Oshimen had one or two good seasons and that was it from him and when there were interested parties like Chelsea who were prepared to pay over €100 million, he should have been sold. Today he will never be worth that amount and no one will pay such a particularly high amount. There are many players who play very well for a short time and reach their best quickly, but they also fall just as quickly.
Newcastle was a club that formally offered Napoli 100 million euros to purchase Osimhen. Chelsea never showed any interest in purchasing him for 100 million euros. Osimhen missed the opportunity to leave Series A because Napoli president turned down Newcastle's offer. By turning down Newcastle's offer, Napoli's president was quite dumb. With him, I was rather let down.

Osimhen is unlikely to return to his peak performance, and I understand Partenopei is considering lowering their asking price because of his terrible performance last season. Teams are becoming more savvy by avoiding buying a seasonal striker at a ridiculously high price, such as Osimhen.
In soccer things take changes drastically as same happen in Victor Osimhen case in last season his price tag was over €150 million, but Napoli management insist on keeping him with things gone on wrong side, and now they are facing troubling to have amount like this with no big club is also interested which is another dilemma even now we have few updates about Conte wants to keep him but can he perform like he has done few seasons back it's big question because due to his confrontation with management he is already not at his best which is the problem.

About Chelsea this was also his own wish with Chelsea management never talk about him specially now after having new coach things are not favourable about him so now we have to wait for his future with most chances he will stay at Napoli for another season which could be good for him.

Another player who is on the rise and is currently a hot topic of conversation is Ricardo Calafiori. Thanks to his stunning performance with Italy at Euro 2024, his name became even brighter and this time interest came from the Spanish giant club, Real Madrid. Currently Real Madrid are busy looking for a reliable central defender and perhaps after seeing Ricardo Calafiori they are finally starting to become interested. Currently Bologna is paying 40 million euros for Ricardo Cafaliori and it is likely that his price will continue to soar as more clubs are interested in signing him.

But previously Real Madrid were close to getting Leny Yoro from Lille but it was not clear how far the deal they had gone. If in the end Real Madrid succeeds in getting these two center backs then they will be able to sit comfortably because regeneration will have been prepared for the defense line. Moreover, Rudiger and Alaba are also getting older, so this is a long-term step they have to take to overcome this.
As far as I can tell you, Madrid isn't the only club linked to him, and there are several clubs approaching him. Liverpool has sent a message to Bologna about the prospect of recruiting Calafiori from Bologna. Rela Madrid still has a fantastic club, and they do not urgently require Calafiori from Bologna.
Given that Calafiori's performance was only good in Europe and we hardly heard his name when he was actively playing for Bologna, it's strange that Madrid will hurry him; this is all due to the buzz that has developed among football fans

We haven't even started the summer transfer season, and I believe anything relating to Real Madrid is now worthless because they have the best squad in the world. That's probably just another cheap rumor. And seeing Calafiori join Liverpool makes sense to me.

National competitions have always highlighted great players and bring out their skills out, I don't know if Real Madrid is really interested in Calafiori that I have seen Personalmtne playing at the stadium and I must say that it is a phenomenon, however there is there It is also a certain Juventus above the boy and they seem willing to be serious

With so many offers from top European teams, it will be very difficult for Napoli to retain Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, especially since every player wants to develop in a top team, so Napoli's current downturn is a reason why players who have good potential for their future careers are not happy.

There are news about Conte saying he will stay but no one knows for certain what will happen and even though it will be difficult to persuade him to stay especially when he and Osimhen have already made up their mind to leave. I think Conte needs a one on one discussion with these players to persuade them but we are still in the middle of the Euro competition so i don’t think he has had the chance to speak with Kvaraskelia yet. It’s obvious Kvaraskelia needs to join a bigger team to develop even more and win other trophies and that’s the dream of every player.

Yesterday Conte said that De Laurentiis confirmed to him that Kvaratskhelia remains in Napoli. I think he can be trusted, because once he already changed his mind about letting Osimhen go when there were many who wanted to buy this striker. Even if Conte cannot get Lukaku, he will have two very good forwards in the team, Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen. I know that PSG are trying to lure Kvaratskhelia, but he is still very young and I think it will not be difficult to persuade him to stay at Napoli.
Having both players is a huge advantage to him and the team but that will be very difficult, he might get just one of the two or even lose both but if they are part of his plans he will try everything possible to convince them to stay.

I think Conte wants to still work with Lukaku and that way he will not be so bothered if Osimhen leaves.

Manchester united is considering changing the name of their stadium to get more money from sponsors.
I have just heard about it and must admit I'm surprised. They have really been confident with spending all that huge amount of money on players so far. They have been overspending on many players too though.  Sad  That must have killed their finances. The name must be "Old Trafford" since 1910. I wonder what the new one will be...
Usually teams do not change it to a completely new thing, they just add something in. Meaning it would be like "Red Bull Old Trafford" or like "Visa Old Trafford" etc etc, basically keep the name, add the sponsors name and that's it, that's all they do normally and I am expecting the same to happen.

Plus, fans do care about the titles and achievements, not the names, you can change the whole United team name if you can, as long as it means titles, you can't change it I think but you understand what I mean. If they can get insane amount of money from it, and get some amazing superstars, and get titles thanks to that, then nobody would care what the stadium name is. At the very least, we have some business savy person at the helm after many years.

With so many offers from top European teams, it will be very difficult for Napoli to retain Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, especially since every player wants to develop in a top team, so Napoli's current downturn is a reason why players who have good potential for their future careers are not happy.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Osimhen are two important players in the Napoli team, at least Napoli must be able to keep one of them but we don't know what will happen in the future with the current Napoli team being gone but what is certain is that Conte will find it quite difficult to build this team if many of their main players choose to leave.
So far osimhen and Kvaratskhelia are players who are mainstays and even very important for Napoli, the performance of both has attracted a lot of attention from European club clubs who really want to recruit him as a player, currently the two players are indeed very close to the exit of Napoli, so Napoli should try harder to try to keep them, last season Osimhen was their main striker but since the arrival of Conte, Napoli has actually Opening the opportunity for other clubs to have him on the condition that he have to pay more than 120 million euros to Napoli at the moment, Osimhen is no longer a priority to be retained by Napoli considering Conte is more interested in other strikers at the moment.

While Kvaratskhelia actually seems to still want to be retained by Napoli, remembering a few days ago de Laurentiis had met with Kvaratskheliaagent to confirm his future at Napoli, although there was indeed a big offer coming from PSG but Napoli still retained him and asked Kvaratskhelia to fully commit to his contract which still has 4 years left with Napoli.
Victor Osimhen and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia are currently in very different situations. And the club also sets different priorities for the two. Last season, Osimhen was also a high priority to be retained by the club. So Napoli made many clubs withdraw from the hunt by increasing Osimhen's transfer price. But this season the opposite happened. Napoli are trying to release Osimhen. In fact, this club will reportedly consider negotiating a lower price than the previous price. But for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, I think Napoli will even make the team trying to bring in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia slowly withdraw by increasing the transfer price of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia itself so that it becomes a bulwark that blocks every club that intends to bring in Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. This method last season was also effective in making Osimhen survive. And this same method will also definitely be effective in defending Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Napoli is currently in a downturn, and most players want their careers to continue to improve by being in a top team, so retaining potential players I think will be quite difficult and realistically Napoli must be smart in seeing opportunities that can be taken advantage of, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a young player and also has potential so it is possible to sell it at a high price.

Napoli experienced a decline after they won the Scudetto and that happened because they were trying to replace the coach.
Last season Napoli played inconsistently and they were unable to keep up with the play of other top teams such as AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is still quite young and he is a good asset for Napoli and the arrival of a new coach will provide space for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to develop under his coaching.

Other news is that Osimhem will also be for sale, but no club is willing to buy him yet and if you look at the strength of the Napoli team next season, they will have to try to make changes and look for some of the players they need.

Osimhen should have left after last season but I don’t know how he was convinced to stay back. He is now no more valuable as he was last season and the club can’t save him from getting him a new club now. They are just after their own interest now and not interested if he gets a good club or not. And if he happens to not get sell, he will not be utilized that much for next season because Antonio Conte is not interested in him and have shown it already by showing keen interest in Romelu Lukaku. Osimhen is now left in the midst of regrets and also finding a suitable place to continue his career on. He can’t stay back where he is no more valued, he’ll lost his form and possible future if he doesn’t get that enough playing time. I hope he gets a good club and leaves the club as soon as possible.

Osimhen is still very strong. Only in his second season in Napoli did he begin to experience additional mental problems. I think he wasn't happy in the team and couldn't focus. I think he will play great in the Premier League team he will go to after focusing. I don't think Chelsea will regret it if they give him 100 million Euros, because the Nigerian football player will be more than worthy of this fee. At least I think it will be much better than Mudyrk.

Victor Osimhen is not just strong but he is still very feet and in good form to play good football and keep scoring goals despite having a bad season with his team Napoli last season but if he's going to leave Napoli to another team I think he will be good and score more goals.

I don't even think that Osimhen had any mental issues last season rather I think the team experienced a decline in their performance and as there was a change of coach which couldn't work with the tactics of the former coach it made the team to lose her motivation of winning matches and at the end they could not be among the top4 in the league.

If Osimhen finally goes to Chelsea to become their striker, he's going to be a great striker and since he loves the team he's going to give his best to ensure that he helps the team to get back to their position.

Glory To Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!

It is wise for Manchester United not to want to pay high transfer fees. They finally managed to think logically because if English teams want a player, he is sold for more expensive prices than usual. Let's think of Antony, for example. What individual talents led him to be purchased at this transfer fee? Even a quality offensive player like Antony could be found for an average of 15-20 million Euros.

MU initially acted from the needs that ten Hag relied on, there was complete trust in him because it was expected that he would be able to change MU and return them to their former glory. But the transfers were actually very dubious, and the results turned out to be appropriate, and possibly overstated. It is now clear that ten Hag will not receive any funding for new transfers, or they will be so minor that it will not harm the team. I would call the new season the last chance for ten Hag, which he must take advantage of with what he has.

Napoli have a reason why they rejected the offer given, because they also have to bring in other players to fill the void that Osimhen will leave in the future. They are targeting Lukaku because their new coach asked that Lukaku be in the squad, but this is still hampered because it is impossible for Chelsea as Lukaku's owner to let this player go at a cheap price, because they also spent a lot of money to bring in this player.

When I saw what Napoli did, including when they rejected the offer that came in, I saw that they also still wanted to keep Osimhen, unless they got the price they wanted, it was possible they would let Osimhen go at that price. However, the problem is that the price they want is too high and that makes it difficult for other teams to actually get it. The reason is that they will definitely think about whether they will get performance that matches the money they spend or not. Because the team that wants to sign him will also definitely think there because they are worried that it will be a failed purchase.

"A swap deal between Chelsea and Napoli could potentially be negotiated as new boss Antonio Conte ‘only’ wants Romelu Lukaku"

I have said this before and actually I agree more if Osimhen stays and appears with Conte to gain greater experience than choosing Lukaku. I'm worried that Osimhen will leave and be replaced Lukaku. But the more rumors spread, the more I become convinced that Osimhen will soon leave Napoli, but with a transfer fee of under €130m.
Arsenal is the team most associated with Osimhen, maybe there is Chelsea in the name but in reality Chelsea have to spend quite lot of money to get him and I not sure Chelsea can be willing to spend more money to get Osimhen.
Unless the exchange option is truly approved by Napoli, this will be profitable for Chelsea.
Personally, I would be much more interested if Arsenal really got Osimhen because his chances of winning the title would be more open, apart from that Arsenal also have pretty good squad for the past two seasons, staying with Napoli would be the same as hindering his own career.
Moreover, Antonio Conte also doesn't want to interfere too much in the matter of releasing Osimhen with Napoli because they already have their own agreement and Conte also can't keep him if Napoli basically aims to sell with the agreement they have.
Osimhen has release clause of 120 million euros and this could be reduced if Napoli agrees, it is clear that the decision on Osimhen future is in Napoli hands.

But on the other hand, if compare Lukaku with Osimhen, it is clear that we all know that Osimhen is far superior player and his departure and being replaced by Lukaku will never be worth it.
Yes, I agree with your sentiment bro, as it stands now, the transfer of victor osimhen is more likely to go through to arsenal than Chelsea, because Chelsea can't afford to spend a very huge amount of money like 120million euros on a single player due to the fact that financial fair play is breathing at their neck already.

He is more likely to go too arsenal, but another team that shouldn't be removed from the equation of this particular transfer saga is Paris saint Germain, they have been eyeing this particular transfer for sometime now, and the exit of Kyler mbape to real madrid made it very much likely that they might pursue this transfer and likely sign him if they have the will, so I believe that the most likely destination of victor osimhen is either arsenal or psg.

Osimhen made a wrong decision when he decided to extend his contract in Napoli for a longer time in the last season because we knew this player would like to move to another team and during the last summer I remember teams like Real Madrid and some other teams were linked to this player. Now since they have too may too much for this player, it there are fewer offers for Osimhen, but still, teams like Chelsea and Arsenal are close to signing a contract with him however I don't think if Conte will let this player move easily.

It's too good to be true!

According to the article, Conte consider to release Osimhen at 100 Million Euros, if Chelsea agree with the swap deal, will Chelsea give some money to Napoli since Lukaku market value is just 33 Million Euros. If Chelsea don't need to give additional fees, they should swap Lukaku for Osimhen ASAP.

This will depend on Arsenal either they want to spend 100 Million Euros or not, they still have a choice to sign cheaper player like Benjamin Sesko.

Now everything depends on money in the end because after all with a large clause now it depends on the courage of the interested club to bring in Osimhen because with only mediocre money Osimhen will definitely not be allowed to leave. Apart from that, currently it seems like PSG have shifted their focus to Kvaratskhelia compared to Osimehn but it doesn't rule out the possibility that in the end they go together to PSG no problem especially we know what PSG's money is like even if there is FFP (maybe) but that won't be the case. problem for them.

For Arsenal, it is still possible, especially since their attack line and goal productivity are poor even though they have Gabriel and Havertz in the squad, especially since Arsenal are also quite loyal when talking about player transfers.

Regarding Osimhen transfer, it is still an unsolved mystery because there are still pros and cons regarding the very high price and this article says:

"But transfer expert Fabrizio Romano insists that there is unlikely to be any concrete movement on Osimhen’s situation until later in the summer"

I see many sources on the internet writing like there's an agreement between Conte and Osimhen to sell him this summer. It looks like this is really happening however I'm wondering his cost the most.

Arsenal will surely have to pay a gigantic fee.  Sad  Most probably with a fee over 100 million euros anyway. Arsenal really needs a star player in forward position. That's a sure thing. However if they spend this much on him, and I don't even know what the details of the contract would be, I guess they aren't planning to make many transfers. Do they need that many transfers though? I guess not as they are already doing just great.

But Arsenal really needed a star scorer (just like Man City has Haaland) to increase their chance for a Premier League trophy.  Smiley
