Is he still refusing to go back to England?
He's now an Atletico Madrid player. He signed a contract with Atletico 3 months ago while still at Chelsea, now he's just waiting for the paperwork to be approved and he'll be able to play tomorrow.

Ah...  How convenient for him.  He not only got the transfer he wanted, he also had a nice vacation too.  Lol.  Was he paid the whole time he wasn't doing anything?  He should be training at least, to keep himself fit for his return to the games.

I believe hazards may not make Madrid transfer cause then they loose asensio and that brought Zidane and Perez to loggerheads, with RM struggling I guess Zidane shall be sacked if PSG thrashes them. Also Ronaldo is a all but done deal to Manchester United, thought at this age, he'll have more commercial value than as first team player. Mkitayan and Fellini both to depart for good.

A.C. Milan and Mousa Dembele is gaining traction on the transfer rumor mill as Milan needs to upgrade their Central Midfield. But with a price tag of 20 million pounds I think Milan have better options aside from Dembele, Milan should be in the advantage of the negotiation as Dembele has an expiring contract and he is not what he used to be, with recent ankle and hip injuries I don't think it will be a good thing for Milan to start a player who had multiple injuries in the past. They should look for other potential targets.

-with a delay of 4 months, Adrien Silva is officially a new player of Leicester.
he comes from sporting Lisbon for about 20M

-Goretzka(22 years old) is very close to Bayern

-Manchester United wants Joao Mario and is ready to offer about 40M

-Real Madrid has chosen Hazard and is ready to offer at least 130M for him!

- Finally, Adrien Silva can play. He'll definetly add some quality to Leicester's midfield.
- About Gorezta, I think his agent said that some clubs from spain are still in the race. But let's be honest, Bayern doesn't need Goreztka, they already have too many midfielders right now.
- Joao Mario is extremely overrated, the guy hasn't had a single good game at Inter, 40m for him is a complete joke.
- There's a high chance that Hazard will go to Real Madrid next summer.

^  Good riddance.  He's been acting like a little brat anyway.  He claimed that Conte texted him that he wasn't needed in the team and that he wasn't in his plans going forward.  I really find that highly unlikely.

Is he still refusing to go back to England?

With both Gabriel Jesus and Kevin de Bruyne suffering injury City could move for Sanchez in January as the will be needed to add more depth for the leading side. He will be available to move for free in summer and it's Arsenal last chance to cash him out.
Arsenal wants to sign Chelsea Defender David Luiz but the blues would not like to sell him for a rival so a move to Juventus will be more reasonable.
Southampton is getting close on signing Arsenal 28years old Theo Walcott on a loan deal Everton ,West Ham and Watford are interested on getting him.

Well Sanchez can fit into the City setup pretty well because of his style of play but i'm worried he might be surplus to requirement when these guys return from injury and might be a bench warmer so i will advice him against going for the money if he really wants to play regularly.

Saga Coutinho is now more interesting, after rumors heating up again into this winter transfer window, on the other hand there are people who forbid Coutinho to join Barcelona, he is Ronaldo. Ronaldo said that his former club always treated bad Brazilian players, he said that not only he who already experienced it, even Ronaldinho ,, Dani Alves and Neymar also already feel it.
Honestly, it would be a bad decision from Coutinho to reject a call from one of the biggest football clubs in the world. I do agree with Ronaldo, but I believe that going from Liverpool to Barcelona will represent a big leap for Coutinho's career, both financially and professionally.

Barcelona players Aleix Vidal and Gerard Deulofeu monitored by Inter Milan and Inter will attempt to get these players from loan options and seems Barcelona will agree with this offers because Ousmane Dembele and Rafinha who have same positions with the players above already recovered

I find it very difficult to understand how every time we hear rumours about Barcelona players leaving the club, we never see something about Arda Turan, i mean, what exactly is he doing in Spain other than living the high life and being friends with the likes of Messi, Pique, Suarez?

Speaking of Barcelona, there are rumours about Manchester City preparing an offer of €60m for Umtiti. I don't see it happening, but if it goes through, that money will be used to pay for Coutinho's transfer.

Both are fringe players for Barcelona, but i really thought that Deulofeu would have made a greater impact in Barcelona since his return from AC Milan and that after the injury to Dembele, he would have managed to get a starting role in the team but it doesn't seem to be going well for him at all.

Hopefully he can tighten up the defence because that’s Liverpool’s only problem at the moment. Scoring goals is not a problem, conceding too many is though.

I think we need to replace Mignolet in the summer too though.

I guess Liverpool still can surprise me on transfer windows. I have mixed feelings about this one. I never really rated Van Dijk too highly, and I am loathe to get even more players from Southampton especially when we seem to overpay for them. But I would agree that we just need a centreback with a bit of backbone, and if Virgil can help command that back line we might have fewer nervous games when leading by two or three goals. What we need next is a big character in goal. Mignolet is all right, Karius OK, but neither inspire any confidence.

That price tag, though... Liverpool hardly get good value for expensive buys but then I suppose having one extra CB is far better than being forced to play Emre Can in defence when everyone else is injured. Not that our defence has been SO bad of late!
Whiles the other English Clubs are making bids above 70M+ Pounds for players, it is really surprising that Chelsea who started the whole outrageous pricing of players during the time that Roman Abramovich bought the club are yet to make a purchase above that price.

With the current state of Manchester United I feel 3 - 5 player's could exit in January, Perieira should be immediately called back, they should try and get Griezmann if possible in January or even dybabala it's really sad that they're unable to even get their shit in order, Uniiti the Barcelona player is being linked To Real Madrid and that would be epic. I like this specuultion best, Ronaldo to Manchester United, Bale at Tottenham and Kane at Madrid that would be epic.
Manchester United and Jose Mourinho have been patience with a lot flops in the team for far too long especially those brought in the Van Gaal era. The likes of Smalling, Blind, Darmian should be given the sack and leave the club but we will need more recruits to fill he void left by them.

Liverpool bought from Southampton Van dijk for € 85M!
this is really an exaggerated evaluation!
with current prices as it would have cost Roberto Carlos? 300M?

Wait...  WHAT?!  It's a done deal?

Let me check...

Wow.  It's true.  I'm both happy and sad with this transfer.  Happy because it will strengthen Liverpool but sad because Man City didn't acquire him.

Van Dijk to Join Liverpool for 75M GBP

I think Mignolet is fine if he was a little bit more consistent.  But yeah, it would be best to get another keeper.  Jack Butland comes to mind as a good replacement.  It's time for him to get a 'club upgrade'.  Lol.

Barcelona are getting closer on Coutinho if they don't get him this summer then they will never will . they also monitoring Bayer Leverkusen youngster Kai Havertz ,the 18 years old featured in 17 games scoring a goal and assisting in 5 five occasions.

-SCHURRLE most likely in January will go from Dortmund to West Ham

-Liverpool is ahead of other teams for the purchase of GORETZKA (schalke 04)

-Southampton wants to invest the money obtained with van Dijk.
Sturridge, Walcott and Sessegnon (Fuhlam) possible purchases.

-Manchester United is about to buy ANDRE GOMES from Barcelona for 30M

-NZONZI goes to Everton from Seville for 28M

Schurrle to West Ham? That's cool, I mean West Ham are very good at looking for star players despite being under perform, but they dare to gamble for it.
Rumor Goretzka to Liverpool has been around since last summer, and in this winter, the rumor is even hotter.
Southampton seem to want to gamble by taking out unused players.
Nzonzi? Great choice, Everton started to rise, even though they had just lost to Bournemouth.
I am not really thrilled about this move at all,  Schurrle though not a world class player shouldn't be playing for the likes of West Ham but hey the English Premier League is very attractive and even Cenk Tosun have moved from Besiktas to Everton. The Salary might have also convinced him as well.
