I think Neymar is really interested in signing with PSG Because of being accused of illegal hidden contract with Barcelona. So this case affects on his performance a lot. If he will join with French club then he can perform his natural performance without hassle. In terms of this case I don't take as a rumor. Every summer transfer this type of rumor we face so this time can be true....

Well, AC Milan lost to Borussia Dortmund, but thankfully this is only pre season. I remain confident with all the players who have been bought by AC Milan, they will be great at AC Milan. I have some reasons to believe that it may be the right this time. In fact Neymar understood he will never get the Ballon d'Or in Barcelona because of Messi and since there is no other Brazilian he feels alone. That's nice , but Rooney going to China is something I don't like much. I think he should go and rest, he have played the game enough.

Riyad Mahrez is prepared to take a pay cut in order to join Roma. I think he's trying to get away from Leicester City as early as possible. His time at Leicester is done and there's not much ambition left in the club to win anything any more as the other clubs will be really cautious of that happening again and also the fact that the squad has weakened now after selling a few players and the new ones not living up to the expectations.
I think A.C. Milan currently has big plans to be relevant on European Competition again with the new owners currently spending more than 165 million Euros and transfer season is not done yet, I think they are still not over shopping new players with the rumors of signing a big star with Alvaro Morata and a kid prodigy with Renato Sanches they not only wanted to improve A.C. Milan's defense but also wants to improve the Midfield and Offense if they signed this big players. I just hope they are successful in their League first. From the new managements comes with a new arena and roster I hope that the new generation of the team will be future ready as well.
