As long as the kid didn't follow Neymar's path, he will be fine. Neymar has a good reputation and built his name many years ago since Barcelona time with the help of Messi and Saurez. I don't know if you're following up Chelsea transfer news cause if you were, you won't make such statement that Chelsea is not focused on younger players.
