I wonder which club Mou would be in next season...  Cheesy
Probably Inter? I've read that a lot of people are unhappy with Spaletti so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets sacked at the end of the season with Mou as his replacement.

In France there's a rumor saying Barca are just trying to mess with PSG's minds. They want revenge for the Verratti and Neymar cases. They don't really care about Rabiot .Well maybe they'd take him for free next summer but they won't pay a transfer fee in january.
Barcelona playing mind games now? Now that's new lol but yeah, I've been reading some reports saying that Barca aren't really interested in Rabiot, which is surprising considering that they could get a young quality player for a cheap price.

^  For how much Lukaku got signed for, he's not worth it imho.  Same with Sanchez.  I think selling them would get the some cash needed to get some cheaper and younger players with more potential in.  And it would ease United's payroll.

I’m not sure if Mourinho will get another job at a big European club any time soon. I think he’ll manage an international team or go somewhere lucrative but ultimately a shit job in China, India, America or something.

About Rabiot - I don't know why Barca would need him - now midfield is full in Barca after they bought Melo summer. Rabiot now has been suspended by PSG and he will not play this season anymore in PSG squad.

They got enough good midfielders (+de Jong), they don't need another Dembele type character with 10 times less talent who will stay on the bench and make problems in the locker rooms.

I think the plan here is to offload Sanchez to PSG in January window and Lukaku to Juventus in the summer window
You know, now that Mou is gone, perhaps Sanchez is considering staying in the club? Since he hasn't played that much this season, it would be kinda like a "signing" to keep him in the club. And I didn't know about that Lukaku rumour, I think he's a decent striker, but I would still keep Rashford in the starting XI.

Pretty quiet week regarding transfer rumours. Ramsey keeps making headlines for his imminent move to either Juventus or PSG in January. And Brahim Diaz (Manchester City) is close to signing with Real Madrid for about €15m.

Solskjaer wants to get Joshua King (Man U academy graduate, currently play at Bournemouth) back to Man United.  It would be nice to see them form an attacking squad comprised of United academy graduates.

I think the plan here is to offload Sanchez to PSG in January window and Lukaku to Juventus in the summer window, the amount of funds in transfer and salary can be reinvested in the club. I believe he'll be allowed to buy cause his two matches have shown he has the correct caliber to select players. Then again Joshua is from his home country and he's performing good, I'll not be surprised if he signs him but Manchester United needs defenders like Toby or Ramos.

So January's coming up and it is really strange for a Liverpool guy to say this but I won't be too alarmed if we don't move for anyone in this window. Missing injured guys but they should be back for contention, and we have the Ox rumoured to be back earlier than anticipated (ruled out this whole season supposedly).

Still holding out hope for Fekir and Pulisic but they're not about to be pried away for cheap!

I feel you're seeing it from a wrong perspective see from the Pools owner eyes, this is the only realistic chance they'll have of securing a title, city has lost two matches in a row they'll heavily invest to win the cup.

I could see this deal happening in the next transfer window. It won't be one of those classic signings from top clubs that sells a bunch a t-shirts, but it'll be a decent signing.

Heh.  They should stop thinking like that and start winning games.  And Mou's failure should be giving them the biggest hint that they should be rebuilding.

I think one of them will be the "big" signing for Liverpool in the summer transfer window...then again, Pool could spend over £100 million just to get both if they wanted to.

No big rumours going on lately. Juventus wants Ramsey, though he's asking for a big salary. And Bayern, Arsenal and Real Madrid are keen on signing the english talent, Jadon Sancho.

Yeah, I'm inclined to think that Klopp's a bit manic with his signings. He wants someone, he'll stick to his guns for a long time. Price doesn't seem to be an issue with Liverpool these days but you could be right. The purse strings are probably a little slack now but they'll loosen only after Klopp brings 1 trophy to the table.

Pulisic and Fekir would make our team monstrous, but I'm actually hoping we buy a couple more good centrebacks. All respect due to Lovren but only Gomez is a worthy deputy to VVD. I still wish Sakho got along but one more youngster in pure CB is what we need.

Rabiot can add squad depth into the team, plus you never know when a player will get injured or suspended. And if PSG wants sell him for a cheap price, then why not? About Murillo, it's definitely an odd choice, there were better choices in the market but I guess they wanted to sign a CB asap.

And Isco, there's a bit of a "toxic" atmosthere surrounding him right now which is not good for both the club and the dressing room. And according to rumours, he is the one that wants to leave the club so why not grant him the wish?

Well I hope Rabiot goes to the Catalans. I'm really very happy with where Barca are at the moment, and every season so far in the past few we've managed to gain a stronger and stronger hold over Real (except in Champions League meh), but each season we see more of our players aging. Suarez is still fit as always but he cannot be at his peak for long more. Same as Messi. Coutinho may last many more years but we do need more and more depth in midfield, we have never really asked for a better defence as long as we pack the midfield we are good.
The thing is, I don't know if going to Barcelona would be a great move for Rabiot. It's pretty obvious that he'll be sitting on the bench most of the time as there's no chance that he'll make it to the starting XI with the likes of Busquest, Coutinho, Rakitic, Vidal, etc. Maybe he's aware of this and he's willing to be a bench player and fight for a spot in the first team because you honestly can't say "no" to Barcelona if they come looking for you.

Latest transfer rumours:

- Arsenal keen on Cengiz Ünder (Roma).

- Chelsea keen on Higuain. The english team wants a swap deal with AC Milan: Morata for Higuain.

- Liverpool and Atletico Madrid are intested in the young striker Timo Werner (RB Leipzig).

- Manchester City prepares a new bid (almost €70m) for Frenkie de Jong (Ajax). PSG and Barcelona are also interested in the player.

- According to some rumours, Solskjaer, the manager of Manchester United, will have £50m to spend on transfers in January. Douglas Costa (Juventus) and Toby Alderweireld (Tottenham) are some of the club's targets.

About Rabiot - I don't know why Barca would need him - now midfield is full in Barca after they bought Melo summer. Rabiot now has been suspended by PSG and he will not play this season anymore in PSG squad. Now I read news that they reached agreement with Valencia to loan defender Murillo. Center defender position is really problematic in Barca.
And Isco - I don't think that we can call The Sun, Daily Mail and other tabloids as serious sources. For Real it would be stupid to sell him this January.

And yes, always allow a player to leave when he wants to. I think the only example I can think of where player forced or convinced to stay and did well was De Gea for United.

New round of transfer rumours:

- Lucas Hernandez (Atletico Madrid) to Bayern Munich almost done deal. The german club will pay the release clause (€80m) in January.

- Pepe, former Besiktas and Real Madrid player, is close to signing with Wolverhampton. Porto is also interested.

- Chelsea keen on Rabiot. FC Barcelona is also interested in the player.

- According to The Sun [1], Chelsea is ready to offer almost €80m for Isco.

I'm interested to see Pepe coming to premier league, he's vastly experienced and shall boost wolves who have played some outstanding football this season. I have read Rabiot is closer to Barcelona than Chelsea, but at Barcelona all he can do is warm the bench there's no place in the starting line up. I feel Isco will not be sold, as Mourinho would want him to stay as come summer Mourinho is back at Madrid. It seems Manchester United are going to buy in the January market and the player is Douglas Costa, not sure where he fits in or is even required.

I vote for Wenger as the care taker manager and Zidane as the permanent manager starting next season.  Lololol.

But seriously...  I'd rather see Poch, Simeone or even Eddie Howe at United to rebuild the club.  Enough spending sick amounts of money.  I just isn't working for them anymore.

Breaking news as Mourinho has been sacked. We all saw it coming at the end of the season but right now before January? 2 games away from mid season is not really wise but then again, hard to find worse situations than to keep a toxic wound festering. Probably amputation now is best.

Not much news and no quotes but I wonder if it's too much to think Zizou will come to manage? Man Utd go for big names rather than unproven visionaries.
With their results, it's not surprise that Mou was sacked before Christmas. I didn't believed that he can stay in his job until the end of season.
MU announced that now they're looking only for caretaker for remaining part of this season, probably it will be Carrick. But for the next season Zizou name comes first to my mind also.
