Trasnfer budget wise I don't think Juventus is ready to make another big swing in the transfer market especially if they already have spent big during the last transfer window with them bringing De Light and Danilo to the team. Yes they have made around 12 million euros in profit with their departures but this only tells us that they don't want to spend big if they aren't offloading anyone and it showed in the last transfer window when they offloaded 17 players from their roster and only brought 8 back in. A move for Pogba would only mean the same thing for them and I'm afraid that they would like to lose more pieces then to gain more of them. If I were Sarri I would stick to my current roster or if any bargains would come then that's the only time I would take a look at it.

Money should be the last problem right now.
From this season they will have +60 million from sponsors (Adidas Jeep and CocaCola).

They also increased the social capital by 300 million social capital and the debit with a bond (150m) to get liquid money.

^  If he's really gonna transfer to Juve, it would be during the summer transfer window...  Unless Juve give United a really reeaally good price.  Dybala and some cash would be nice.  Grin

Sarri is already having troubles with Ronaldo at the moment because he subbed him during the AC MILAN game and compared to Pogba,  Ronaldo will look like a saint because he doesn't cause trouble in the dressing room like Pogba. For me it's either he leaves to Real Madrid or Juventus but Madrid would be more likely considering the age of the Toni Kross and Luka Modric.

What trouble? Never listen to the press, they need to create flame to get money from clicks... Especially the Italian press.
Ronaldo is Injured and this is why he has been changed 2 games in a row BUT press uses the ignorance of the people to earn money.

He has spoken yesterday about it...

So much drama for Pogba's transfer to Juventus.
I really cannot understand who spreads those rumors and who wants him so much to Juventus. He is so rusty and I wonder if he will be able to get room in the first line-up. Even Emre Can who wasn't in Sarri's plans was in better form.

Yup, I think so too.  He could become Sarri's next head ache if the move does happen.  But we'll see.  I'd like the move to happen just so we could see what really happens.

It is not only Raiola. Adidas as the biggest Man. United sponsor does not want to lose high marketing potential Pogba in Man. U. Especially now, when they haven't good sports results. He must replace him with one of the big football names or MU will be a waste of money, or does not use the full potential.
United can extend the contract to one additional year, so it's 19+12=31 months. More than enough for comfortable negotiating.

Even if the marketing of Juventus is smaller than the one from Manchester, Adidas is the sponsor for Juventus too with Dybala as "sponsor image man".

his agent mino raiola.

everyone knows how greedy he is asking for money when he do starts a negotiation , as long as juventus want to pay the desired amount, pogba will sign it right after the deal reached , it has not been a secret anymore pogba is unhappy at manchester united.

Raiola was the agent of Nedved (vice president) and has another 4 players last year in Juventus (De Light, Matuidi, Pellegrini now on load, Kean now sold (but Juve can buy him back).
In other words, he is a "friend agent" for Juventus.

A friend is a big world, he is a friend till you pay him a good amount.
Keep also in mind 19 months is the duration of Pogba contract so Manchester needs to aks less or Pogba can leave for free at 27 yo.

Better to take something than 0.

then pogba exit likely to happen in no time , haha that is the correct definition of friend, a good friend lol.

i believe pogba will not sign any contract extension with manchester united , his recent injury seems covering all of his unhappy feeling play at england with an unfortunate two seasons for manchester united ad especially for pogba who exciting to play at the champions league , the situation could be similar to eden hazard case on leaving chelsea , leaving only 1 year contract but still receiving huge amount of money from the transfer and of course the agent fee , a win win solution.

juventus known as a club with fantastic transfer strategy, selling common players with high amount of money and signing world class players with spending less money.

The thing is that what if he's just another 'one hit wonder'? He might regret not choosing Man Utd when they came calling for him 'cause he may not have another sensational season like this one. Look at what Jovic or Frenkie de Jong did, they didn't hesitate to accept the offer from the top teams because they know it's a once in a lifetime opportunity, you just never know what's gonna happen in the future (injury or poor form).

True, but I am big fan of the theory that you have to invest in yourself while you are young and than reap rewards in the mature years. Footballers have short careers so I would maybe put a limit on let's say 24 years before I would start looking at the best paid/glamours opportunities. Before that I would look for a club which would give me best conditions to improve my game. It could be guaranteed first team football, working with a great coach (Pep, Klopp), or combination of great facilities and world class trainers. Definitely not sitting on a bench in the club where the fans would start to boo me after first few sub par games.

I am quite sure Jovic would have been much happier if he went somewhere else. Unless, he is just in this for the money and bragging rights Smiley De Jong seems to have adapted well to Barca style but it was easier for him since he came from Ajax which sort of plays similar game.

Also, i don't think he's guaranteed a first team spot in a top tier club from one of the top 5 leagues in Europe, mainly because he's coming from a extremely low-tier football league, he'll need time (maybe a year or something, unless he's actually really good) to adapt to competitive football.

He also proved his worth in CL matches and that is what brought all this interest. That being said he is definitely not worth the money Salzburg will get for him. Same way I think Jovic and Felix were massively overpaid in last transfer window. It is always a big gamble with young players, which is fine if you paid 20M for them but for 100M they need to show results immediately.

I did not closely follow Jovic before his move to Real Madrid, but Frenkie De Jong was not a one hit wonder, he put in good performances over the years at Ajax, and last season was the cumulation of his career, from the best player in the Eredivise league, to the best midfielder in Europe and a place in the FIFA Pro XI.
I agree that players should strike when the hammer is hot i.e when their form is at its best, but moving too quick could also be detrimental to their career.

I seriously doubt Man Utd will be a best fit for him. If I was in his place I would chose a top tier club from good league, a club that will fight for CL spot, play attacking football and almost guarantee a first team spot.

Manchester United would have to either get Pogba to sign a contract extension or they have to start wrapping up his move away from the team, if Pogba had more time in his current contract, this would have afforded Manchester United the liberty to "control" the transfer proceedings as it'll be in their favor.

But the more they delay, the more his contact runs out, they bought Pogba for a world record fee(back when they bought him), there is no way they will let him go for free, but to avoid that, I think they will have to lower their asking fee.

From the looks of things Manchester United wouldn't really mind if Pogba were to move during the January transfer window because he barely plays due to his injury status and when he does his toxicity is just too much for the entire dressing room since his desire to leave is stronger than his desire to help the play for the club anyway.
the only thing holding pogba to move out from manchester united is his agent mino raiola.

and the latest hottest transfer rumour update is that liverpool move away from approaching super expensive young star kylian mbappe to jadon sancho who has a minimum price set by dortmund at 150 million euro , i think sancho will not have much chance to play if things went bad in liverpool.

manchester united will give him better regular game as they are desperately looking for a winger with attacking minded.

i doubt he would fancy sacrificing champion's league football in order to play for the now collapsed empire of Manchester United.
No matter how bad things are going over the Man Utd headquarters, it's still Manchester United, Red Bull Zalsburg are 100 million light years behind the Red Devils. If this kid declines a move to Man Utd, either he's mentally ill or his agent is mentally ill...Just saying  Cheesy

If it was his only option I would agree with you 100% but as the things stand now he will be able to choose his next club. I seriously doubt Man Utd will be a best fit for him. If I was in his place I would chose a top tier club from good league, a club that will fight for CL spot, play attacking football and almost guarantee a first team spot. Why not their sister club RB Leipzig for instance? Great league and much less pressure. Then after 2 seasons of high level football maybe it would be time to go for real big hitters. I include Man Utd in this group because of their history and fan expectations even tough they are far away from that status at the moment.
