Barcelona have been managed for years by footballers who played football for Barcelona. Enrique, Guardiola, Valverde and Xavi were all managers who played football for Barcelona. I think Barcelona have two options in front of them. Either they will work again with a coach who has played football for Barcelona in the past or with someone different. They have a choice between being open to experimenting with different football concepts or keeping the same concept. In Spain they are slowly moving away from competing with Real Madrid every year. They can also try different tactical ideas. I think names like Roberto De Zerbi and Unai Emery could be alternatives for them.

Are you implying that using former players as coaches hasn't helped them succeed in La Liga like other clubs? As far as I know, they are one of the most successful clubs in Europe. Nonetheless, experimenting with different options than what they have been used to for several years could be a good idea; they could see a change and a better perspective of football by hiring another coach who has never played or stayed in Spain before. Using the same tactical style every time is not good for a team because change is constant. I'd also like to see them try a new option that is different from what they've been used to. Who knows, they could be more successful for years to come than they usually do now.

During the recent days, there was much news about Ronald Araújo linked to Bayern Munich. Ronald Araújo is a key player and effective in Barcelona but Barcelona is not going to lose their player easily especially when we know Ronald Araújo is important for Xavi and his team.

Even though araujo is still a very important player for the club and i must note some reason why barcelona must sell him if club will get lucrative offer for him.

1. Financial condition - Barcelona is not in good financial condition, the club needs to raise money from selling the players too. Remember barcelona is still having a lot of unpaid debt.
2. Araujo's future - Will he still become an important player if xavi will not be there again? Xavi is considering the possibility of leaving the club at the end of the season.
3. Barcelona needs to raise 100 millions to recruit a player

Since Bayern Munich is not in a good situation they decided to hire Ronald Araújo and in order to have this player in their team, they want to spend 90 million euros for this player.
I see it as another gamble from bayern munich. The club will depart with tuchel at the end of season and it's not even logic for me to hear that bayern is willing to buy him.
So, any transfer was not coming intentionally from the coach, right?

So far Bayern Munich sent 70 and 80 million euros for Ronald Araújo and all the offers were rejected until they sent the final offer for 90 million euros.
It means barcleona has committed to sell him as long as bayern will able to pay what demanded by barcelona. The club sells him for a lot of money and it will help the balance sheet of barcelona this year.

Barcelona has very small income caused by laporta has sold many percentages of it to the investors. Selling the players are a must for barcelona to keep the club alive.

I don't even know if they will buy Hakimi this summer or not. Real Madrid are now negotiating with Bayern to buy Davis, and although Real stated that they consider the maximum amount for him to be 40 million, Bayern wants to get 70. Along with spending on Mbappe, buying all three will be very expensive (although Real has the money for this). On the other hand, Davis has a contract until 2025 and Real can wait a year and buy Hakimi now. In general, the scale of changes in Real is amazing, apparently in a year and for example Real 2020, these will be completely two different teams.

I don't expect Madrid to start trying to bring in great players for next season, so far Mbappe and Davis are the players who will most likely join Madrid, but about hakimi, the question of whether Madrid really need hakimi at this time?
When Madrid still has Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez at wing defender, indeed both players are a bit old but their performance so far is still very good, to recruit hakimi will not be difficult for madrid because reportedly hakimi also wants to leave PSG next season, and looking at hakimi performance so far, it can be ascertained that the price is quite high in market,  But I think Madrid have never been short of money, but the question now is whether those three transfers, which are predicted to be high enough, will not violate the rules of spending a club from La Liga authorities? Moreover, it is reported that Madrid is still eyeing a few more players at this time, of course, their expenses will be even greater later.

If you look at Madrid active hunt for top players, of course, we will most likely see the Los Galacticos era resurrected next season and Madrid  ambitious project will further scare their rivals, it seems that Ancelloti is starting to realize that it is time to regenerate Madrid's squad which is indeed full of old players at this time.

Jorginho may leave Arsenal.

Juventus Lazio and NApoli are interested in the players.

He is a free agent so Italian teams are in "vampire" mode for free players.

De Zerbi is still too young, he is ambitious, but has he achieved any significant results at the moment? I think that Barcelona needs an experienced coach who has already proven that with his arrival the team will progress. Emery could well be suitable for the role of coach, especially since he is very familiar with La Liga. But in my opinion, he is doing well at Aston Villa, I don’t know for how long his contract is signed with them, and whether he wants to change the club, I haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere.
As far i know De Zerbi is Brighton manager not Aston Villa and talking about De Zerbi although he is still categorized as young manager but De Zerbi is experience manager and during his carrer as a manager De Zerbi has train several clubs from different competitions and before train Brighton De Zerbi was train Shakhtar Donetsk on 2021 and if i am not mistaken De Zerbi can able to bringing Shakhtar Donetsk to gets Ukrainian League trophy and at that time Shakhtar Donetsk only lost once from 18 matches at Ukrainian League and when he train Sassuolo too De Zerbi can bringing this team to finish at top 10 without star players

Most of European teams has been liked how to De Zerbi handle the particular clubs this because without huge money he can build solid squad and the latest is Brighton because although Brighton lost some of their important players last summer but De Zerbi can bringing this team to performing well with Brighton current squad so this makes some of big clubs were showing their interest to him including Barcelona and De Zerbi probably will leave Brighton after this season ended because he has internal conflict with Brighton owner but indeed i have to agree with you because De Zerbi is not ready for Barcelona because this team is demanding the trophies for each season so although De Zerbi is good manager but i don't think he can able to bringing Barcelona to gets trophies

With Bayern Munich's financial capabilities still good, they can spend a lot of money to recruit players, and now Barcelona players are their target. Actually many Barcelona players are the target of other clubs, such as Frenkie de Jong for example, but they still try to keep them, because they are also aware that if they sell one of their valuable players it will make them decline even deeper.

But if they find it difficult to solve the problems they are experiencing, then it is not impossible that they will release one by one players who have a big influence on their game. We'll see later how far they can maintain players who have been influential, because every transfer season arrives the players are always in demand by other clubs, and not only that, those who are interested in the player bring big money to be able to redeem this player from Barcelona.

But I don't know if Xavi leaves, maybe the new coach will have other considerations and they could end up selling the players we're talking about here. Because we have heard the news that Xavi Hernandez will leave at the end of this season.

With Xavi leaving, I think they have to break that Jinx of hiring ex players except if they can actually convince Luiz  Enrique to come back but that will be a task to hard. There option to me is risking it with De Zerbi who has shown that he can implement the tiki taka pattern mostly preferred by the Barcelona club. Why I am still not yet convinced about him is because some of these managers do well in smaller clubs but when they come to the bigger clubs they fail to handle the pressure same thing happened to De Zerbi predecessor in Brighton Graham Potter and he couldn’t live up to expectations. As for Unai Emery, I will rule him out not that he is not a good coach but he doesn’t get consistency that is needed to challenge for a league, if it is a cup games or let me say knockout fixtures he is a good coach there but his past days haven’t reflected on him challenging for any tittle.

A wild card to me could be the current German national team coach Julien Neglesmann, he was outstanding to me and only had a mix season with Bayern and that got him something I still say a undeserved sack. He is young and can build a team for the future.

Alonso is a good coach with great ambition, he can do well even if he stays more than more than one season in Bayer Leverkusen because he is a coach with good ambition and he is willing to win a lot of things in history, and if possible become the next Pep Guardiola or Anceloti.
He can become Bayern Munich coach if he agree to join them, but I will want him to stay at Leverkusen to make Bundesliga more competitive than it is.

Everyone wants bigger challenge and Alonso isn’t an exception, he will want to grasp this opportunities at his front to move to any of these big clubs, because if he misses this opportunity now it could not come again. I will not link him to Barcelona job because it has been shown that he remains loyal to his former club were he played his trade back then and will either choose between Bayern Munich or Liverpool, Madrid would to me have been his preferred choice but Ancelloti contract extension already rules that out.

Xabi Alonso should definitely consider moving to a greater club when he has the chance. Do you think that he can make Leverkusen win the league again and again? Bayern has so much money that they could just buy all their good players, that's what they did to other teams.

All in all I believe that Xabi will fail at Leverkusen eventually if he stays for too long, he needs to capitalize on his success and move up already. They had just one good year, and if teams are fine with giving him the manager position already, then it would make sense and I would think that it would even be smart for them to do something like that. I get that it is not that clear just yet which team he will decide to go, but he should definitely move up.
Arteta keep performing well at Arsenal, De Zarbi, and other coaches that did well last season are still doing well, I think same as Alonso, he will keep doing well even if he stays without going to any big opposition team like Bayern Munich and others.

The arrival of Mbappe and Alphonso Davies to Real Madrid in the summer became increasingly clear and this made Achraf Hakimi's name start to be linked as Real Madrid's next target in the transfer market. We know that Achraf Hakimi is currently a PSG player and was previously a former Real Madrid player under Zidane's coaching era and because Achraf Hakimi often failed to compete for the right wing defender position, he had to leave in 2020 and at that time he first sought experience for a season at inter. Just one season at Inter and his good performance made PSG tempted to bring him in and at that time PSG dared to pay 60 million euros to Inter in 2021.

Well, now Real Madrid wants to buy him again and of course this plan is being worked on because there are so many opportunities that Real Madrid can take advantage of between waiting until 2025 or even 2026 when his contract with PSG has ended. I think Real Madrid's movements are always smart when they want to get players without spending a penny and even if they buy them, this club is actually also capable. But yes, again, that is the club's strategy and if Achraf Hakimi wants to join Real Madrid again, the right wing back position is very open, making him a starter considering that Carvajal is also starting to age.

I don't even know if they will buy Hakimi this summer or not. Seems less possibility for Bayern Leverkusen will win the domestic league back to back or keep consistent because has small money for signing top players make difficult for defending the domestic league trophy. I believe Xabi Alonso won't miss the great opportunity if have any top teams want to give him opportunity become manager next season exactly Liverpool, Barcelona and Bayern Munich had announced with their interested for signing him.

Actually Xabi Alonso future depend with Bayern Leverkusen keep serious for next season or not, if can win the domestic league tittle in this season and will play in Champion League he needs many top players how to keep compete performance well. If can't sign top players seems difficult for defending Alonso keep becoming Bayern Leverkusen manager next season.

Staying too long at Leverkusen is also not a good choice for Alonso but to leave Leverkusen too quickly would also be risky for Alonso, for me personally I think that Alonso will at least stay one more season with Leverkusen so that way we can see whether he is really  deserves to be called a great coach or is luck on his side this season, if Alonso is too reckless to step into a big team like Liverpool and Munich in next season so that when he fails then it is certain that he will reach the lowest point in his career later.

At the moment we don't know what attitude Alonso will take, apart from that I think Alonso will only focus on bringing Leverkusen to the championship and at the end of the season, maybe he will answer the speculation currently circulating, but from my point of view, Alonso seems to be rejecting everything existing offers and prefer to be with Leverkusen for at least one more season, at this time when a coach is comfortable and can provide better performance at a club then it is difficult for the coach to move to another club in a short time and the same is true for Alonso at this time who might try to make Leverkusen even better in the bundesliga league and the Champions League next season.

then we talk about big teams, isn't Leverkusen one of the big teams?
you are right that coach who has intelligence in managing team players should have plan to gain more experience with other popular teams which can provide more potential to win prestigious titles.
I'm not saying Leverkusen incapable of getting a title at a higher level, it just that we all know that Leverkusen still too early to be able to win title like in the UCL, even though they have just improved their performance this season.
It looks like Xabi will stay another season to try to get higher title in the UCL, but if that fails, the best option to choose to be coach at Real Madrid or Bayern Munich.

Barcelona are said to be interested in Roberto Martinez as their next manager after Xavi's departure this summer. But can he be a good choice for Barcelona?

He is Portugal national team manager at the moment. He managed Belgium national team before this job for many years as well. When it comes to the teams he managed before there were Everton, Swansea and Wigan. He doesn't have a career with many titles as well. I don't know whether it is worth taking the risk. He is really great at managing a national team so far but we haven't seen him managing a big team in Europe yet.
We all don't know the reason why Barcelona is interested in a manager like Roberto Martinez even though if you look at him he is not an extraordinary coach like successful coaches in the European leagues, even though coaching a club as big as Barcelona is not an easy thing to do while Barcelona is experiencing financial problems, I think he cannot be a good choice if he still has minimal experience to coach the European league, in my opinion there are still many coaches who have good experience so Barcelona should not make the wrong decision because this is too risky for Barca's future.

Reportedly Pep Guardiola suggested Barcelona to recruit Roberto De zerbi I think it is better if compared to a coach who does not have much experience coaching European clubs while Roberto de zerbi himself coaches Brighton in the EPL which we know that the EPL is a quite difficult league so Barcelona must think carefully before making the wrong decision.

I think Xabi Alonso may still have another beautiful season at Bayer Leverkusen looking at the performance of his team this season and looking at some experience that some managers have had when they move from a smaller club where they were doing great to a bigger club, I would suggest he remain at Leverkusen after winning the league this season but he will need to get more good players to support his team because looking at the current situation of the Bayern Munich team they will definitely get a good manager soon and they may get more players to add to the team next season.

What if Xabi move to another club and doesn't shine their what will become of him since he has already made a good name at Leverkusen? I think the decision is up to him to make it he wants to stay or move but he should consider a club that will help his managerial career before making his final decision but I still think Leverkusen is a good place for him.

Im pleased about Achraf Hakimi returning to Real Madrid. Based on your description, Madrid's transfer plan looks to be always ahead. Getting Mbappe and Davies is a major gain, but adding Hakimi? A dream scenario! Madrid's defence needs reinforcement, especially with Carvajal getting older. Madrid tried to sign Reece James, but Hakimi seems like a good alternative. It sounds like he's open to the concept, so why not? Madrid makes these initiatives work on and off the pitch.

the price PSG may set on him is the actual issue. Not known for letting stars go easily, are they? I trust Florentino Perez's deal-making skills. I'd have liked Reece James at Santiago Bernabeu, but Hakimi has shown himself at PSG and Inter. He might strengthen our backline with his defensive solidity and offensive potential. Additionally, his Madrid experience is beneficial.

Do Barcelona not want to consider keeping Xavi for at least one more season? because if they are too hasty to make decisions like this, then it will be very risky for them in the future. After all, Xavi's appearance with Barcelona is actually not that bad, there is indeed something lacking, but it must also be realized more deeply why Xavi has that shortcoming. Hasn't the management so far also been unable to provide the facilities Xavi wants and needs? even for a player Xavi needs they can't fulfill it.

No, because Xavi has already announced that he is going to leave the team by the end of the season. Therefore Barcelona board must be in search of a new manager already now. They have quite a lot of time ahead of them to think about who can fit the team the best. Xavi did good in the La Liga last season but he can't even do that right now. If he didn't make this decision by himself the board were still looking keen on continuing with him.
He has announced it but it doesn't mean he can't change his decision at the end of season. I remind you that if xavi is not being terminated and he is still in the long term contract. So, he can tell laporta to change his intention to stay or leave from the club. I think this is still possible to happen.
Xavi may probably change his mind if he will able to get good result this season but im doubting it to happen. it's still possible for xavi to get La liga trophy. Don't you know if deco has suggested him to stay?

I expect Barcelona also to join the race to bring Xabi Alonso. I don't think Roberto Martinez will be their final decision easily.
Xabi? Seriously, are you joking about that? I would prefer xavi to stay or michel if barceliba must be forced to sign a new coach.

Barcelona are not in good form this season, their resounding results is closely ending and we're no longer witnessing the Real Madrid vs Barcelona competition each season. The present days comes with a whole lot for Barcelona headcoach, Xavi Hernandez to deal with. He's not earning solidable points with the Blues, rather he's struggling to win games for them, afterall he made it clear about exiting Camp Nou at the end of the season. It's a compulsory case for the coach to make his decision, he's not witnessing the compulsory results and that's making him lose interest quickly with the club.
