I think that's normal. Simone Inzaghi took Inter to a higher level. Despite their limited squad, they reached the final of the Champions League last season. Another player who did not renew his contract so he has to leave next summer is Piotr Zielinski. Actually, this player still has good capacity at Napoli but unfortunately Napoli cannot retain him. Instead of Bayern taking Mudryk, maybe they would be better off taking Bryan Zaragoza. Because of Bayern current situation, a role like Bryan Zaragoza is much more profitable. He can share a place with Harry Kane and will create balance. Mudryk is not the right man for Bayern Munich tough style of play or rather not the right time. On the other hand Bryan Zaragoza potential is quite capable of providing more expectations than Mudryk. Even at Chelsea he can't find a comfortable place yet, even Pochettino pampers him too much.

Chelsea will get another fresh fund from maatsen. his amazing performance after being loaned to the dortmund has been also making dortmund's officials are very interesting to buy him as a permanent transfer from chelsea. I think that maatsen had a lot of potential but chelsea was not giving him enough time to play in the main squad.

It was very bad to see him must leave from the club. Im very disappointed with poch caused by he was not giving chance for him to play as starting line up. it was so bad for him caused by i knew that if maatsen was willing to stay at chelsea.
I think that chelsea shall not sell him and let him try to develop himself in another club. Maatsen potentially to be a big player.
