Solskjaer will survive this season for sure unless they get terribly bad results. He used to transition of course and test for him as capable. I guess they won't waste expensive and reputed managers in a transition period when no one expects big results and trophies.
it is not realistic to expect significant results with mediocre quality players.
Manchester United have been under transition for too long now, since Sir Alex Ferguson left, they are yet to find any suiting manager as well as team, it bothers me how long they're gonna be under transition, I'll rather say their level of being EPL's best has actually dropped to a Europa league team for now, and I really do not know when they'll be finding their feet, I hope it's not anytime soon.

Manchester United have spent as much as their rivals, city for example in the past couple of seasons and yet nothing to show for It, I think it's both the managers as well as the players fault, if they fail this season, then I think there is need for them to return to the drawing board

Not sure about it, they sacked Mou with better results.

ManU now is not appealing at all, is the richest club in the world but his market was disappointing and a lot of players wanted to leave Manchester, Lukaku and Sanchez did, Pogba will do.

Allegri could be a good coach for Manchester.

There is an article that says Solskjaer is the Best Coach in the History of Manchester United, published on 28 March 2019 (source)

I think the best coach in the history of Man United is SAF.

But that has long since passed. We see now how Man United looked under Solskjaer's care, not so well at the start of the season and even very disappointing. They have talented and fantastic players, but it doesn't match the fact that they give the best performance at their price.

Watford manager Javi Gracia was given the sack by the club cos of their bad start.
I was gonna ask who were the candidates to replace him and the odds but it looks like Watford didn't waste any time a appointed Quique Sanchez Flores as new head coach.

I honestly thought the first manager to get the sack this season was going to be Steve Bruce, but oh well, Solskjaer or Lampard is next IMO  Tongue the former @5/1 odds on Sky Bet.

Yup.  Should be good to anticipate (got a bet vs DeathAngel).

Anyway, with everything as they are right now, who do you think is gonna get the sack first...  Lampard or Solksjaer?

Solksjaer is getting the sack before the end of the season, I’m sure of it. He has no experience of winning stuff in management. The advantage Lampard has is that he’s only just gone there. Solksjaer has been drunk at the wheel since last season & it’s not getting any better. I dunno how long the Man Utd board will accept his mediocrity.

@DeathAngel Solskjaer may survive this season because he’s a fan favourite, unless fans turn on him and call for his sacking he’ll remain the coach at the end of the season. Lampard on the other hand was promised he would not get sacked this season, hence I don’t think he’ll get the sack too.

@coinlocket$ Neymar will head to Barcelona in the summer window, the only way Barcelona will buy him in January window is if their season is in a mess or Messi gets injured for the long term.

Source: https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/9305605/chelsea-abramovich-lampard-calls-two-years-manager/

This is impossible, if they haven't the money in August, they will not have the money for January.

The financial year on football is July to June, so they will insert this operation on this financial year, they are already -100, they can't close this financial year with a -300 or they will be under financial Fairplay.

They can buy him only in load or only if they can sell at least 2 big players but we know on January market is not so moved.

I think what was said by @Juggy777 could happen later.

But after seeing an explanation of @ oinlocket$ it probably won't happen in January transfers later. Sorry, I really do not understand the financial related clubs that can be entered under Fairplay. What is explained makes sense, they will not sell their players this January.

Barcelona failed to get Neymar out of Paris Saint-Germain in the summer market.
~

According to FOX https://www.foxsports.it/2019/09/03/neymar-2020-possibile-addio-psg-prezzo-decide-fifa/ Barca will talk to FIFA to get Neymar for only 170m €.

You can search "Neymar FIFA 170" on google to get this news on your language.

I don't really know more about this but was news born from "Mundo Depurtivo".

If Barca will sell "Coutinho" for 80-100 M €, it will be economical doable buy Neymar on next session.

Barcelona failed to get Neymar out of Paris Saint-Germain in the summer market.
Neymar and Barcelona have become one of the most intense topics of discussion throughout this summer. The Brazilian soccer superstar has confirmed he wants to 'return' to Catalonia after only two seasons strengthening PSG. Los Cules has tried many ways to bring Neymar back including giving money plus players like Ivan Rakitic or Nelson Semedo. However, it was rejected by PSG who reportedly wanted to at least be able to return the capital after redeeming Neymar for 222 million euros.

Neymar's saga continues.

Reported from Onefootball "the negotiation with Barca and PSG are not over according to Neymar Senior, at Barca he was happy"

Also, Javier Bordas, (dirigent at Barca) is not closing the door for the comeback.

"Everything is possible but Neymar is different, is an extraordinary player he wanted to come to Barcelona and going to PSG was a mistake, he said it".

They talk to a possible transfer for January but I can't see how.

The new financial year will start in July and if Barca did not have the money in August he could hardly have in January, in the middle of the fiscal year.

I also think that they are going to have problems with the financial Fairplay.
Spending so much money on a single player would be a huge mistake. They will have to sell a lot of players to gather the same amount that will be spent on Neymar.

^  You can't rule out how fickle the mad Russian is tho.  The United board on the other hand is more willing to stick with their manager as shown with Mou.  And it's not in United's cuture to change managers on a whim.  Chelsea has found some success by doing it under Abramovich's ownership.

I'm of the opinion that even with a relatively good result Man Utd most likely would still part ways with Solksjaer, That's inline with what tomahawk highlighted that an average result (qualifying for second round of CL and maybe a top 4 finish) could secure Lampard till the start of another season, I doubt finishing 4th in the EPL would be enough for Solkjaer.

I wonder in which team will Prosinecki going to sign now. He will probably wait till the start of the winter transfer window.
He handed in his resignation following the defeat to Armenia but the board didn't approve it. Yesterday the official announcement came that he remains the team manager of Bosnia so nothing changes. From what I could read the main problem of the Bosnian FA is of financial nature. The monthly salary of the team manager is so low no respected coach will accept such conditions.

It's hard to say, especially right now when both teams have had terrible starts, but towards the end of the year, if things don't improve, I can see Lampard getting the sack first. I think the fact that Chelsea are competing in the Champions League will be play a huge role if he can't get the team to play the way he wants and get good results in both competitions.

If you couldn't win against Leicester and Sheffield United, and you barely won against a recently promoted team like Norwich, how the hell are you supposed to beat Lille, Valencia, and Ajax? Chelsea's next 3 games are vs: Wolves, Valencia, Liverpool. I think we can all agree that this current Chelsea could struggle A LOT against these 3 teams, i could be wrong because this is football and anything can happen, but 3 straight lossess there and i could see Abramovich starting to lose his patience. Sure, the transfer ban was a huge blow, but you brought Lampard thinking he could get you good results (fighting for the top 4 and advancing to the next round in the CL) despite not being able to sign new players...At least that's what i want to believe.

About Solskjaer, I think the Man Utd board will be less "harsh" on him if things don't work out in the short-term. They didn't spend much money in the last transfer window even though they let two great players go (Alexis and Lukaku), Solskjaer and his boys will be playing only once a week so plenty of time to keep working on the tactics and whatnot. Plus, I rate Solskjaer higher in terms of quality as a manager (my own opinion so you can discard this item lol)

Love is the answer
Bosnia and Herzegovina team manager Robert Prosinecki (ex Croatian International) has resigned as coach of Bosnia following the teams 4:2 loss to Armenia a few nights ago. Looking at the table Bosnia will find it hard to qualify as they are currently at the 4th place after Italy, Finland and Armenia with 11 points behind the 1st placed Italians.

Agree here, Bosnia/Herzegovina one of the (negative) surprises alongside Scotland, Portugal, Greece and Serbia. "It´s ain´t over before the fat lady sings" but the results so far give a hint on how they won´t participate or may struggle qualifying for Euro next year.

And once again a hard battle between Iceland and Turkey for a ticket.

Bosnia is in a similar situation like Greece.
They have a lot of skilled players but they seem inefficient to handle the matches.
