You know, Arda is a phenomenal player. He is very young and has a bright future, and if he does not continue playing at the top level week in and week out, he may not reach his highest level. Right now, Real Madrid is very strong attacking wise. They have a lot of players, and Arda Guler would definitely be a backup bench warmer.

If Arda actually sees a potential move to Milan, he should be willing to go for it because Serie A is a great league to play at and grow, and if he wants he can then explore his future from there.
