Asides Cristiano Ronaldo at Manchester United, Paul Pogba has been my best.
You know what thing with Manchester United ?
They don't have the kind of players to play behind Paul, have you wondered why he does very well at France and not at Manchester United ?
They know how good, the qualities he has got both good and bad, that's why you need an offensive player behind him, Paul's not good defensively.... getting this done will bring out the best in him.
I can vividly reminisce the game against Leeds United, he was handed a much free role to play, we all saw how good he did,but then what happens when formation changed ?

Carlo Ancelotti says Karim Benzema is one of the best strikers in the world.  I think he's right too.  Benzema has been making great games for years.  He worked with many coaches in Real Madrid, where he came in 2009.  Each and every one of them must have played Benzema.  It is a great skill to play for Real Madrid for about 13 years.  He must have worked hard to stay at this level.  Ancelotti also described Benzema as "as good as Haaland and Cristiano Ronaldo".  I think he wanted Haaland with these words.

Comparison between benzema and Erling Halland is useless.
The later is still a much younger player, benzema shouldn't be compared to halland, maybe in terms of goals scoring.
Halland has got a long way to go.
Benzema clocked half of Cristiano Ronaldo's total goal all time.
Isn't that impressive ?

Let alone being compared to Haaland, it should be a great honor to see Haaland on par with Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo at this age.  He is still very young and yes he still has a long way to go.  If he continues to improve himself, it seems that we will often hear the Mbappe-Haaland duo after the Cristiano-Messi duo.  I think these two will be the new perfects.  Both Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo will retire in a few years.  World football needs new stars.

Is it true that Paul Pogba will never be sold by Manchester United because Ralf Rangnick still needs him as a reliable midfielder, so that means there is still a contract agreement later to extend him by a few seasons.
Some time ago rumors said he would leave because of the uncertainty so I want to know where Pogba will stay.

But I believe more in Fabrizio's statements about football news.

Source
If so, Pogba might still stay at Manchester United because he is needed. It is important for him to extend his contract at Manchester United because based on this news Manchester United will reject any offer for him. Well maybe it's just an opinion, but what is clear is the January market is coming soon and see what happens because sometimes things can change just because of money.
Well that's what I read Manchester has rejected several offers and there will be no clause about Pogba Man United are still quite interested in having Pogba there.
Actually there are still many rumors circulating that Rangnick doesn't like him because of a long injury, this will reduce his skills in the future, on the other hand there is news that argues that Pogba still deserves to be kept, so this is all still confusing.
But it's true that money can change everything later in January.

Until now Pogba has not decided and even seems to have no intention of continuing his contract with Manchester United even though he has been offered various clauses by United on the grounds that his salary does not match and wants to add a salary to his job.
On the other hand, talking about the future until now, Pogba is still widely associated with Madrid and his former club, Juventus and there are even some sources who say that he has told his agent to find time to talk about his future at Juventus.

Fabrizio Romano 2-3 months ago said, and I quote

"If Covid wasn't here Paul Pogba was already in Juventus again".

Now who knows the situation but if you guys give credit to Fabrizio you should also consider this.
I've read this in his tweets on social media and this is something that might be taken into account because Fabrizio Romano is indeed one of the people whose capacity can be trusted in terms of recruitment or the latest news.
On the other hand there needs to be sacrifices for Juventus if they really want Pogba back because apart from their midfielders they are quite a lot at the moment on the other hand they are also almost dying financially and one of them is to throw out some players so that they can be replaced by Pogba.

Pogba still injury right now and Manchester United keep have the top performance and Pogba position replace by Fred where playing well on every match. But Pogba as important player for Manchester midfielder and I think become most disappointed if not agreement to get Pogba can extended new contract for Manchester United. If not agreement I think Real Madrid become most interested club to get Pogba and have good position for Madrid on midfielder after Modric have over, maybe Pogba can take new challenge with Real Madrid next year and can get many title if playing for Madrid.
You are right, Madrid is now looking for alternatives to Benzema and Madrid. These two players have been in Madrid for a long time. And they have helped Madrid win the title with great performances. Modrich is now 36 and Benzema is 34. They should find alternatives from now on. Pogba is very talented. He will be able to become the perfect alternative to Modrich. There is Vinicius as an alternative to Benzema. If Real Madrid don't think about the future now, then the situation of Real Madrid will be like that of Barcelona if Benzema and Madrid leave the team. Barcelona did not think about the future. Now they are enjoying the results well.
Although Benzema have been 34 years old and become top scorer half La Liga season I am not sure he has top performance next season and Real Madrid should looking for new player replace him. I think for Pogba is matching player for Madrid midfielder he is completed player as defensive and attacking, he can give more contribution for Madrid if have agreement to get his sign. How ever Madrid not out much money because Pogba as free transfer player and Real Madrid try use their money to buy Haaland from Dortmund after his target Mbappe become free transfer player also.

Real Madrid management is not stupid. They form the best squad at the lowest cost. And their plans are long-term. They will bring in Mbappe and Haaland as substitutes for Benzema. Real Madrid will probably bring the one who has less wages in the team. On the other hand, Pogba will be an alternative to Modrich. All in all, Real Madrid will do its utmost to build a stable and strong team.

In other United news - they are throwing crazy money at Pogba again. A huge contract is apparently on the table - I'm amazed at how that guy consistently gets overpaid.

Pogba renew?
Only yesterday I had read "Pogba could leave in January".

The clickbait is insane right now during Xmas and with the session opening next week, it will be fun days for us.

A good time for him to leave Manchester United.
Playing for Real Madrid is the best and next option for him, a dream.
Real Madrid deserves a player like Paul since all of the midfielder's are going deep to there late 30's.

Real Madrid are aiming to build a much stronger team for the next season. This is why they have been after Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland both also. And Paul Pogba would be another awesome signing for the team. They shouldn't only focus on improving their attacking line in the end. They should care about impowering their defense and midfield also. Paul Pogba is going to have six months left on his contract soon. I guess that he is thinking of leaving the team really seriously.
In the spirit of UEFA Financial Fair Play Regulations (FFP) I  think signing of the signing of the trio of Mbappe, Haaland and Paul Pogba by Real madrid will break that rules, and might attract some sanctions, of course if Madrid eventually sign them, the sign on fees of those three players would be massive, probably signing them in each transfer windows starting from this January wouldn't break that rule, I don't know if that is within the rule. However if madrid get those players signed, the team would be more formidable to in europe.

I think the club mostly likely to get Erling Halland is one of the Manchester club's.
Manchester United coach has shown interest already in the player.
Manchester City likewise already raising funds if they successfully sell Ferran Torres.
With this Madrid can both get Paul Pogba at a much lower rate, then Kylian Mbappe.

Good time for what? Pogba is between the bench and the fan's sheats, he isn't playing at all. Why does Real give such an amount (I'm more than sure that Raiola won't let him go for free) for a player that has constant issues with injuries? They could get two instead of one midfielder with the money that will pay for Pogba, and I doubt that will help them the same.

I still remember when he left Juventus for Manchester United more than 5 years ago. The transfer fee back then was 105 M€ which was a huge number at that time and is still one of the highest transfer fees ever paid. Sadly he could never really shine at Manchester and he only had some good phases which did not last very long. He just seems to be one of those players that needs to feel completely comfortable in a club in order to perform on his highest level. He needs to feel the full trust and support of the club officials, the coach and also the fans. So i don't think that Real Madrid would be a good club for him. The poeple are there are not very patient.

This is what I do. I drink and I know things.
For City it’s either Kane or Haaland.  And yes, it will def work.  Ever wonder way in many of their matches that you expected a trashing, it ended in something like 1 - 0, 2 - 0, 2 - 1?  That’s cos they need a real striker and Gabriel Jesus ain’t cutting it.  We thought he was gonna be this cheap Mbappe alternative straight from Brazil when he came in.  But no.  He’s not that great.  How City has to splash the cash for a striker.  And between Kane and Haaland, I hope Pep gets the younger, less polished player.

Well, once again Kane is in the picture for Man City? That's an obsession or what? (jk) Grin
IMO is time for Pep and Man City in general to pass the "Kane syndrome" period and look for other strikers who will have much better potentials (and playing years) than Kane. I don't know if it will be Haaland or some other and if it will be this transfer window or due the summer. I'm sure though that eventually Man City will make a striker transfer.

Transfer rumours:

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola will save the money from the sale of 21-year-old Spain forward Ferran Torres, who is set to join Barcelona in a deal worth up to £55m, to help finance a summer move for Borussia Dortmund and Norway striker Erling Braut Haaland, 21. This seems like a very good plan for Manchester City but will it work?
France winger Ousmane Dembele, 24, has agreed to a new five-year contract with Barcelona, on reduced terms, and will sign the deal next week. So Dembele has agreed to a lower salary and remains at the club with serious organizational and financial problems. Is this a good or bad decision?
Six Championship clubs - Bournemouth, Fulham, Huddersfield Town, Nottingham Forest, Stoke City and West Brom - have contacted Aston Villa about signing 23-year-old English striker Keinan Davis in January. A lot of clubs want Keinan Davis but who will manage to bring him?  Cheesy
Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe says he will not let any of his fringe players, including English striker Dwight Gayle, 32, and Republic of Ireland midfielder Jeff Hendrick, 29, leave on loan in January because of his side's small squad. A reasonable and expected decision, but which players the club will eventually manage to bring?

I didn't think that barcelona finally managed to get ferran tores for 55 million euros, even though we know that barcelona currently has financial problems but in fact they managed to sign ferran torres from manchester city at a fairly expensive cost, barcelona is experiencing financial problems at the moment, so apparently barcelona bought ferran torres with a four-times payment scheme, and in the agreement, Barcelona are obliged to pay the first term next summer, and also an agreement about a sizable bonus for manchester city if barcelona managed to championship  in the champions league.

Ferran Torres hails from Spain and Barca and him have already agreed on personal terms and also when asked about it from Guardiola he said that he can't stop a player so if he wants to go then he is free to join another team. Also when asked about if they interested in buying a striker then he also indicated that right now they are not interested so it seems like they won't be going on for Haaland. << This was what Fabrizio Romano tweeted couple of days ago.

The Pogba situation remains as confusing as ever, time and again rumors keep flying that Pogba is going to leave the club, but at the end of it all he stays at Old Trafford, based on all of the preexisting events, I'd say I expect Paul Pogba to remain in United, he is not playing well, he rarely plays as a matter of fact either due to injury or lack of form, United's new manager needs to take a stand on Pogba if he has any plans for him in the team he seeks to build, if not, then Pogba should be sold, I think he is costing the club way much more than he is giving back to them.

If Pogba is available, I think Madrid could be interested, I think they have attempted to lure him to the Bernebeu previously without it working out, thus they could prolly still want him, though Pogba's form has deteriorated a lot since then, but a move to Madrid would be good for him in my opinion, he needs a new team to get his career back on track.
