Why are you so worried about Xabi Alonso? Is it because of his being a new manager? Xabi Alonso is doing a wonderful job at Leverkusen you know. I think he definitely deserves a chance at a much bigger team. I already expect Liverpool and Bayern Munich to go after him this summer because of parting ways with their managers.

I don't see any reason for Barcelona not to think about this formula either. But please make me informed if I'm missing a point about the Barcelona - Xabi Alonso relationship. 

Barcelona's sport director, deco has been suggesting xavi to stay even longer in th e club. Deco has said that if he was feeling quite impressive with the performance from barcelona under xavi. I think that recruiting flick will be another mistake to be made by barcelona. He was not as good as what he used to be and that it is.

I think there will be so many options other than zerbi or flick. IMO, these coaches were bad to be replacement for xavi. Barcelona needs someone who can understand tictac strategy.

I have always wanted him to stay further than this but who am I to tell the management what to do, I'm no Barcelona fan but the love ihad for Xavi Hernandez during his playing made me support his job as well. It's evident that it all elite players become elite coaches.

Xabi Alonso has good relationship with young players but I'm afraid that his tactics and that of Barcelona are not going to allign with that he'd not be the next coach of Barcelona.

For Hansi Flick who literally offered himself to the club Barcelona, he is a good coach but will need funds to get players to project and catalyse his own pkans for the club. I'm also afraid Barcelona are not financially strong to get to back him with this.

For Roberto De Zebri who I'd take as thengood choice, watch his desk with Real Madrid in the Champions League Competition last season and also how he's a tactical genius ( Pep Guardiola can relate ) that said, he is a good coach who makes good use of youngins developing. With the financial challenges of Barcelona they'd be forced to sell off some of them quality players for money so they can rebuild around youngins.

I believe and my level of certainty has increased knowing well that Roberto De Zebri can handle the younger players, the club just have to give him experience.

This is what is difficult for Barcelona to get back, they are a great team but to return to their golden days where taka tiki was Barcelona's style of play, it seems impossible anymore, i don't know whether this issue will happen, but if Xavi officially leaves Barcelona then Barcelona must be able to assign a coach who is familiar with the Taka Tiki style.  in my opinion, Barcelona is very cruel, they make Xavi very depressed and uncomfortable, even though i see that Barcelona's achievements so far are quite good.
