What is it about Benzema that makes it so difficult for him to stay at Al Ittihad, is there friction at the club with a player or coach making Benzema uncomfortable? It's not clear what the problem is but Benzema has been absent from training according to reports.

So according to the news report, I read that Man United will not buy Benzema but rather borrow for the rest of the season and return at the end of the season, so buying him will be difficult for Man United.

But those talks haven't started with Al Ittihad yet, only soon.
It will depend on Al Ittihad's decision, but I'm guessing it won't happen because Benzema is on a fantastic contract with his current club.

Joining Manchester United might not be the best thing to do for Guirassy indeed. Because they are really having a bad season and Guirassy might also have issues about showing his skills easily. It would be much better if he joins a team which is in much better condition. I have heard about Arsenal's interest in him too.

It would definitely be more ideal for Guirassy to go to Arsenal. They have been doing really good for the recent a couple of seasons. Arteta would be happy to give him the chances he would like in the lineup I assume. Because technically he is more productive than Arsenal strikers now.  

I am very surprised by the transfer rumors linking Benzema with Premier League clubs, previously Benzema was linked with Man United and now with Chelsea, we know that both EPL clubs need proven strikers, but the chance of recruiting Benzema is very small in my opinion. Because the main reason this rumor is growing is because Benzema is not in harmony with the manager. If you think wildly, Al Ittihad management seems to prefer to let go of their manager rather than Benzema.

Al Ittihad goal in recruiting Benzema is to improve the club image. The big name, reputation and individual awards attached to Benzema made Al Ittihad recruit him, I don't understand if they are willing to let him go in the January transfer window. However, the opportunities for clubs interested in Benzema are very open, but the challenges are very difficult. Sure enough, PIF has more money than Todd Boehly and Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

Speculation regarding Benzema move seems to be just a rumor, it will not be realized because of the challenges he faces. Bringing in Benzema might turn Stamford Bridge into a retirement home for football legends, and we can't have the pensioners outnumbering the players on the field. I dont think Chelsea fans want him mistaking the pitch for a shuffleboard court. And Firmino leaving Liverpool for Chelsea? That's like trying to convince a cat to become a dog's roommate. Chelsea need to aim for younger blood, someone who's not on a first-name basis with their physiotherapist. We want players who can bring new energy to the team, not players who need a GPS to find the goalposts. Chelsea needs a fresh face with determination to develop his own career. Chelsea should be in the market for a sprightly striker, not a footballing ambassador. Let's keep the team young, vibrant, and free from early-bird dinner reservations.

For a player that was the Balon D'ior holder before he was signed Al Ittihad, Karim Benzema have failed to deliver the kind of performance that was expected from him by the management and fans of the club since he arrived the Saudi Arabian club last summer and I think it is his inability to deliver impressive performances at the club that's the main reason to leave the club and not because he's not offered of best financial deals he could ask from the club management.

Karim Benzema was not just Real Madrid's captain before he left the club last summer but was unarguably the best player at the Spanish giants and must have thought that the Saudi Arabian League will be less demanding but little did he know that just like many European leagues, the Saudi Pro League is a very strong one. I know that Al Ittihad's management would definitely want to increase his wages in other to keep him at the club if not for anything, then for his influence as a five times UEFA champions league winner

I think Benzema should be more patient to stay in Al Ittihad until his contract expires at least. It is not a wise decision to leave Al Ittihad now.

Sure, Saudi teams have a lot of money, they will try to keep their star players with their money, including Benzema. There is no chance for Benzema to leave Al Ittihad for free, he has a contract until 2026. Benzema also has a big responsibility in Al Ittihad because he is the captain. There are several European teams such as West Ham, Inter and Fenerbahce who have been linked with him and I think joining one of these teams would be very good for his future and I think it could also make him sharper as a striker. As some people said above that if some clubs were also interesting to take him as loan. You can say that those guys can think about how to make money but how about when they were not feeling so well in SPL?

henderson will join in ajax soon, fimrino and benzema have been targeted by the big clubs in EPL too. I think that the better if those guys will leave from saudi pro league even although majority of these clubs are demanding them as loan from saudi pro league club.

I think that moves to the european league was not a bad decision for all of them. They can still play there even without having high salary like when they were at saudi pro league.

I get your point concerning Chelsea's striker situation, but Benzema or Firmino coming seems odd. Benzema is a world-class player, but Chelsea may not suit him. They need a player who can grow with the team, and Benzema is too old. His EPL inexperience may also be a factor. Firmino, however, knows the Premier League well, but leaving Liverpool for Chelsea? Given his Reds loyalty, that's hard to stomach. I think Chelsea should target younger players who can offer a new energy to the team rather than huge stars who may not fit the club's long-term plan.
