i doubt he would fancy sacrificing champion's league football in order to play for the now collapsed empire of Manchester United.
No matter how bad things are going over the Man Utd headquarters, it's still Manchester United, Red Bull Zalsburg are 100 million light years behind the Red Devils. If this kid declines a move to Man Utd, either he's mentally ill or his agent is mentally ill...Just saying  Cheesy

If it was his only option I would agree with you 100% but as the things stand now he will be able to choose his next club. I seriously doubt Man Utd will be a best fit for him. If I was in his place I would chose a top tier club from good league, a club that will fight for CL spot, play attacking football and almost guarantee a first team spot. Why not their sister club RB Leipzig for instance? Great league and much less pressure. Then after 2 seasons of high level football maybe it would be time to go for real big hitters. I include Man Utd in this group because of their history and fan expectations even tough they are far away from that status at the moment.

^  If he's really gonna transfer to Juve, it would be during the summer transfer window...  Unless Juve give United a really reeaally good price.  Dybala and some cash would be nice.  Grin

I thought they were close to signing Mandzukic? Let's see, so they're options for a new striker are: 1) A 33yo who hasn't played football in half a year. 2) An unproven 19yo kid playing in a third-rated league  Lips sealed
They could try Ibrahimovic as well... I hear he will be a free man Grin

The trend seems to be changing. Kids seem to be flooding to Spanish top teams where UCL is assured. United's history is great no doubt but the current atmosphere at the club is "unappetizing"  Cheesy

How bad are Man Utd finances that they want to sign Mandzukic (they could sign him mainly because it'll be a cheap transfer). Also, how bad is the state of the Man Utd academy that the club is willing to sign a kid playing in a football league with just 12 teams? LOL

At least he has realised his error when he sent Lukaku packing to the San Siro but even with the goals that Haaland has been scoring for Salzburg they shouldn't be too much expectation from home since it's a totally different style in the EPL than in the Austrian League.
Though Sanchez didn't perform well at United. His depature plus Lukaku's without any serious backup are most likely one of the reason have been struggling badly.

As soon as Haaland crosses to United, at the current state the team is, his brilliance will definitely decline. With the stats he has gathered so far, there is going to be a battle across Europe for the youngster and i doubt he would fancy sacrificing champion's league football in order to play for the now collapsed empire of Manchester United.

More and more rumors today about a possible someone is already saying probable Giroud to Inter.

Well he could be a good 4th attacker when Sanches will recover from his injury.

Giroud’s hardly player regular football for years. He’s always on the bench everywhere he goes, I wouldn’t risk buying him for the price and wages he’d cost especially at his age. It’d be better to sign somebody young & hungry.

Giroud is kind of old and I believe that he should retire in the near future.
A transfer to Inter would a good step to his career and it is very interesting that teams which compete for league titles want him to their teams.

Haaland, Solskjaer and Manchester maybe will talk according Tuttosport.

I think it will never happen but who knows.

^^ It is so sad that Donaruma is not playing in a big club and shine.
He is by far better than Sczezny but still he cannot find a position in a top league.
I hope Juve is going to open its eyes and sign him to the team.

There is a new rumor i came across a few hours ago that Real Madrid are plotting a world transfer record move for PSG star Kylian Mbappe

Apparently they are planning to spend a staggering £343million(€400m) according to French newspaper Le Parisien. Spanish publication Marca, also claoims that PSG are already looking possible Mbappe replacements.
Source: https://talksport.com/football/629453/real-madrid-transfer-news-real-madrid-paris-saint-germain-kylian-mbappe/

To me this is a totally ridiculous amount to spend on a budding star. It can definitely pile a lot of pressure on him and he wouldn't perform freely like he is doing tight now.

Probably a dumb move if Zidane will push through with this. The player is great and all but if you think about it why would they spend 400 million euros on one player if they could get 5 or 6 star players with that amount. I don't even think this kind of transfer would even be allowed on FIFA's financial fair play policy even if Real Madrid is one of the richest European clubs in the world. Zidane is smart and I do think he knows Mbappe isn't the solution to turn things around for the team, he simply isn't enough to change everything for them.

Napoli is a strange place and a strange city, a very hot city for hate and love.

Many people wanted to leave in the past 2 years? True.
Many people are in the last year of their contract? True.
KK wanted to leave?? Probably but his president asked for 120-150M €.

The Napoli's president calls a sports retreat away from family for less than a week.
Players went to this hotel before Champion's League.
After the draw with Salisburgo a group of "old players" like, KK Insigne Mertenz went to the President son and told to him "tell to your father we go to our home".

From here speculation started from media, more news/fake news to get money from ads.

AFAIK, The players went to the presidents with the agreement from layers.

Now the president has his lawyers and he will do whatever he can to pay less money in to players salary (media are talking about 5-25%).

About the "protection".
Everyone knows Napoli, some people "attacked" players and their family to steal from them, especially after what happened with the "mutiny".

This is a "usual thing" there.
They did in the past 3 times if I'm not wrong to Lavezzi and gf/wife, to Cavani, Insigne and more.

Christian Eriksen?

He should go where Pogba will not go between Real Or Juventus.
He wanted only Real on the last summer market window.

So in the end If Pogba goes to Real, Eriksen will go to Juventus and viceversa.
eriksen one of most expensive free agent , he is worth 100 mil euro and his contract expired on june next year.

since real madrid seems failed to land ngolo kante from chelsea , eriksen is the best option available, can not see a chance pogba move to real madrid it seems the rumour about pogba getting quiet recently.
another hot transfer rumour is jadon sancho who got a lot of attention especially from manchester united who urgently need an attacking minded winger , liverpool reported interesting to sign him in.

meanwhile chelsea still waiting for the transfer ban appeal next week , they are also interested in sancho in case the ban lifted up this january.

Many players are unhappy there and want to leave the club as soon as possible. Kalidou Koulibaly is one of them, he wants to leave the club urgently, probably for a lower price than Napoli refused in last offer received by Man. United.
Is really that much tension there?

@examplens yes there’s lots of tension brewing at Napoli, it all started when their president asked the players to go on a retreat as their season was in a mess, but the players refused to go which in turn infuriated their president. As far as Koulibaly is concerned a $91 million bid was rejected for him in the summer, and now due to this fiasco he’s available for a cheaper price and according to sources he’s yet a Manchester United target.

..

if I remember correctly, you follow Serie A. I find in our local newspaper some speculations about Napoli. Many players are unhappy there and want to leave the club as soon as possible. Are also targeted by the most extreme fans, they have bodyguards to protect themselves. Kalidou Koulibaly is one of them, he wants to leave the club urgently, probably for a lower price than Napoli refused in last offer received by Man. United.
