Xabi should be grateful for the opportunity to coach Leverkusen, and Leverkusen should build a statue of Xabi outside the BayArena stadium if the former Sociedad B manager can present a treble winner this season.

He doesn't have to win the treble. Leverkusen will build him a statue if he "only" wins the first championship for the club.

Xabi will leave Leverkusen sooner or later, but this season is not finished yet and various rumors are starting to circulate, I think this could disrupt Xabi fleet focus. While the Bundesliga still has 10 matches left, Xabi needs to ensure his team can win the trophy first, and it would be wonderful if they achieved it with an unbeaten record throughout the season.

The rumors have been around for weeks, ever since things went wrong at Bayern and at the latest since Klopp announced his leave from Liverpool. Leverkusen have won all their games since then, so these rumors have little bearing on Xabi and his team. He was and will remain focused. He is professional enough and he knows that he has all the trump cards about his future in his own hands.

Today I already saw the news that Bayern made an offer to Alonso, so besides Liverpool there are other teams that would like to see this coach. If this transfer takes place, Bayern will also have to pay Bayer compensation of about 15-20 million euros.
Perhaps for Alonso this offer will be even more interesting than a move to Liverpool, because he is familiar with the Bundesliga, and was previously a Bayern player. But it is clear that this is just a proposal and nothing has been decided yet, and for Alonso such popularity will only play into his hands.

Bid?
After I read several sports sites discussing alonso speculation and also did not find any posts from @fabrizio rumano about bid from munich, Of course I'm sure if at the moment there hasn't been an offer made by Bayern Munich on Alonso, because as far as I read and understood if Alonso told the media if given a choice between coaching Liverpool or Munich then he would prefer Munich to be the next club he would coach, because indeed Alonso did not dare to continue Klopp glorious legacy at Liverpool.

Currently Alonso is indeed being linked with two teams that he did play for when he was a player and of course both teams have a special relationship with Alonso,  but is there no possibility for Alonso to continue his positive trend next season with the team that has made his name as a coach?
Because isn't it too soon for Alonso to leave the team (Leverkusen) that was actually very instrumental in making him what he is today, I think if Leverkusen had not been willing to take risks by signing the coach of the Real Sociedad B club and giving Alonso great confidence as Leverkusen coach of course we would not have seen everything Alonso did at the moment and most likely he would still coach Real Sociedad B.
Xabi should be grateful for the opportunity to coach Leverkusen, and Leverkusen should build a statue of Xabi outside the BayArena stadium if the former Sociedad B manager can present a treble winner this season. Leverkusen management trust was rewarded in kind, and benefited all parties involved in the club, especially the players.

While the Bundesliga still has 10 matches left, Xabi needs to ensure his team can win the trophy first, and it would be wonderful if they achieved it with an unbeaten record throughout the season.

Leverkusen can persuade Xabi to stay until his contract ends, by building a club capable of competing at Champions League level next season. This can be achieved if they can win the Bundesliga, Europa League and DFB Pokal, the bonuses obtained can be used to add depth to the squad. If Xabi leaves, Leverkusen performance will slowly decline, because Xabi is the key factor behind Leverkusen consistency this season.

This is a very interesting news to read. I have never seen this in any news blog but reading it here, it is pleasant to know and also interesting. It looks like something that will possibly happen. I see more possibilities of Xavi Alonso going to Bayern Munich than Liverpool. But then, will Bayern Leverkusen just let him go like that? If Xavi can win one Bundesliga title, it means if given proper support he can win two. Many dramas will actually happen when it is time, let's just wait and see. Meanwhile, I am happy for Xavi Alonso for breaking through in a very short time.

Everything will be proven after the season is over, Xabi Alonso is the dream of all clubs who want success next season, several clubs with stable finances will not hesitate to pay compensation to recruit this phenomenal manager. From the perspective of Leverkusen fans, if Xabi Alonso left for Bayern Munchen it would disappoint them, it would be better for the coach to go to the Premier League to work with Liverpool. However, the most important thing right now is how far Xabi Alonso can take Leverkusen, how many trophies he can present.

Xabi Alonso contract ends in June 2026, personally I hope he can stay for one more season at Leverkusen. On the other hand, if Xabi Alonso leaves I am sure Leverkusen will slump again, Xabi Alonso performance will be very difficult for anyone who replaces him to match. The approach and strategy used by Xabi Alonso has made Leverkusen appear impressive throughout the season, soon it looks like they will create new history in the Bundesliga.

This question should already have an answer and the majority of people should already know it. It's not a problem that Musiala can't join Liverpool, it's just that how could a talented young player like him go to Liverpool when at the end of the season Jurgen Klopp leaves Anfield? Try to think about it carefully. I'm not saying Liverpool can't bring him in just because the transfer fee is expensive, it's just that the situation has changed and he would prefer a club that guarantees a starting place and also more titles.

Therefore, Musiala will be more dominant in moving to Manchester City rather than Liverpool and there he can still develop his talents under the direction of Pep Guardiola. So often this doesn't make players have better choices and what is most important is how they can manage their career so that it shines more. Liverpool are a good team and after Jurgen Klopp's departure everyone will start doubting them.

Anyway, if we talk about Caicedo, because he has been a fan of the Blues since childhood and maybe if the salary offered by Chelsea is much bigger than Liverpool and a typical player like this is thinking about a career outside of that.
It's a player's decision if he wants to stay in a club or leave, also it's the player's decision to either remain in the league or not. In the Bundesliga, Musiala is one man that don't want to continue his stay in the league. Even though he is open to variety of options especially from Munich, he's bent on his stance regardless of the fact that Munich knows how advantageous he is and would want to keep him. For Musiala, his stay in the league beyond now is not what he wants as a man would want to move to a favourited team adding that he'd would to gain more experience outside his comfort zone.

Good thing for him that Manchester City in the EPL may really be interested in him based on their willingness to go for him. So he's got to be a bit optimistic or maybe, he'd be willing to join any other team outside the Bundesliga league. Even though Liverpool are questing for him as well, i didn't think they are set to afford him at that amount for now which  Let's only gives City the upper hand over them in their quest for him. We'd just anticipate summer break whilst watching his movement decision unfold. City has even been performing at their best with and without some certain set and capacity of players in the team, then we think of how much more they'd perform.

If they eventually get a player like Musiala for themselves. They've in the team a lot of youngsters that are doing excellent in their general balling ability. But still they just have to have add for themselves more youthful prospective players that'd be majored on their unique role on the pitch. Both City and Liverpool bosses know the skillset of players they want to add to their squad and they know how best to strive to get the man. We only have to be patient and wait till all is unveiled.

Transfer is one of the sweetest things in gaming, So to me, I don’t think it’s too early to discuss about transfer. It’s always amazing when we talk about how your favorite player will look like in the new club, do I don’t really follow transfer trend, but is one of the most interesting though, this is the one of the most excited season for most people

Gerrard, this guy is nothing different to Lampard, he's only good when he was a player, not as a coach.

Xabi Alonso, believe me if he can brought Leverkusen to win Bundesliga and Europa League, there's no team don't want to sign him, so it back to Alonso's decision to leave or stay in Leverkusen.

Franck Haise, a decent coach.
De Zerbi, not consistent, look the current Brighton's ranks.

Steven Gerrard? I would gladly agree with what's said about the Liverpool legend, we don't need dig too much into the legendary midfielder, take a look backwards at the short time he had with Aston Villa, any improvements from that season and this season? No! I doubt that Liverpool fans would want to see him as a replacement for Jurgen Klopp.

Steven Gerrard no different from Frank Lampard, and Wayne Rooney, Yes?  Xabi Alonso? He'll definitely be the next manager of Bayern Munich next season. If all of these goes well for him this particular season. He's having such a great season with these players, and hopefully all of these hardwork pays off completely then.

Frank Haise? I honestly do not know who the Fvck he is!
Roberto De Zebri? Lol! He qualified these lads for the very first time into the European Europa League Competition, would be playing his first knocked out for Brighton come Thursday against As Roma and you're not saying anything good about the journey she's already had? Who signs him up would  benefit a whole lot.

There will be similar expectations in Liverpool, even if they don't win the cup. Because Liverpool is one of the teams that always aims for the top. They always want championships and trophies. If Xabi goes to that team, he must do better than Bayer Leverkusen. This year, Xabi is making history with Bayer Leverkusen. Naturally, they may want him to write similar history in Liverpool.

Considering that Bayer did not have a single Bundesliga title before this season (with five 2nd places), it will be impossible to surpass this result in Liverpool. Liverpool is one of the most titled teams in the world and it is natural that coaches are invited there to win these titles. This is precisely the difficulty of moving to Liverpool - what is considered an unnecessary miracle in Bayer will be a common expectation in Liverpool. However, I wouldn’t say that it will be easier to beat City than Bayern. At the moment, there is no hint of a crisis in City, which means that in order to surpass them you will have to show something phenomenal like 100 points in a season.

Xabi Alonso is the prime target for every elite team and he's the prize. He must exercise patience and be careful with the decision he makes next because joining either of them might fall out to be bad or good. Bayer Leverkusen enjoyed every moment spent with Xabi Alonso and also, Liverpool looking forward for the young coach to be the replacement of Jurgen Klopp who's leaving at the end of the season. Liverpool is not only the team interested in Xabi Alonso but also, there are other elite clubs that's fighting really hard to get his signature.
So far, the coaching candidate with sufficient criteria this season to replace Jurgen Klopp is of course Xabi Alonso as far as I hope. But it comes back to whether Xabi will just leave Leverkusen. As for the club itself, they are very open and always want to give the best for Xabi, whether it's moving to Liverpool or staying. I applaud the choice that Leverkusen gave even though they themselves still want to be trained by him, but Leverkusen showed their gratitude to Xabi by allowing every decision to be taken. Liverpool needs a creative coach, but keep in mind that the Bundesliga competition is clearly different from the EPL, it will definitely not be as easy as imagined.

@Belarge, For some reason, I think it is not going to be a good idea if he joins Bayern Munich. Maybe a lot of people are going to treat him like a traitor. And if he joins Liverpool, he has a chance to leave a legacy in the English Premier League. But at the same time in Liverpool he is probably not going to get everything as he wishes. Because we know that the owner of Liverpool does not like to spend too much money

@bitLeap, It is a big thing to do when you know you are probably not going to be the same club as you were if the coach actually leaves. They know that very well and still have given him the chance to actually leave the club. But at the same time, I expect Alonso to not be emotional about this and actually leave. Because he can have a great career elsewhere. And if he wins the Bundesliga with Leverkusen I believe he will not have much to prove with the club anymore.

Liverpool performance so far has not been greatly affected since Klopp announced his resignation, precisely now the Liverpool squad is motivated to be able to give a sweet farewell gift to Klopp by winning one of the League and europa League trophies, but that is not what is felt by the current Liverpool management who are actually very depressed and trying to get a new coach they can rely on,  Liverpool is not a team that often changes coaches but even so they do not hesitate to fire coaches who are indeed unable to measure Liverpool performance and achievements.

Since Klopp announced his departure from Liverpool and it didn't take long for the media to directly link Liverpool with Xabi who has so far brought glory to Leverkusen, but personally I have not found any strong confirmation from both parties for all these speculations, neither Liverpool nor Xabi seems  not yet approached let alone talk about the possibility of the two working together,  In addition, I think we are too sure if Xabi goes to Liverpool it will make Liverpool better and stronger, but have you ever thought if Xabi left the and he failed at Liverpool later?

Liverpool isn't poor, but they're stingy.

There were many discussions that Liverpool lacks of play maker, people were want Musiala to join Liverpool. Actually they can, but why they sign Mac Allister and Szoboszlai? obviously they want to cut off the cost.

The money they have is better to allocate to sign a great manager.
How do we know the difference? I mean so far I have always thought about them being poor, and yes I get that the "poor" here doesn't mean like they have no money, they just paid so much money to players this off season so it is not like they have no money, but they are not like Madrid or PSG that they can spend whatever they want, or not like City neither. Looking at this summer, they paid as much as they can and I felt like that's all they have.
This is also a strong reason for Jurgen Klopp to leave because financial support from Liverpool does not fully provide options. So I agree if it is said that Liverpool financial management is stingy in terms of purchasing players, Klopp wanted more support during the transfer market but that didn't happen and not just once, so it ended up playing available players. If we still remember when Liverpool was in decline, not many changes were made, especially in terms of purchasing players. Only Liverpool is lucky to have a coach like Jurgen Klopp because if the coach was not Klopp and with his stingy financial condition, things might not have gone this far.

Hopefully Klopp departure can be a lesson for Liverpool officials to pay attention to the team's needs and support the new coach efforts to maintain stable performance. Reflecting on Man United monotonous financial support, this club has lost its direction and style of play. One more thing, don't compare it to Chelsea because this club is financially supportive but the player options chosen are messy.
Klopp didn't make some of us and the press believe his reason for leaving Liverpool at the end of season was due to financial lapses of the management, but because of the fact that he was tired managing the team for so long and with the league pressures as well as pressures from the management to perform, that he just needs to rest.
Something may have made him come up with such a decision but we would get to hear if he joins another club as coach after leaving Liverpool.

There's rumours about Xabi Alonso being a possibility for the team, Liverpool as coach, but he is also linked with a move to Bayern Munich, but like I said, it's mere rumors although I believe he would have kept the team together while being as phenomenal as Klopp is or even better.

Many of the players might leave if no good coach is signed to replace klopp, but what do I know, we would get to wait until the middle of another playing season to debate on the efficiency of any coach Liverpool gets to sign.

Liverpool are extremely patient when it comes to long-term management. If they weren't so patient, they would have to change coaches very often and it could also be dangerous for Xabi. Speaking for Liverpool right now, I think it would be the right choice for Xabi to leave. Xabi has the opportunity to improve himself further there.

The chance for Liverpool to become a mediocre team is very high because no one is ready with the Liverpool's new era, few players even choose to leave if the other teams willing to buy out from Liverpool.

Manchester United is going to broke, they can't do anything except sell the team to the rich.

Chelsea is sadly managed by a stupid manager, if not they can use the money to buy all star players.

Having not even coached Chelsea for a season has made Pochettino's fate even more pressing because of the lack of good results obtained this season and Chelsea management has already selected several candidates for Pochettino's replacement coach. Apart from De Zerbi, who has long been rumored to be the next Chelsea coach, now the name of a new coach has emerged, namely Ruben Amorim. He is the coach of Sporting Lisbon and thanks to his cool hands this season, Sporting Lisbon is at the top of the Portuguese league. He managed to overcome fierce competition with other strong teams such as Benfica and Porto, which is why his name began to be considered.

I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to make an offer to Ruben Amorim at the end of the season and if he wants to come to Stamford Bridge that would certainly be a good thing. But you also need to remember that even though a coach had a good season with the previous team, it doesn't necessarily mean he can handle a new team in the following season. Moreover, Chelsea is still in transition with their expensive players and I think this is not only about a good coach but also an experienced coach is needed. Pochettino can indeed be said to have failed because he was unable to make significant changes this season, but whether he is fired or not, we will still find out at the end of the season.

I would like to give an additional info too.

Quote
Chelsea and Todd Boehly have identified Sporting boss Ruben Amorim and Brighton's Roberto De Zerbi as their favourites to replace the Argentine at Stamford Bridge, according to The Guardian. Amorim has heavily impressed the Chelsea brass with his work with Sporting who currently sit top of the table in Portugal ahead of Benfica and Porto. De Zerbi, on the other hand, has received plenty of plaudits for his work at Brighton since taking over from Graham Potter in 2022.
https://www.goal.com/en/lists/chelsea-identify-two-potential-replacements-for-blues-boss-mauricio-pochettino/bltd0ba54093759537d#cs17b94c42d6e97eaf

Amorim's performance with sporting impressed chelsea officials. I think that he is more suitable to become a new coach for chelsea instead of de zerbi, we have two names heavily linked to chelsea in the summer. Afaik, chelsea has planned to sack pochettino from the club at the end of the season following poor results got by chelsea.
Todd boehly lost his patience caused by pochettino made many mistakes that cost the club a lot. In my perspective, zerbi is still very inconsistent and i hope the story about graham potter will not be repeated. Chelsea needs to have someone who can lead the club to go up at least to enter UCL.

Chelsea needs to find someone who will be completely loyal to the club and will not ruin the club's gameplay with terrible substitutes like Pochettino. Many supporters are aware of how awful Poch is at substitutions. Chelsea must move on, and the process must begin by hiring a new coach to carefully manage the club.
Someone who will not make the same mistakes as prior coaches. Someone who completely comprehends the club and amorim is worth trying. We are never going to know the outcome if he never gets recruited.

I don't believe Liverpool is poor, and I don't also believe they're stingy. They only make decisions based on their financial level. You don't expect them to take out $100 million to sign one player to fill where they don't need when they could sign 2 players they need with that money.

Musiala is not a playmaker. He's more of an attacking midfielder. That's not what Liverpool needed at the time. They needed central attacking midfielders. Midfielders that can dictate the tempo of the game. Midfielders that control the game and Mac Alister and Szoboszlai do exactly that.
Musiala is the kind of player that forces the attack. He is more like a De Bruyne profile, except he doesn't create as many chances as De Bruyne yet.
Musiala is the kind of player any team would want, but you can't sign him as a luxury signing when there are more important positions that are lacking in your team.

These are names that i knew have been linked to the liverpool as potential coach

Gerrard
Xabi alonso
Franck haise
De zerbi

Xabi Alonso, believe me if he can brought Leverkusen to win Bundesliga and Europa League, there's no team don't want to sign him, so it back to Alonso's decision to leave or stay in Leverkusen.

Franck Haise, a decent coach.

De Zerbi, not consistent, look the current Brighton's ranks.
I totally agree with you on this, Gerrard and Lampard are no much different in terms of coaching, they were good exceptional players during their days of playing but i wouldn’t say the same for their coaching career. They started their early coaching career well but when signed to a bigger club it showed that they are not good enough to handle a bigger team. Gerrard had a wonderful season at Rangers but after signed to Aston villa he was later sacked and replaced due to poor management and now he is currently in Saudi league managing Al ettifaq.

De Zerbi is a good coach with potential to manage a bigger team, with a squad like that of Liverpool’s he could actually be able to achieve a lot with them. He is currently linked to Barcelona and Liverpool with Bayern Munich also keeping an eye on him.

Xabi Alonso seem to be the hottest coach at the moment with what he is doing in the Bundesliga all teams are looking to sign him. He was able to transformed the team but how sure are we that he wouldn’t end up like Gerrard and Frank Lampard when he is signed to a bigger team. With all the teams he is linked to i don’t think he will consider for Barcelona, Liverpool will be the favorites to get his signature because of the relationship between them.

The noise dying down is usually who Liverpool wants, the loud names I always worry about
And I think Management will publicly announce the next manager at the end of the season.
Whichever manager it is wants to concentrate fully on their season and not plan for next season. Klopp won't want even more distraction with so much on the line either
