A teams chemistry is not just between players, which would be better if all Dutch players played together, but also it's about the fact that we are talking about a team that does well based on managers chemistry with the team. But the problem is that while he does get the players he wants, he still doesn't show a sign of getting better, the team is still not that great. He has been quite terrible and I am 99% sure that he will be fired as soon as the last game of the season ends.

Well we saw what happens when you try to make Man United full of Eredivisie players, now they play like them too. It really has nothing to do with "Dutch players", as this is not the Dutch NT.

Anyway, Ten Hag has terrible man management and that's why the youth prospects who could've broken into the first team have left elsewhere either on loan or permanently (Sancho, Elanga, etc etc).

I think they're looking for a substitute player because when Hojlund is absent, they're struggle to find the right player to replace Hojlund position. Both Rashford and Garnacho are great in their own respective positions.
We still have martial but even if MU has been forced to sign a new striker at the end of the season, why does united try to recruit a new youngstar? Recruiting guirassy is far better and he has cheaper price too. Another blunder from united.
I mean that would make sense if he managed to do well with them, after all if he is going to manage those players better than other players then it makes sense for him to get players that he likes. That's how a manager does his best, when he is connected with his players better.

There is a new update from Barcelona. It seems that the club has found a replacement for Xavi when he steps down as coach.

Quote
The Spaniard announced he would be departing at the end of the season, leaving Barcelona to join the crowded market of clubs looking for a new manager. According to the Independent, Barca have targeted Sporting boss Amorim ahead of other candidates. He has been earmarked by the likes of Bayern Munich and Liverpool but second to coveted Bayer Leverkusen coach Xabi Alonso, who played as a midfielder for both clubs.
https://www.goal.com/en/lists/barcelona-ruben-amorim-replace-xavi-sporting-cp-liverpool-bayern-munich/blt82083a310807f7fa#cs37b84ce7ba7e1d92

I can't recall which club has been linked to Amorim. However, it appeared to me that there were also rumors linking him to Chelsea. Barcelona is ready now to join the race to get him from Sporting Lisbon. I personally disagree with such a decision if Barcelona will try to recruit him as a new appointment to replace Xavi.
Amorim is still doing pretty well in sporting lisbon, but he doesn't fit la Liga. Barcelona needs michel from girona. The club shall not do another gamble again which is only hurting the performance from the club and its finances. There are so many clubs targeting amorim now, but nothing concrete about which club that has made a direct contract to him.
I hope that he can join a big club, but it's not Barcelona. Xavi may also change his decision to step down as Barcelona coach.

Barcelona needs to find someone to replace him, and the club needs to ensure it does not lose the momentum to recruit a magnificent coach. There will be no other chance, but if Barcelona is willing to recruit him, it depends on him.
I think that people will also have different opinions regarding him joining Barcelona as a new appointment. Barcelona needs to find someone who has a cheap salary, too.

It's quite hard to determine which coach will go to the barcelona. .

Small rumor about next possible coach of Juvenuts.

Spalletti may overtake Allegri after Euro 2024, leaving the national team.

Well it’s a strange rumor because Allegri is doing just fine at Juventus and I do not see any reason why Juventus might want to change him. Allegri has improved the poor Juventus side into a good team atleast and needs more signings and a new contract to make a bigger statement

There is nothing strange about this rumor since it has been very long since Allegri stayed at Juventus. The club has a reason to replace him. It must be replaced with a better coach who can deliver better results. Spalletti helped Napoli win serie a with the perfect result.

Officials seem to be upset with Allegri's result for this season. I do support the decision to sack him. Allegri will get double karma after he mocks Intermilan. The first thing he will not get scudetto and another one to be sacked by the club.

Juventus can play better as long as the club is able to recruit a better coach than him. Even though Allegri made the club qualify for the UCL, it does not change the fact that he was a flop.

I’m not sure why Alonso would join Bayern. Nothing at that club is deemed as success unless it’s winning the CL. I mean he’s beating them in the Bundesliga with Leverkusen so what is the point in going there.

I have a vested interest obviously as I’d love him to take over from Klopp when the latter leaves in the summer. Surely taking over at Liverpool is far more prestigious than Bayern. It’s a harder job too, more of a challenge to battle against Guardiola in the PL. Maybe Alonso hasn’t got the balls to take on the PL and wants to stay in a farmers league. If that’s the case then maybe I don’t want him at LFC.

Thomas Tuchel will only be with Bayern Munich until the middle of this year and that was a mutual decision after seeing the poor results this season https://fcbayern.com/en/news/2024/02/fc-bayern-and-thomas-tuchel-to-end-their-working-relationship
so it seems that if Bayern succeed in getting Xabi Alonso he will only start his job at the beginning of next season but I agree it is not an easy decision for Xabi to accept offers from Bayern, even from any club, there will be a lot of consideration made to keep his coaching career brilliant.
Expectations that were too high were initially expected by Munich when they first signed Tuchel as coach to replace Nagelsman in 2023, Munich's poor current performance is one of the causes of the possibility of Tuchel's sacking by Munich at the end of the season, both parties reportedly have agreed to end the cooperation if Tuchel fails to give Munich a trophy and reportedly Munich will now also reconsider Tuchel's fate if Indeed, it is able to win the Champions League trophy at the end of the season.

If Tuchel fails to get the Champions League trophy later then Tuchel journey with Munich will be the shortest and worst coaching journey of his career because he only coached one season without a title obtained, currently it is reported that Munich are targeting Xabi as Munich coach next season but so far we have not found certainty from both parties in talks,  Xabi achievements with Leverkusen are of course extraordinarily great, but if he later moves to Munich, will he be able to repeat his achievements later?
Because after all, coaching a big team certainly has a big responsibility and burden for a coach.

It seems that the hunt to recruit Xabi Alonso is becoming more fierce because Bayern Munich is moving so quickly to secure the Leverkusen coach. They don't want to be left behind and at the same time want to prove that Liverpool will never be able to get their services. Even though Liverpool had moved first, that didn't make Bayern Munich just give up and wanted to immediately announce him as a replacement for Thomas Tuchel.

Usually what is being fought over is the striker or midfielder but not this time because the elite clubs are actually fighting for a coach and it is quite understandable seeing how Bayer Leverkusen is in the hands of Xabi Alonso so that the elite clubs see it as a certainty that there will be many titles to be won if Xabi Alonso is the coach.
But is it possible that he will choose Bayern Munich? because it might make Bayer fans not like him even though they have given the club a title (the season is not finished yet but Bayer becoming Bundesliga champions only needs a few wins to be sure)

As we know, Thomas Tuchel has had a bad season with Bayern Munich so far and even lost all the titles that Bayern Munich should have won. The only thing he can prove is that he can win the Champions League this season with Bayern Munich, but even if Bayern Munich ends up being eliminated, of course the owner will want to replace him sooner rather than having to wait for the season to end. But what is clear is that it will not be easy to convince Xabi Alonso to join him at the end of the season or even next season and seeing his achievements this season, of course he wants to continue with Leverkusen.

This source of mine claims that Manchester United have sent their scouts to watch the 22-year-old Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee.

He seems like a talented striker. He was really decent at Anderlecht but the previous season didn't went very productive for him. He didn't have a very long playing time here then though. Now he is getting more playing time and he is doing a good work as well. 10 goals and 4 goals in 26 games is not bad at all considering he is still young. But Manchester United already have a young striker like Hojlund who is talented too. Do they need another such player for the position now?  Sad
Joshua Zirkzee seems to be the target of Premier League clubs, not just Manchester United, even Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in him, even clubs from the Italian league, AC Milan, are also interested. So it is natural for Manchester United to send someone to always supervise an eye on the striker so they can bring him in next summer. But the question isn't it depends on the agreement from the club and it depends on the offer from which club is more tempting and who agrees on the price first so that in the summer he won't be a bone of contention anymore, because if agreement has been reached and he just needs to decide which club he will choose. So if Manchester United are interested they shouldn't need to supervise but contact the club to make a deal.

Yes, he is indeed a talented striker but in my opinion he is not very productive at the moment but his abilities can still be honed well if he is willing to try to become a more productive striker in the future, so far he has created 10 goals and 3 assists if he continues to develop and continue practice by getting enough playing minutes. I think he will become a great striker in the future, especially if he is in a quite difficult league, this will be a new challenge for him.

You say that it is actually about Erik ten Hag, not about the will of the team itself, hmm. Yeah you are right I think. It is quite common to see a manager wishing to see skilled players of his own nationality at his team.
What other coaches come into your mind? I've never paid attention to managers other than Klopp or Pep, and they don't have any nationality preference when it comes to picking players. Are you sure it is not because of a language issue? I think Klopp is open about it, he says he prefers someone who can speak English or German so he has an easier team to convey his tactics. There is an outlier like Nunez, but having a translator probably helps in that regard, especially if the translator is your teammate.

I think he could be more successful in Bayern Munich. He could be an important name for Bayern in terms of technical career. The squad he has is better and he can take this squad even higher with a few touches. He has one match to play today to win the UEL cup. Their opponents are much weaker than them, but I am sure they will still play cautiously.
Better against what? Leverkusen? I don't know, judging from how many managers they sacked in the last few years despite their successful careers before they joined Bayern, I'd assume it is not as easy as "having better-skilled players means more trophies". I do agree that Xabi seems to have a better chance of controlling the squad due to his personality, but the odds are not that high if we look at Bayern's records. That being said, there are too many wild rumours related to his transfer, I wouldn't bet on anything unless we're 3 matches away from the end of this season or so.

Small rumor about next possible coach of Juvenuts.

Spalletti may overtake Allegri after Euro 2024, leaving the national team.
Really? If that's the case, Napoli will definitely feel hurt, especially for the players who were abandoned by Spalletti earlier this season. After having a good season by winning the Scudetto with Napoli, of course everyone understands Spalletti's decision, even if he wants to take a short break or explore a higher career, in this case becoming coach of the Italian national team. But what we will see very quickly if he finally chooses to manage Juventus.

I feel like this probably wouldn't have happened if he hadn't experienced failure in managing the Italian national team at Euro 2024 and if Italy at least had a good record at Euro 2024, it's possible he would still survive. However, everything can change according to existing conditions and if Juventus gets his services as a replacement for Allegri that would be very good. It's time for Juventus to change coaches considering that Allegri has managed this Turin team for so long but there is nothing to be proud of other than winning the Scudetto. Moreover, this season they failed to compete with Inter for the Scudetto so next season is the right time for change.

Not surprising for Manchester United's scouters want to watch this guy, it because he's Dutch, a same nationally with Ten Hag. I've said many times Ten Hag want to bring Dutch players to Manchester United.

I think they're looking for a substitute player because when Hojlund is absent, they're struggle to find the right player to replace Hojlund position. Both Rashford and Garnacho are great in their own respective positions.

However Erik ten Hag doesn't seem like he will be permanent at the team.  Sad  I think Jim Ratcliffe shouldn't let this transfer happen if he is thinking about sacking Erik ten Hag seriously. Because this might end as another bad transfer policy for Manchester United. They are already criticized a lot with quite many such transfers. Maybe Zirkzee might not cost too much considering his market value but I don't know how much Bologna would expect.
It is common knowledge that Ten Hag always prioritizes players from the Netherlands. I don't know what to say, but I think Man United needs to make a change from ridiculous purchasing principles like this. Ten Hag must be stopped because if he continues to be left as he is, there will no longer be an ideal combination of players at Man United. Antony, Martines and Onana, Eriksen became Ten Hag as if they wanted all of them to be filled by Ajax players. Honestly, I don't like this way of purchasing a little.

Zirkzee? damn again and again

The big question that remains is whether Xabi really wants to leave Leverkusen after all the success he has had?
We can also pay attention if later Leverkusen succeeds in winning the Bundesliga title and the UEL title, it is not a big achievement but a big goal is to get the champions league title so in my opinion Xabi will stay one more season with Leverkusen to try to get a bigger title in the champions league .
I would like to guess that Xabi will stay at Leverkusen at the end of the season.
Of course, this is also a possibility. We see that Bayer Leverkusen is playing the best game it should. Xabi, who made this possible, is a really good coach. Small rumor about next possible coach of Juvenuts.

Spalletti may overtake Allegri after Euro 2024, leaving the national team.

Massimiliano Allegri was having a successful period at Juventus until the last few weeks, but after back-to-back bad results with Juventus in recent weeks, he suddenly became the target of criticism. However, we should not ignore the fact that Napoli last season and Inter this season are really dominating Serie A. It's not easy to compete with these teams. I don't find Massimiliano Allegri too unsuccessful. Also, when Spaletti left Napoli he said he wanted to spend more time with his family. If he accepts Juventus' offer now, I think he will conflict with himself.
Saying that Allegri failed is actually not worth saying because during this season Allegri has succeeded in bringing about changes which previously experienced significant decline last season, only this season they failed to top the standings.
However, at least Allegri succeeded in bringing Juventus to second place in the standings, it is predicted that Allegri will end his coaching at the start of next season, which means that Juventus will change coaches and from now on they will try to target several names.
Spalletti is indeed pretty good coach and has experience that cannot be doubted, but it is not clear whether Spalletti will actually coach Juventus or not because he stated that he wants to rest first and spend more time with his family.
I not really sure Spalletti will accept the offer if Juventus makes an offer to become coach there.
It just that from several rumors there is one name that might be the main option, namely Thiago Motta who is the coach of Bologna, he was successful in bringing Bologna to the top 4 positions.
But it is not certain who will actually become Juventus coach to replace Allegri.

Xabi Alonso contributing to Bayern Munich is a very good step because the entry of an experienced coach like him will provide the potential for victory and maybe next season Bayern Munich will be the winner in the Bundesliga. However, this season Bayern Munich's game is still long and maybe when Xabi If Alonso enters immediately, there will be a chance to take first place in the Bundesliga standings because the difference in points between first and second place is only 10 winning points.
The winning points are consider easy mainly by the elite teams while the average clubs are not formidable and they remained inconsistent as long as they're in the elite competition. Bayern Munich is formidable and regarded as the giant of the Bundesliga this season but this season, they happen to become trophyless because they're ineligible to lift the title. Bayer Leverkusen taking domination and I've watch closely how everything is formed. Xabi Alonso is the prominent coach that have handled and lifted the performance of the team, bringing them from mediocre level to elite standards this season, everything happening so fast for Leverkusen and before the very naked eyes of the supporters.

Bayer Leverkusen will never relent or tackled the big winnings without Xabi Alonso by their side. Moreover, Xabi Alonso is currently a target for most of these elite teams, bringing the heavy losses and also aiming for strong grounds against the tougher clubs. He's the best in Germany and every elite clubs tendering proposals for the coach, but he has to take his time and not rush into the hands of accepting offers he might lived tomorrow to feel remorseful regarding his decision.

bayern munchen's chances of getting xabi alonso to become a coach are greater than any team including Liverpool. when other teams have not approached bayern munchen has done it. and xabi alonso still seems interested in coaching a team in the bundesliga rather than having to leave the german league and coach another team outside the bundesliga team. for sure xabi alonso will leave leverkusen if there is a better offer.
