Trust me I've taken precautions if anyone tried to come at me in any harmful way.

Not sure if it's an incredibly good idea to post pictures of your house on an open forum to be honest.. Especially if you have money.

Tons of scammers out there and it would be a shame if someone used the image of your house and found it and ransacked it/harmed you.

You have to be very careful about what info you post on the internet.. You never know who will find it and utilize it.

Hopefully you don't run into trouble.. I'd almost suggest maybe getting some firearms if you're gonna say your location online. :/

Have you looked at selling this on bitpremier? Maybe you should make a raffle for this like the one on Sean's outpost although I'm not sure what the laws regarding this are in Hawaii

Yeah, there was a pretty detailed story last year about someone that had their house siezed for defaulting on their loan. The issue is the house was fully paid off many years prior, was a clear and free asset, and they even had the deed proving it. It went to court, they lose the house and ended up in a multi-year battle, with the end result being that the bank apparently went for the wrong address (like 110 xxx drive instead of 106 xxx drive). They were given nothing for their hardship (having lost everything, being put on the street to figure out what they could do, having no way to even get another place in the meantime). And apparently this exact situation happens ~1k times a year in the U.S. in the same exact manner.

The simple fact is that even if you have proof of what you say, the court can completely ignore that and screw you regardless over a clerical error.

Not to mention a lot of people don't realize the government can take anything they want, classifying it as "eminent domain." And that's even when there is no claim you did anything wrong. This is also something that happens much more frequently than it should.

Basically, what you think you own, you don't. There's this false sense of security in having things like deeds, but the fact is you can lose it at any time -- all it takes is someone with power to see it and say "I want that." And there are even more loopholes to steal your stuff than just these two situations, but these are the most common.

Maybe I'll PM you if I feel like sharing. The point is that they were and I had no recourse, it should have been illegal but it was not. We are not free nor do we actually own what we think we do. We hold what we are allowed to by TPTB.

What was the reasoning for your assets being seized?

I've had assets seized without recourse a few times so I don't blame him.

Is owning property in the U.S. not favorable for you?

Would be interesting to hear your logic and decision making based on that.

Shame it's in the U.S. Otherwise I might be looking for exactly that kind of deal, since I am long on BTC, silver and perhaps other of the instruments as well, and seeking a property.
