Tuchel leaving Bayern Munich is no longer a probability, is it? I think it's certain that he's leaving. It has already been announced by Bayern that Tuchel would be leaving at the end of the season and Tuchel himself has confirmed this.
I believe Kimmich too might leave but there's still a chance of him remaining at Bayern. If a manager who has a good relationship with him is appointed, he would most likely stay,  but the chances of him staying are not very great.

Another player that has a slim chance of staying is Davis. I know Davis already has his eyes on Real Madrid at the moment.
What I know is that Bayern won't let more than 2 important players leave their club this summer. These kinds of players are difficult to replace so they'll do all they can to convince them to stay.

Let's hope that Manchester United will get better under the Sir Jim who has been lots of promise that he want to knock Liverpool and Manchester City out from their dominance in the premier league. I just hope things go according to his plan. Liverpool has tasted success under Klopp and I think they would want to maintain that standard. Klopp leaving isn't going to end the ambition of Liverpool to keep competing at the highest level, they have  been linked to some high profile coaches which I think can take the club to the next level if they get the right funding and backing of the owners. As for Manchester City they keep getting better.

The adaptation of Man United new recruits has failed, including their loan players, that is a strong reason why this season Man United is having difficulty in various competitions, their hope now is only in the FA Cup. Another reason is the prolonged injury factor such as that experienced by Mason Mount. It is clear that Ten Hag always lacks rotation options due to the injuries that plague his squad. There's nothing wrong with recruiting young people from their academy. Academy players tend to have greater loyalty and fighting spirit towards their club. Moreover, they are still young, there is a lot of potential that must be honed and developed in professional matches.
however, we will see the possibility of successful transfers for the team and some that will fail. That's because players' adjustments to different teams, coaches, and also different teammates can affect performance.

Difference with Arsenal, they had success with Mikel Arteta become the manager for replacing Arsene Wenger position, indeed still not winning any trophy yet but Arsenal keep solid performance and always finish on the top fourth standings exactly last season almost close become the winner of premier league.
