Things could be very different if bayern gave permission for Naglessmann to run the club for much longer. This is a serious mistake made by this club. Bayern must have learned a lot from the mistakes made in the middle of last season when the club was sackiong naglesmann to be replaced by tuchel, when the club forced Naglesmann to leave the club. It also contributed significantly to the club's poor performance till this time. Byaern was able to win multiple trophies last season if naglesmann was not sacked, but it was only lucky because Dortmund missed the final game and it saved tuchel from being sacked even early. Bayern needs to transition from a bad coach to a good coach. Xabi Alonso has played in Bayern for a long time, and I believe he fully understands the club.
This is also my main reason for predicting that if he leaves Leverkusen to join Bayern, he will most likely do so in the future. Bayern must ensure that the club has a good coach who can perform better than the previous coaches, who have only turned the club into another flop.
It will be disastrous for Bayern if they sign the wrong coach again and club shall not repeat it again. Enough is enough for Bayern to be managed by a bad coach and it must move on, and the club requires someone who can play the game properly. I hope Bayern Munich will consider Xabi Alonso. Seriously, this guy is an excellent fit for the club and bayern needs to approach him as soon as possible.
He lacks experience, but Xabi knows Bayern very well, and I am confident he will achieve success with the club soon only if bayern munich will able to recruit him asap. Things are changing so quickly.
Comparing Xabi's abiliy based on his performances with his team, it'll be fair to admit his superiority in skillset. Leverkusen when Xabi took over had to start from scratch to build up to where they are now. So far Xabi, he has been a good boss and his methods have worked perfectly for Leverkusen. One would wonder how he managed to put up such feat for the team considering the spot he picked them from. It's one quality that can definitely be found in a good manager. Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good.
Well it'll only be fair and an added advantage to the German club if their hit maker coach stays the next season with them to keep up with the positive differences he's trying impart to the club. Tuchel's presence in the team ought to make a significant impact to their endeavors all time and also Kane's performance needed to add a big advantage to them but so far, their recent games have turned out opposite of their normal and expected performance rate. It'll only mean that their journey this season to a top spot is threatened and no one can say exactly if they'll be able to scale through it. They've not been encouraging and it's quite appaling that they remain depreciated week after week.
Sadly though, Tuchel's stay in the club is seemingly threatened, his days are actually numbered and it's understandable that the management would want a switch for the coach position as they expected him to be better considering how much effort his put in recent times and even with flaws, they need not to keep overlooking it as it's unending. Well it'll only task them to find a proper hand that'll replace Tuchel's as so far they need not to take their chances and cause this to continue unto the next season. Alonso is being quested for and if they're able to secure him, well, hopefully he'll be able to take them out of the state they are. His records are speaking for him and so it's understandable that they see him as a proper prospect for the job ahead in the club.
