They lack a concept and a coach with a vision. Pochettino doesn't really know what he is doing. The Chelsea bosses don't really know what they are doing. They are opening their wallet and then buy whatever player seems to be a hot target on the market. It's insane if you look at their player fluctuation especially in the higher price segments. I think it's inevitable that Xabi Alonso is the top coaching target for bayern Munich and they likely will get him since he was once their player and I think he left in a good terms with the club, Liverpool chances of getting him is slim and they maybe looking for an alternative now while bayern as litte or no worries in getting him since Real Madrid is still keeping Ancelloti which might have made it difficult for them in getting him.
Now I think the main option is either Xabi join Bayern Munich or remain in Bayern Leverkusen and wait till the time Real Madrid needs him though if he chooses to remain at Leverkusen then I think they may likely not sell their key players except the player really decides to leave.
