, but many rumors say PSG and Real Madrid are the teams that have the most chance of getting
Paul Pogba.

You also forgot to mention the fantastic amounts of subscription bonuses that are rumored to be demanded by the player's representatives Grin If everything that is said in the rumors is true, then it is cheaper to buy Podolski or Haaland by paying compensation to their current clubs than to pay 100 million or more euros as a signing bonus for Mbappe, who will come as a free agent  Wink As for Mbappe's transfer to Barcelona, I would use an analogy with the failed contract extension with Messi. The signing of Mbappe's contract with Barcelona is possible, but for this Barcelona will have to make too huge financial sacrifices, so most likely this transition will not take place.

Mundo Deportivo says that Tottenham are getting prepared to make an offer to Barcelona centre-forward Memphis Depay this summer. His contract is running until the summer of next year. And so far in this season, he scored 10 goals and made 2 assists in 20 La Liga matches. He is still a very good player obviously and I wonder how much eager Barcelona will be to let him leave. I have heard something like they are also willing to sell him but we will see. Maybe they would like to raise funds for another important player.
