I feel so doubtful that Tielemans will go anywhere this month, with Leicester expected to keep hold of him until the end of the season as they look to convince him to sign a new deal. He’s a very good central midfielder and the fact that he’s been playing in the EPL for a long season now proves that he’ll balance up the Arsenal midfield. The problem is Edu, the Brazilian. He knows that Leicester won’t put a small money on him. They won’t even want deal with Arsenal either. For me, Arthur Melo is a good one considering the fact that he is a ball playing midfielder. That’s what completes a team’s midfield. It help keeps possession and reduces mistakes defensively. If we can’t buy any player at a heavy sum now, then Arthur should be the way.

Arsenal are now high in the table and letting go of good players now is not a good decision for the future of the club. Aubameyang and others will be useful to the club next season when they play in the European Cup.

It is an interesting rumour as I didn't hear about it so far. Maybe the reason can be that Edin Dzeko is 35 years old and he has only one more year left on his contract. Haaland has been incredibly good from onset,he is one of the best strikers in the world at the moments and he is still very young.
He knows how to score goals,and his goals has actually made Dortmund among tittle contenders this season.

I would say you are wrong here. The manager does play an important role as they are very involved in the transfers when it comes to superstars. Klopp for example is very well known for convincing top talents to join his club. He built a massive squad in Dortmund 10 years ago by convincing the players to join him and build something great. I guess it is a difference if Guardiola is sitting in front of you at a table, trying to convince you to join him, telling you his vision and the plans he has with you compared to some ordinary dude who is an average coach trying to sell you a story you are skeptical about. Money/squad's overall quality and history/coach are definitely extremely important factors for a player.
