By and large you are right, but the company signatures and media is still very beneficial for the participants. instead of asking as a beginner i think you should have the responsibility to research it yourself, people tend to have the same suggestion here because most of them are just after the requirements of their campaign.

Almost all ICO bounty campaigns are in here , just look for the ICO with high bounty budget if you want to get high profit.I see that you are belongs to different bounty campaign. Are you advertising your own project here in this post? If I am right please don't do that at all buddy. I suggest to invest some time on toplistico site and put your money on the top list ICO you find.
If there are any cheap project being promoted by any owners or team mate please do not take time to concentrate that.
You can find the good project by checking the manager they are using and escrow for token distribution.
Here's my advice: be patient. Build up your rank on this forum by diligently reading and commenting only if you can contribute. At the same time, practice your writing skills by starting a simple blog on Steemit and from there writing slowly about crypto. Be original, say your ideas, positive or negative. Slowly, let your audience grow by itself. Once you have a good Full Member rank here, and about 100 followers on Steemit, then apply to bounties and focus on Sig campaigns and content creation. They are much more worth than the mindless Twitter programs.
I agree on your advice about leveling up but come to think off that this new merit system would really put you in trouble on ranking up your account which means you would really need to be a good post quality poster before you would able to rank up. Participating into bounty campaigns is really a good way to earn altcoins and even bitcoin. But you need to reach all of their required minimum followers for every social media accounts that you have, to be qualified for every campaign you want to participate in. And find a reliable campaign manager that will surely paid you, because there are so many bounties that are not paying.
You can join now in some bounties that is requiring a junior member rank. But read all first the rules of the bounty that you are joining. Don't just fill up the forms always read first the rules if you are qualified. You can still join Social campaign bounties regarding your rank. You can also join some signature campaigns but the stakes you will get is not that much higher because in signature campaigns the higher the rank the higher the stakes you will get, So get some merits for you to rank up.

You are a junior member on the forum and don't know how to be part of a bounty programme showed you have not been following the events of things on the forum and even visiting the right section of the forum. Bounties are found in the Alternate section of the forum specifically the market place sub section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 all you then need is to find which one you can be part of with the requirements and the rules. There are tons to join in.
