Didn't mean it like that... I basically view them in tiers (due to where I live):
1) RV
2) Mobile
3) Wooden
4) Brick (house)
I did some thinking and I believe the reason why there aren't brick houses there is due to the heat and such, which could cause them to crumble/settle/etc.
Hmm I disagree with this. I think it is more economical for people in the hawaii economy to build wooden houses than brick houses.
In Hawaii we don't need a ton of insulation generally as we never need to heat nor cool our homes.
The temperatures are generally in the 65-85 degree range.
