There is actually a lot of player potential at Manchester United, it's just the coach's desire to play that prevents it all from coming out.
I think Erik Ten Hag doesn't want to extend Anthony Martial's contract and Erik Ten Hag wants to sell the player as soon as possible so that Erik Ten Hag can buy a new striker with the money from the sale of Anthony Martial and as you said before there are several clubs who are interested in buying him but I I doubt that Inter Milan will bring him in because currently Inter Milan already has a sharper striker and if he is at Inter it is not certain that Inter Milan will use him as the main player.
