Leroy Sané's transfer to FC Bayern München is getting closer. Sané had a 30-minute phone call with Bayern coach Hansi Flick on the weekend. The German newspaper Sportbild is reporting on the topic:

Hansi Flick and Leroy Sané have exchanged views during a 30-minute phone call. The personal contact and showing Sané how the coach plans with him is another step towards completing the move [@SPORTBILD]

IMHO, it's pretty clear now that Sané will play for Bayern sooner or later. As a Bayern fan, I am pretty excited  Cool.

I also think the same. He didn't fit right into Barcelona style of playing.
That was in Valverde's Barcelona. This "new" Barcelona under Setien could very well be what Coutinho needs to finally showcase his potential in Spain.
I still doubted about Setien's potential and am sure many will agree with me even with the few games Barcelona had played under his management. Barcelona still looked very vulnerable and far from the Barcelona we knew early last decade.

Whether He goes back to Barcelona or not, Coutinho's was officially fucked the moment he decided to leave Liverpool. Things will never be the same again for him. Apart from him needing a conducive atmosphere in Barça to get back to his best. He will also need his confidence back which we all know has dwindled each passing month.

Why would Juventus be so interested in signing Pogba?
This rumors are coming from Pogbas manager side possibly in order to increase his transfer value as it is very low compared to other seasons.

journalistic scribbles only, they must write something to fill space. Last three years we can read about Pogba's transfer to Juventus, the truth is, he was never even close to getting back in Juve. I don't think that is an attempt to get a better contract, he is already overpaid for the performance it provides.

Here we go, again.

Juventus talked with Manchester last week according di Marzio.

Real Madrid are going forward for him. Zinedine Zidane wanted him last summer. Juventus would like to have him back, but they will only do swap deals.

So it depends on whether Manchester United needs or wants some Juventus players that they can put in the deal, like Miralem Pjanic and Douglas Costa.

I know Juventus and Manchester United have had contact even in the last days because Juventus would like to do this type of deal.

Well, Arthur is only 23 years old, which really puts his value high because any team that gets him and manages to actually implement him well enough, could just keep him for 10 years, not that those kind of stuff happen anymore too frequently but young players do get a higher value anyway. He plays for Barcelona which increases his value as well, Barcelona will not play a player who is bad, they know the talent level they bring in from the youth, we see some of them but hundreds of them just never play for the A team.

All of that combined means at least a 20 million price. Looking at transfermarkt website it looks like 56 right now but I am not entirely sure if that is accurate, that is probably before corona happened, teams probably wouldn't want to pay that much after this much loss of revenue.

I hope Bayern doesn't end up getting "Dayot Upamecano". I really like him for Arsenal.

Upamecano to Bayern for 60M could very well happen this year according to Bild. Source.
This guy is such a good CB, the next Lilian Thuram.

Coutinho flopped, but I think it was more of his fault than that of Barcelona, he found it difficult to adapt to the Spanish style of play, and I always felt he was better suited in England. Any new player who adapts to Barcelona's style of play and blends into the team will definitely succeed.

I also think the same. He didn't fit right into Barcelona style of playing. Don't know what to blame for him but you can see how well he is doing under loan at Bayern Munich right now. It's like I am watching a whole new Coutinho. I would be glad if Bayern moves him completely there.

I nerve saw him, is he good? How much do you think is his real value?

Oh he is a very good talent, I wouldn't say a top class but he does knows his roles. Passing on, taking chances, making chances and overall he could be a good buy. I would say should go around a little over 40m.€ .

According to a recent report from the Daily Mail[1], West Ham has changed plans in the summer of 2020, the club is reportedly experiencing a financial crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This forced them to sell several players, including Declan Rice. The price installed was quite high, which is £ 70 million.

Declan Rice became one of the important players owned by West Ham in the 2019/20 season, although his team occupy the bottom of the standings, the 21-year-old has become a vital figure in midfield and has appeared in 32 matches.  At the national team level, he also has collected six caps.

But is it deserve that players are not famous like Declan Rice has a price of £ 70 million?

A lot of South American’s dream to play for Barca or Real. We weren’t a great side then, we didn’t have Van Dink or Alisson. Coutinho was great but we became a better team without him. I saw that he’s been linked with Everton, that’d be funny.

Coutinho flopped because so much was expected from him, he came with a huge fee. Messi is the star there, every player plays second fiddle to Messi. Coutinho is a good player but he would never be the teams star player.

What did Barca buy him for then?  He should've been one of the club's star players imho.  Klopp was gonna build his squad around him before Barca had to mess with Coutinho's head by pressuring him to get him.

Edit:  Big clubs shouldn't be doing that to players.

Would you like him to join Arsenal for free?
https://twitter.com/TMuk_news/status/1254757188418940934
Yes, please...
- He might not be a young talent anymore but he's still a decent addition to a lot of teams.

I am confused, what is the real price for Willian? Is ti free agent or he worth 22.5m Eur? I mean there is a difference around ~22.5m which is not a small amount of money?
He'll be a free agent in a few months [AFAIK].

It would be vvery damaging for Chelsea if he joins Arsenal as free agent.
WIllian is a player that can be sold for a lot of money because he has made valuable games for the Blues. If he joins Arsenal he is going to be a big thread for Chelsea and a huge mistake for him to join there as Chelsea fans are going to hate them.
Without factoring the money part, I don't think Chelsea fans are going to hate him that much since over the past few seasons, both of them have taken/signed a player from one another.

Looks like "Auba's situation" isn't that good. Would you have him for another season or sell him for something this year?
- I think Arsenal will keep him for another year but I would sell him since he's not sure about his future. There's still "Martinelli"...

I hope Bayern doesn't end up getting "Dayot Upamecano". I really like him for Arsenal.

I don't know if you can say he flopped. He was not the same player at Liverpool for sure, but he did himself ok at Barca, helped them win a few games and the same thing at Bayern too. I guess people just thought he should be a superhuman,,, but he played admirably if we are objective.

When you pay around 150mil for the player, it is logical that you expect from him to make some difference on the pitch. Now Barca wants to sell Coutinho for almost half of the paid amount. We have to agree that there is an evident problem with Coutinho out of Liverpool.
it seems like a similar thing to Griezmann, also are rumours that he might go in the direction to PSG.

Barcelona can sign any player they want to, even the best players and they also have the best player in the world in Messi, another reason why players will love to wear a Barca shirt. I am also sure it's almost every footballers dream to play for Barcelona, to play alongside Lionel Messi, it's true good coaches have been hard to come by for them in recent years, but it doesn't change the truth/fact that they can attract any player in the world to camp nou.

Players which come from Latin America like to come, I think the most about other non-football stuff. Similar language, climate... others, especially from top 4 leagues, they are not so in love with Barca.
After Suarez, which top player fits in Barca "style" football? Who is the best in their position and that it became irreplaceable there? Can you remember?

Barcelona wants every good player, the reality is that they have no money for the best. 2-3 years with Messi, after that they will not be tempting for promising players.
desperate management leads them to ruin. Just think, after they sell Neymar and take highest money from the transfer, do you know where they spend this money? which player bought and that he is still worth or is essential for these team? The ANswer is zero. For example, Coutinho paid 150m, now they worth maybe 60m. Just maybe.
Any footballer needs to think "anyone rather than Barcelona". just the facts.
Barcelona can sign any player they want to, even the best players and they also have the best player in the world in Messi, another reason why players will love to wear a Barca shirt.
