That is a change that needs to be done, sacking Mourinho in a respectful manner of course and because Mourinho has not had any effect on As Roma, it is better to replace him with a coach who can give As Roma a better future. De Rossi managed SPAL in Serie B last season, but only lasted 17 matches.
In those 17 matches, De Rossi gave SPAL eight defeats.
AS Roma clearly needs to be careful in appointing a candidate to replace Mourinho. AS Roma's new coach will immediately be tasked with improving the team's position in the Italian League after being appointed to replace Mourinho.

I think Roma has done the right thing here as they only gave De Rossi a contract for six months and they pay him 500.000 euros. The point of their decision is that they want De Rossi to be strongly incentivized to do his very best and to make the best decisions for the club as often as somewhat possible for him. I didn't read anything about Mourinho and whether he gave a last statement or press conference, but I believe they sacked him in a respectful manner. He saw it coming as well and it is not like this caught him by surprise. He took it like a gentleman when he got fired in Manchester, so not really any good reason for him to talk badly about Roma. He had his chances to do something about the situation. I think the only thing he was angry about was the number of transfers he was able to do during his stay at Roma. But I doubt that he didn't know that Roma isn't PSG Wink There are limits for these clubs.

Onana is having some hard times as it seems. He got degraded in his national team and I think he is not the number one anymore. He is also having some difficulties at Manchester United and now the question comes up whether he will soon decide to change something about his situation. Once being considered a super talent, he is now running into trouble on so many fronts. I guess ten Hag is the only one who will stick to him, but if one day Manchester United gets a new coach, it could also mean that Onana will lose his number one status in the club, too.
Onana was recognized as having good talent during his time in Serie A with Inter Milan and there he had the opportunity to make his best contribution with the talent he had, but as the season progressed, Onana experienced a very deep decline as seen in how he guarded the goal which he really had to guard and since Onana's declining performance meant that Inter didn't really trust him and didn't extend his contract, so Onana left as a free agent and was contracted by MU.
After that, while he was MU's goalkeeper, Onana appeared unstable, sometimes he was very good, but sometimes he looked very careless and often conceded goals.
I might agree with your opinion as long as Erik Ten Hag is still the MU coach, Onana will definitely stay, but after MU has a new, more experienced coach, it looks like Onana will be a candidate for a player to be sold.
Andre Onana faces a series of pressures. Andre Onana's future in the Cameroon national team is unclear as many people criticize him for lacking patriotism, losing form, and not following the head coach's decisions. Onana will likely withdraw from the team again, as in 2022. In fact, Onana's performance has seriously declined since leaving Inter Milan last summer. At MU, he quite often made mistakes that led to goals. Onana's erratic performances made MU fans miss David de Gea and criticize coach Ten Hag. The fact that MU ranked 8th in the Premier League, conceding 29 goals in 21 matches, made fans even more skeptical about the value of the 47 million pound contract with Andre Onana. Despite constantly making mistakes that caused MU to have bad results, goalkeeper Onana was still protected by coach Ten Hag. I also do not doubt that Onana will be eliminated if MU has a new coach.

People blame Ten Hag because he let Onana to join the team while they could use De Gea because this experienced goalkeeper didn't have a bad performance during the time when he was playing for Manchester United. But Onana had a much better performance when he was playing for Inter Milan and if he could have the same good performance they could have a much better situation and that's why I think Ten Hag is not the only person who is guilty in Manchester United for Onana.

David De Gea would've been a good pair for Andrea Onana, David De Gea since had understands the Premier League Competition in and out and jad more experience than Andrea Onana while Onana who had a great Champions League Competition last season to be used for that competition.
Erik Ten Hag has taken blame for whatever flaws they're going through right now knowing quite well that he won't have such bad
performance as the season progress and move into a new season.

Andrea Onana without much talks is also a good goalie with time the Premier will know how important he can be for Manchester United.

Kalvin was able to find time in 12 games last year, which is very little time. Pep did not give him many chances, which is natural because it was very difficult for Kalvin to shine when Pep had world-class midfielders. He couldn't go beyond the impression of a good backup. Now it's time to embark on a new adventure. I hope he gets successful results in this adventure.

Kalvin Philips had a time to forget at Manchester city although he won so many tittles which could be equivalent to the number of games he played. The game time at first was due to the fact that he was injured but after coming back I will simply say Pep didn’t just like the playing style because it had nothing to do with his ability. There were matches were Pep could have brought him in but he didn’t and rather went ahead for other options like even playing Bernando Silva or John stones in the midfield pivot with Rodri. Many thought it was because of Rodri form that kept Kalvin Philips out of the line up but it wasn’t it was actually pep that just didn’t trust him and that left him on the bench. Look at Nunez that just arrived he hasn’t had the game time he needs and it’s frustrating again.

There is no way Phillips is going to have playing time when Mancity have the like of Rodri in that team.Rodri is currently the world's best defensive midfielder, which no defensive midfielder can be able to match what the guy is doing at City. When they first brought Phillips to the team, everybody thought he was going to take the number one position in that midfield, but Rodri' form has kept him aside, and he can't wait for his time anymore,so he made the right choice to leave the team.Mancity is one place that is so hard for one to decide on leaving  or not,but Phillips have moved on,and I wish him a blissful career at his new club.

His release clause is quite low for a rich club.
It is only fixed at 120 mil

Any club in the premier League or Arab can pay it without any problem.
But in this case it comes back to Osimhen in the end because he has to decide correctly about the future he has to think about because one wrong decision could ruin his career.
Currently seeing from what is happening for rumors we only see Chelsea who are ready with Osimhen's offer but it does not rule out the possibility that for the summer transfer there will be additional clubs who want to propose Osimhen from Napoli.

But if it is only Chelsea and Osimhen goes to the EPL honestly it makes me doubt what he will do later in the EPL.
Not to make it seem as if Serie A is low but in the last few seasons we can see that Serie A players who come to the EPL most of them actually have to end up failing.
Pogba, Lukaku and the latest of course Onana who is quite worth saying failed for now so I doubt if Osimhen set a choice for Chelsea later.

While there is some news about Manchester United sending an offer for Karim Benzema to hire this French player to improve the team and have him back in Europe but they changed their mind and it seems Manchester United can't supply money for this player because financial power they have is not good enough. However, spending money on a player like him doesn't even make any sense and instead of Benzema, they can think about other players at younger ages.

Erik Ten Hag spotted André Onana from Inter Milan and thought he would be an advantageous backup for David de Gea, but the new goalkeeper turned out to be an extensive disappointment for the team. He conceded more goals, which contributed to his poor rating in EPL matches; he wasn't good enough for elite matchups, allowing other great names to use him as an extensive haul for free kicks, direct shots, and penalty kicks; in short, Onana failed to distinguish himself. The new development is for the goalkeeper to improve because the coach has a lot on his mind right now.
Regardless of what You say, statistically onana performance this season is quite disappointing because He has conceded a lot of goals and also in several matches he made blunders which led to defeat. Erik ten Hag needs to be patient to see Onana neat performance under Manchester united goal because I see that Onana can change to perform better if only manchester united defense line can be improved by erik ten hag.

Many Manchester united players have experienced a decline in performance this season, such as Casemiro and Rashford. In my opinion, Erik ten hag performance in building the squad this season did not go any better than his first season. For this reason, erik ten hag must find an effective way to bring him back to winning ways in the second half of this season. Manchester united is not too bad in the Premier League, but their performance in the Champions League this season was bad enough that they had to be eliminated in the group stage.

Everton and Nottingham forest qwre just pulpit that were use to show a good example to other teams that voided the FFP and Premier League rules. You want to tell me that it's only these two clubs that are guilty of this rule breaking? There are many of them but I think it as easy for Premier League to dealt with Everton and Nottingham Forest than other teams. If I remember some months ago, Manchester City was been accused of doing the same thing, some people were happy that if 10 points is deducted, they will be demoted in the table but today, it's has been silent, there is nothing money can't do in football.

January usually is quite transfer period, some players might have been signed by some clubs but they might not make news like the way other club will do until when the market is close and performance start showing you wl realized. Some discussion of some players are also going on and will not be finalized until some days before the transfer window closes, that's when you will hear that a particular club has bought this and that player for this amount of money.
I guess you meant culprits, well some actions needed to be taken so other clubs that love breaking the FFP rules would learn some lessons. Well they're not the only clubs that's broken rules but I wonder why the Premier League body decided to start with those teams instead of the big teams like Manchester City and  it's kind that's been charged with several violations, I think those teams are just scape goats, but to be frank I'll really love to see a big team get punished as well.

The January window is always as you've stated cause of the busy schedule with fixtures while some clubs are he'll bent on improving their teams performance, others that are doing pretty good, would rather work on underground deals while they focus on maintaining good performance, well this particular window is not very busy as usual but I'm pretty sure we'll see new suprise incomings before the window closes.

I think that Osimhen may start regretting his decision to stay longer at Napoli if they fail to qualify for the Champions League. But I also think that this would be a critical phase for Napoli as they have nothing to convince Osimhen to stay with them except for the contract obviously. But my guess is that Osimhen would be transferred and that could mean the beginning of bad times for Napoli if they start losing some of their most important players while also failing to qualify for the Champions League. That could escalate quickly for them.

His release clause is quite low for a rich club.

Definitely it is not too much money for the big clubs, but it would be a waste if Osimhen decided to go to Saudi Arabia at this stage of his career. I think some here overestimate his quality, but he is still an amazing striker. Though should he cost more than 120 mil? I think that is because we got spoiled with these outrageous transfer fees that recently became the standard due to the Saudi Professional League clubs offering so much for literally any player.

I know that at the end of the day my opinion doesn't matter, but hopefully these price structures adjust themselves because a lot of what's going on is quite ridiculous. But now that Napoli is having several problems at once, I think Osimhen will decide to leave the club after this season.

I noticed that as well. I think it’s because of the Premier League's Sustainability Rules and profits. Clubs are being very careful not to break these rules. We saw how Everton were deducted 10 points in the early part of the season for breaching the rules, while they and Nottingham Forest have been charged recently for the same thing.
FFP is on everybody’s Asses. I think a lot of clubs are just observing and the last thing they want to do is break those rules and potentially be deducted points now that the season has gone far.
But apart from that, we should not forget that the January transfer window is normally pretty quiet every year, a lot of the big business is usually done in the summer.

Everton and Nottingham forest qwre just pulpit that were use to show a good example to other teams that voided the FFP and Premier League rules. Manchester City had a very good form last year. Of course, the midfielders were also in good shape. In this case, Pep Guardiola probably did not want to disrupt the established system. That's why he didn't want to move Kalvin and disrupt the system. Since their chemistry was compatible, he didn't want to take any risks because they were trying to catch up with Arsenal last year. They also had a great season in the UCL. I think that's the only reason.
I think Man City midfielders in the last season is better than the current season. They still have Gundogan who can control the midfield line very well together with De Bruyne. Now, he already moved to Barcelona, Man City still can't replace the role of Gundogan. There is no other midfielders of Man City who play with they same style as Gundogan.

Yep. Kalvin may have a different play style that doesn't fit with Man City tactics. So, I can agree if Pep Guardiola wants him to move to another team. It will be a good solution for both Kalvin and Man City.

PSG's new transfer is Gabriel Moscardo. The 18-year-old player was purchased from Corinthians for 22 million Euro, including bonuses. The Brazilian midfielder will remain on loan at Corinthians until June, before joining PSG the following season. I hadn't heard of other clubs for this transfer. PSG may have done an important job, but we will see in the future. It's too early to talk right now because what players are bought every year, many of them disappear because they can't deliver what they want.

True in this transfer window (January) English side of PL is too quiet, and this is because of some reason that I think nobody discusses here. And the reason for this is that which club also offers to buy a player, From the front, that club asks for such a large value of this player that the buying club cannot afford it. The example in front of us is Real Madrid, who made a deal with PSG to buy Killian Mbappe. First,  they demanded a high value, when the value was difficult, then the player was not able to agree. So in my mind this is the true reason behind PL's quietness in the transfer window. If the club of PL wants to sign the player, then that club demands many times more than the value of this player, That's why the January transfer window of PL is silent.
In the January transfer market, some teams did not recruit to strengthen their squad because they had brought in many players to their team in the last summer transfer market. Only a few teams are recruiting players with loan options in this transfer window and there are only a few days left in the january transfer window before it closes on February 1.

Let's see if there will be any surprises in the coming days before the January transfer window closes. It is reported that Arsenal want to improve their front line, but until now there has not been a single name of striker who has become a serious target for them in the January transfer market. For Manchester united, they are also rumored to be recruiting Benzema, but so far they haven't been serious enough.

I believe Pep Guardiola made an immense error by triggering the acquisition of Kalvin Philips from Leeds. He was one of Leeds' most adaptable players, fitting in with the assigned duties that were handed down to him. But what truly happens at Etihad Stadium? He was absent due to injury, and when he returned, he failed to make an effective impression with his performance. We know how definitive Pep Guardiola can be, so he did not give him a second chance, instead dumping him on the bench for upcoming matches. The entire benching of the player is apparent; he does not prefer the player to play games under him.
Since Kalvin Philips arrived in 2020, he's struggled to impress at the club and and that's why he's been relegated to the bench of the  club as he's no longer a starter at the club. Before the England international left Leeds, he was considered as one of the best midfielders in England but Pep Guardiola have been unable to bring the best out of Philips. Though injuries have contributed to the player's poor performance, but I'm still of the opinion that he could do better at the club.

I thought he was gonna leave the club last summer at least for a loan deal in other to get more playing time but since he didn't leave last summer, Philips I think should go to another smaller English Premier League club and get more playing time

Very quiet January transfer window in the PL. I haven’t paid much attention to other leagues this January but in the PL especially, it’s been one of the quietest transfer windows I can remember.

It was great to see him winning the Champions League Competition, Premier League Competition, Super Cup Finals, Club World Cup Competition aamd lastly the Fa Cup Competition with Manchester United.
Right now he needs more game time so he could be picked up for the team that would go on for the next Euro's with England National Team.

He'll make a good squad with West Ham with Kudus returning back from Ghanaian national team after a disappointing Afcon for him, they will make a good combination with Lucas Paqueta, Kalvin Philips and Kudus.
