My point of view: Barcelona will not be able to sign him based on his current conditions, and he will think of useful offensive deals, but at a lower cost and lower commission.
Bayern is a strong contender for the deal if I want to stay in the Bundesliga, but I doubt that.
The deal between City and Real is mostly with a slight advantage for City because of his urgent need for a sniper striker and also because of his comfortable financial situation and his good relationship with Raiola, unlike Real, who does not prefer to pay large commissions and has Mbappe as a main goal and support the team with a defender.

Bayern president Herbert Heiner already said in October that the club does not have such a question because of the presence of Lewandowski in the squad. Bavaria knows how to count money, so it will not participate in such an auction and pay inflated money. I would also exclude Barcelona from the list of potential buyers due to financial difficulties, which have become even more complicated due to non-entry into the next part of the Champions League, because the proceeds from this have already been budgeted for by the club. Is there a statement from him that he is no longer interested to continue his career in EPL? If he didn't state it, he should have no problem coming back to EPL. Staying in Real Madrid isn't a good idea, he never played with his best there. In my opinion, leaving Real Madrid is a must if he still cares about his career as a professional footballer. He is already 30 years old and nothing special with his performance in Real Madrid. I am sure Real Madrid will agree if there is an EPL club that wants to sign Hazard with proper transfer funds.
