If Conte can keep Kvaratskhelia it would be great for the team and a big statement for next season.

You are right about the budget they pay for transfers in Chelsea and Manchester United but the fact about these two teams is they can't get good results even after spending this huge amount of money and that is definitely not good for a team like Chelsea or Manchester United to be in this situation. However, I think Chelsea got better situation because they got some younger players thanks to their former coach.
While now we all know these two teams will again spend too much money on the new players and there is no guarantee to get good results at all.
