Napoli is an elite club, is probably not in good shape presently, we've seen how they decline in performance this season, perhaps I do hope they will bounce back, it's just a matter of time for Rudi Garcia to sets things right for his new clun. Luciano Spalleti quitting his position as headcoach from Napoli, though he has his reasons but it means a decline in performance for the team. Spalleti presence have really improved the performance of the club, from struggles in games to becoming preeminent contenders for the scudetto and also winning it.
When a team brings in a new coach the team will definitely witness such drawbacks and the decline in performance is inevitable as the players will have to go through a new coaching approach and structure and will take time to adapt accordingly to the changes around them. Spalleti definitely has his reasons to resign and could be for the best but he didn’t consider the players before deciding to leave, Osimehn and Kvaraskelia had offers from bigger teams but chose to stay because they had no reason to leave since they are enjoying life with him. They showed loyalty and appreciated him but he didn’t do the same to them, i hope they don’t regret their decision to stay because obviously they are not happy with the current situation at the club. Rudi Garcia probably just needs time so let’s see what he has to offer.
That depends on the change of the managerial role, if you go from a good one with good results to a new one, it is likely that you are going to do worse, if you go from a terrible one that got terrible results it is likely that you will get better results. Napoli did what NO team in the world should, they fired the manager that won it all, and that is a wrong move.

I think it is better if they could just try to push through this period because there is absolutely nothing they can do about it, they just have to accept their faith and move on. I know that it is going to be a tough deal for them but they can make it work if they end up working harder for it and just focus on that win every single game they possibly could.

As we know, Xabi Alonso's name is often linked as a candidate for the next Real Madrid coach and even Ancelotti also hopes that one day he will coach the city of Madrid's proud team. However, it seems that not only Xabi Alonso is included as a candidate for Real Madrid's new coach and now Brighton coach Roberto De Zerbi is also included as a candidate for the next Real Madrid coach.

I think Real Madrid's interest in Roberto De Zerbi is quite risky and however, even though he coaches Brighton very well, it's not certain that when he is in a team as big as Real Madrid he can carry out his duties well. Like Graham Potter, who previously surprised people when he coached Brighton, but after becoming Chelsea coach, he encountered difficulties and was even fired. Who do you think is the right coach to handle Real Madrid in the future? Xabi Alonso or Roberto De Zerbi?

Roberto De Zebri have been fantastic in the last months for Brighton and his management of younger talents has brought talks of being amongst the names of coaches to replace Ancellotti at Real Madrid.
There are problems with coaches like these, they remain low clubs coaches and finds it hard to cope when the heat and pressure comes with a big coaching club and job.
Xabi Alonso has gone round the leagues and won major European trophies worked with the best coaches too he should be the best option for for position. The former Madrid and Liverpool player has the capacity.

I still think that Xabi Alonso is going to be a better choice for Real Madrid. You know he has been doing really well with Bayern Leverkusen recently,  the compelling evidence suggests that he possesses the potential to thrive within the realm of Real Madrid.

However I also cannot oppose to the idea that Brighton is doing well also. I can see they are currently in the third position on the table.  That is something which is really hard to achieve, especially in a very competitive league like the English Premier League.

On the other hand Bayern Leverkusen was able to not lose against Bayern Munich. That is a very big achievement for a club like Bayern Leverkusen. So I think Real Madrid has a choice to make in this situation. I definitely hope that they will be able to make the right choice.

I love the both coaches Realmadrid have set aside for the replacement of Ancelotti they're both young and performing well in their various clubs currently and both could end up being the best coaches in future, De zebri is a good very good coach with a fast attacking mindset that would really suit the Madrid squad and he could manage the team without even spending too much money to bring in top class players and they're still perform very well and get good results just like Brighton are doing currently.

But the fact that Xabi Alonso was once a Realmadrid player and club legend I think alot of fans would pick him as the preferred option for their team, and coupled with the fact that's he's doing great as well and has transformed Bayer Leverkusen into one of the strongest teams in Bundesliga this season gives him more advantage over De zebri, i think those two won't be the only options for Ancelotti's replacement and with time there would be more options and we'll get to know who'll replace Ancelotti
Replacement for Carlo Ancelotti trends, what happen, is Carlo Ancelotti quitting his position as headcoach for Real Madrid? I guessed the club are making plans ahead inother to keep the team on the right winning track. Roberto De Zerbi and Xabi Alonso are prominent coaches, they can bring Los Blancos to another level with their strategies in league games. Afterall Real Madrid have promising players that can perform outstandingly in elite competitions, these coaches wouldn't have enough duty to carry out on the team because these players are experience, what they need is just guidance and strategies to implement.
Yes, I think whoever the coach is, as long as they can manage all the best players at Real Madrid, that's certainly not a problem. Ancelotti is quite out of date with the strategies he uses in modern football like this and it seems he can only use formations or tactics as usual without any significant changes. I prefer Xabi Alonso's style of play and maybe if he became Real Madrid coach it wouldn't be too difficult to provide the right strategy.

Xabi Alonso is a coach who is quite experienced in managing big teams and he is also one of the best coaches so his arrival to replace Ancelotti could provide a match for Real Madrid.
Moreover Ancelotti also agreed that in the future he would be replaced by Xabi Alonso and from this we can take the assessment that Ancelotti fully believes that under Xabi Alonso leadership Real Madrid will develop even better.
To be honest Roberto De Zerbi is also a great coach and in fact was able to bring Brighton to a pretty good start this season but it seems like more people will choose Xabi Alonso to replace Ancelotti.

Manchester United decided to stop working with De Gea and they hired another goalkeeper, since Onana and Ten Hag were both working at Ajax, Ten Hag asked the team to hire Onana during the summer.
Te nHag was hoping to see a better performance from Onana than what he saw from De Gea but in the end. But Onana is not in a good situation at Manchester United and there is new a chance for Jan Oblak to join Manchester United from Atletico Madrid.

https://www.bbc.com/sport/articles/c72ml4zk4k2o

We don't know formerly why there was an option to completely throw De Gea out of the squad and Ten Hag decided to take Onana because now there is only regret and disappointment about this decision and we all know that Onana is no better than De Gea.
But everything has already happened and the rumors circulating about a new offer for De Gea have not really materialized so if next season Ten Hag does not immediately resolve the problem of finding a suitable goalkeeper it is likely that Manchester United will always have problems.

I think Jan Oblak would be a good option instead of using Onana for a longer period of time.

Real Madrid coach, Carlo Ancelotti have been with the team in both dark and good moments. Perhaps he's not quitting the job at Santiago Bernabeu, but the board scouting options for the early replacement. Nominating Xabi Alonso and Roberto De Zerbi as potential replacement for Ancelotti. I would suggest they should go for coaches that have lengthy experience in football and not some random coach that's doing good at the moment. Consistency matters alot, we hoped any one coming in should be able to do the memorable functions in the club.
Indeed, it could be said that these two coaches have started to show their consistency since last season and have shocked many people with very effective strategies for the respective teams they are currently managing. It can be seen that the results are not just ordinary and are quite dominating along with other big teams in the standings table. I feel that either Xabi Alonso or Roberto De Zerbi will definitely be able to be given the big responsibility of managing the Real Madrid squad, especially as the current depth of the Los Blancos squad is one of the best.

So yes, even though Real Madrid will look for an experienced coach other than Xabi Alonso or Roberto De Zerbi, I hope they can make the right choice. However, each coach's philosophy and playing style will greatly influence the development of a team.

I'd be more than happy for Xabi to join Real Madrid, not without reason, but with his experience as a former Real Madrid player, of course that would be an advantage for him, because he must know Real Madrid inside and out. If we go back in time when he was a player, of course he has a very good mentality and that can help him in becoming a Real Madrid coach, because after all, being a coach of a big club will always have great pressure. He must also know what Real Madrid's style of play is like, which prioritizes effectiveness in the game.

I think this is just part of a rumor or gossip that is not necessarily true, because it was too short for United to decide to look for a replacement for Onana. So far, Onana has played his role as Manchester United goalkeeper in 8 matches. 6 in the premier league, two more in different competitions. Even so, not in all matches Onana performed badly as the last wall of Manchester United's defense. at least, even if it is true as reported by Fichajes and quoted by the BBC.

Ideally, United will give Onana a chance for at least half a season. after that, they can decide to look for a replacement if Onana cannot play her role well. For me, it's unfair to only judge him on a few matches. Moreover, underperformance is not Onana's problem, but rather the Manchester United squad itself. there are many factors that make United underperform, we have even reviewed them in recent weeks.
As for Jan Oblak, this goalkeeper from Slovenia has a contract until June 2028 with Atletico Madrid and it is not certain that Atletico will release the goalkeeper later.

The decision regarding changing coaches is an important matter and must be considered carefully by the Real Madrid board of directors. I agree that consistency is a key factor in choosing a new coach.
I am more inclined towards Xabi Alonso because Xabi is a former Real Madrid player who has very good experience in the world of football. He has a deep understanding of the club's culture and philosophy. Although he has no experience as a main coach at the highest level, he has worked as a youth coach and has the necessary qualifications. and the most important thing in choosing Xabi Alonso was his strong relationship with the club and his successful playing experience at Real Madrid.

The fact that Sancho does not follow the lead of the hysterical Ten Hag does not make him a bad player. I think he will find another club, but in reality he doesn't need to - after all, United are obliged to pay him a salary so he can stay at the club until the end of his contract without any worries. Personally, I assume that United will get rid of Ten Hag quite quickly - he is a weak coach with a provincial mentality and he has not fit to top clubs.
It's really ridiculous Ten Hag is restricting Sancho almost everything in Manchester United, he need to self introspection first because he's only a manager not the owner lol. Ten Hag, as a manager only allowed to not train him and not select him to play in the field. But if Sancho want to train by himself, using Manchester United's facilities, dining room etc, Ten Hag must not forbid him.

Ten Hag has been successful so far in that he constantly finds someone to blame and never takes the blame when things go wrong. So far, this strategy is working. Maybe this strategy works simply because the Glazers are more concerned with how to sell United profitably than how to develop it, who knows. But sooner or later they will kick him out because if United is not successful, it will lose value as an asset. In general, Sancho still has time for video games (as they write, he loves them very much), he just has to wait until Ten Hag is fired.

Without taking anything away from Roberto De Zerbi, I think Xabi Alonso with all he's been able to do since he became Bayer Leverkusen manager is better option to replace Carlo Ancelotti when he leaves the club at the end if the season should the club decide to for a young but very good and productive manager.
Roberto De Zerbi is currently doing well at Brighton and Hove Albion but considering improved Bayer Leverkusen has been since Xabi Alonso took over, making him the next manager at the Santiago Bernabeu will be a better option for the club he won so many trophies with a a player.

We have some names now to replace ancellotti

Zerbi
Xabi
Zidane

I think that it sounds non sense to take potter's case as an imagery to the zerbi's future in real madrid once madrid will pick him as a new coach. I may remove zidane from the list as there's nothing concrete regarding his chance to make his comeback to the real madrid.
Zerbi and xabi are the sense choices here but i will prefer madrid to take xabi caused by xabi really understand about real madrid as he had been in madrid for a long time.

Perez is now confusing to pick which was the best candidate to replace ancellotti in upcoming season. I will prefer to take xabi even though leverkusen was just become his first club in his career as a coach.

Xabi Alonso and Roberto De Zerbi are almost in the same class. Xabi started his foosball coaching career in 2018–2019 with Real Madrid (youth team). He later moves to Real Sociedad ( team B), before he got his first top-flight coaching career in 2022 with Bayer Leverkusen. Leverkusen is doing well and are occupying the number two position in the German Bundesliga. He is well respected in Spain and can stand any form of pressure from the press and management because he is from Spain.

But I think Roberto De Zerbi is more experienced and more positioned for this job. Roberto started his managerial career with US Darfo Boario SSD in 2013/and he has coached three top-flight clubs which include Sassuolo, FC Shakhtar Donetsk, and currently Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. He turned an unknown club into a European team. He took over a club that the coach abandoned and many keep players have been sold out. Within a few times, he turned the fortune of the club around.  Although we cannot predict the future because Xavi who had little experience is doing well in Barcelona but for me Roberto is the best man for the job based on his experience.

Brighton rise was quite interesting in the last seasons and for sure coaches have an important role on that. Now when it comes to Chelsea I think it isn't the best example to talk about since there is a list of coaches that failed resuscitating the team.
These two names, Xabi or Roberto, look good and they might get a chance training Real Madrid and winning something with it. I don't have a preference but EPL is harder to manage than other leagues.

Real Madrid are interested in a loan move for Marc Cucurella:
The Spanish left-back, who joined Chelsea from Brighton last summer, has yet to play a single Premier League game this season, making his only appearance for the Blues in the Carabao Cup. Cucurella is frustrated by the lack of game time and is looking for an exit in the next window.
The Spaniard could be eyeing his defender and considering returning to his homeland with Real Madrid. Los Blancos could consider a January loan move. What do you think, guys? Is it just a rumor, or is it really happening? Besides that, Marc Cucurella should be good for Real Madrid, or should you not give us your thoughts?
Source
It seems that this is just a rumor if Cucurella is linked with Real Madrid, after all, currently the left back position is quite good and there is no need to add any more players for this position. Currently there are many left backs available, such as Fran Garcia, Ferlan Mendy, and also Alaba or Nacho who can sometimes be placed in that position. I think that even though rumors say it will only work on a loan, it won't fully work and especially considering that Cucurella's quality has continued to plummet since joining Chelsea, Real Madrid certainly doesn't want to take the risk of bringing in a player whose performance stability is not yet clear.
It's not a rumor but it's still far to be realized by real madrid. It's caused by we are still far away from the winter transfer season. I think that real madrid will see cucurela as best option to strngthen its defensive line.
Cucurela was not that bad played in chelsea but i must also admit that if cucurella has been making so many blunders in chelsea. I think that ancellotti learned a lot if chelsea has some strong players which can fit to the real madrid.
I think that cucurela can perform better once he will join in real madrid. We shall wait for the further development from this rumor. That's pretty much the same when many people ignoring kepa's rumor but madrid was signing him as a new goalkeeper for the club.
It proves that madrid didn't even need to publish its internal agenda to the public. We may see a surprise that comes from madrid in winter transfer window.
