Are you implying that using former players as coaches hasn't helped them succeed in La Liga like other clubs? As far as I know, they are one of the most successful clubs in Europe. Nonetheless, experimenting with different options than what they have been used to for several years could be a good idea; they could see a change and a better perspective of football by hiring another coach who has never played or stayed in Spain before. Using the same tactical style every time is not good for a team because change is constant. I'd also like to see them try a new option that is different from what they've been used to. Who knows, they could be more successful for years to come than they usually do now.

Even though araujo is still a very important player for the club and i must note some reason why barcelona must sell him if club will get lucrative offer for him.

I see it as another gamble from bayern munich. The club will depart with tuchel at the end of season and it's not even logic for me to hear that bayern is willing to buy him.

With Bayern Munich's financial capabilities still good, they can spend a lot of money to recruit players, and now Barcelona players are their target. Actually many Barcelona players are the target of other clubs, such as Frenkie de Jong for example, but they still try to keep them, because they are also aware that if they sell one of their valuable players it will make them decline even deeper.

I don't even know if they will buy Hakimi this summer or not. Real Madrid are now negotiating with Bayern to buy Davis, and although Real stated that they consider the maximum amount for him to be 40 million, Bayern wants to get 70. Along with spending on Mbappe, buying all three will be very expensive (although Real has the money for this). During the recent days, there was much news about Ronald Araújo linked to Bayern Munich. Ronald Araújo is a key player and effective in Barcelona but Barcelona is not going to lose their player easily especially when we know Ronald Araújo is important for Xavi and his team.
Since Bayern Munich is not in a good situation they decided to hire Ronald Araújo and in order to have this player in their team, they want to spend 90 million euros for this player.
So far Bayern Munich sent 70 and 80 million euros for Ronald Araújo and all the offers were rejected until they sent the final offer for 90 million euros.

At the moment we don't know what attitude Alonso will take, apart from that I think Alonso will only focus on bringing Leverkusen to the championship and at the end of the season, maybe he will answer the speculation currently circulating, but from my point of view, Alonso seems to be rejecting everything existing offers and prefer to be with Leverkusen for at least one more season, at this time when a coach is comfortable and can provide better performance at a club then it is difficult for the coach to move to another club in a short time and the same is true for Alonso at this time who might try to make Leverkusen even better in the bundesliga league and the Champions League next season.

you are right that coach who has intelligence in managing team players should have plan to gain more experience with other popular teams which can provide more potential to win prestigious titles.
I'm not saying Leverkusen incapable of getting a title at a higher level, it just that we all know that Leverkusen still too early to be able to win title like in the UCL, even though they have just improved their performance this season.
It looks like Xabi will stay another season to try to get higher title in the UCL, but if that fails, the best option to choose to be coach at Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.

We all don't know the reason why Barcelona is interested in a manager like Roberto Martinez even though if you look at him he is not an extraordinary coach like successful coaches in the European leagues, even though coaching a club as big as Barcelona is not an easy thing to do while Barcelona is experiencing financial problems, I think he cannot be a good choice if he still has minimal experience to coach the European league, in my opinion there are still many coaches who have good experience so Barcelona should not make the wrong decision because this is too risky for Barca's future.

Reportedly Pep Guardiola suggested Barcelona to recruit Roberto De zerbi I think it is better if compared to a coach who does not have much experience coaching European clubs while Roberto de zerbi himself coaches Brighton in the EPL which we know that the EPL is a quite difficult league so Barcelona must think carefully before making the wrong decision.

I think Xabi Alonso may still have another beautiful season at Bayer Leverkusen looking at the performance of his team this season and looking at some experience that some managers have had when they move from a smaller club where they were doing great to a bigger club, I would suggest he remain at Leverkusen after winning the league this season but he will need to get more good players to support his team because looking at the current situation of the Bayern Munich team they will definitely get a good manager soon and they may get more players to add to the team next season.

They had just one good year, and if teams are fine with giving him the manager position already, then it would make sense and I would think that it would even be smart for them to do something like that.
