The FIFA limits the number of players that are loaned out. So from next season the rules changed. The maximum duration should be limited to a maximum of 12 months and a maximum number of players (6 players). This will apply from 1 July this year. In Italy this is a normal system to develop players, especially at Juventus Turin. Or Bergamo, there are over 50 players who are on loan and not been sold. With this rule, the transfer profits will be even higher? I haven't read a limit for a sale.

Sevilla are still aiming to sign Manchester United striker Anthony Martial. The source says that they wanted to sign him on loan but it was rejected by Manchester United. And if Sevilla fail to sign him, then they have an alternative also. And that alternative player is Lyon striker Moussa Dembele. He is also a young striker and can help Sevilla a lot. There is no doubt that Dembele is talented. But most of the season he stays injured. Players with so many injuries are not fit for the Premier League. Because there is a lot of competition in the Premier League. In La Liga, we don't see any team willing to pay a high price for Dembele. Barcelona will not get a high price for Dembele at the moment.
