I think bitcoin was created to help those people who need extra cash for additional fund for our expenses and to have investment which are help us to make more money in the future.
Its obvious that bitcoin is money and i think he created this project it is because he needs a money he did not expected that bitcoin will be more popilar until altcoin also release.. satoshi nakamoto i think is marketter and program and he is not hoping that bitcoin will be high the price just like the price right now.
I think he will. Every developer has a great expectation for their project especially if they gave much time on it. I think the developer has a problem on his identity or he was a rich guy trying to evade tax. Because bitcoin features are all pointing to that perspective. I'm sure that he is very rich now because he still holds a lot of btc that mined on when btc is newly developed.

People, to be more precised some very inovative people, who were tired of banks and their corrupt syestem were looking for some alternative to traditional financial system and Bitcoin and blockchain were created. I agree with some members here who say that blockchain is even more important then Bitcoin.

I have the same thought, blockchain is always more important than Bitcoin... Bitcoin is just an example of what blockchain can do.
And well, now we can make transactions in a fast way without banks.

I think bitcoin was created for us to be freed from the power of government. Not in like a juridical way, but in terms of money. Admit it, we're all annoyed by that 12% value added tax on everything that we buy, that income tax too that is subtracted to whatever we earned in fiat. We don't even feel that those taxes that we are paying are actually being used in a good way.
Bitcoin is also a better way of paying people abroad. Paypal and all those other payment methods has a lot of fees and have a lot of issues. Bitcoin doesn't have those kind of stuffs.

If we think about different currencies - Bitcoin is a real step forward. It is not supported by gold or something else. It depends a lot on whether people use it and believe in it.

He invented bitcoin to show that exist a product created using the peer to peer technology.
Maybe he just doesn't like the way that real money works as it still has some limits so he came up with an idea of a currency that doesn't restricted by any governments. But who knows what happened, and the only we know that bitcoin is a powerful currency and the future is quite potential.

In our country. Bitcoin is not anonymous anymore because the only bitcoin wallet working here needs id verification and selfie verification to update and withdraw your bitcoins to fiat. This is very awkard as a bitcoin user. I earned bitcoins anonymously but i withdraw it with my identity ao it is useleas because if the source of your funds is from illegal. It will got banned and loss to the owner.

As what almost bitcoin users know bitcoin is created to make a decentralize digital currency and its goal is to make a kind of money that uses cryptography to control its creation and transactions. Bitcoin is not created to make Satoshi rich by making this kind of currency. And that's why he made it as an open source so that every developers can improve the software and can make their own bitcoin and that's why altcoins are made. The reason why Satoshi created a bitcoin was to produce a currency independent of any central authority, transferable electronically, more or less instantly, with very low transaction fees. He has a god intention that we are all are benefiting from it. As it evolves, it attracts thousands of people and possibly millions now and counting.

For what was bitcoin created? well actually it was been created for some purposes, maybe they created it to have independent currency without any banking system, they created bitcoin to give chances to some people to hold money. Also the purpose to try some investments to gain more profit. Thats my perspective.

bitcoin is not made only for a community or group of people. but bitcoin created for all citizens in this world. all things to ease a variety of people's lives.
This could have been created to have an independent currency without banking system and the control of government. The other goal would have been to see all experience profits. There was a big struggle in introducing this at the beginning. As we all know, BTC did not have any value when it was introduced. Soon later, its values kept flying and kept an example for banks and governments that it can replace banking systems.
Bitcoin is money and money are created for the purpose of spend them. You can buy something using bitcoin and this is great.
The purpose to help more people to generate money to increase our revenue, and also bitcoin help to make our life easier by using bitcoin wallet with more great services.
I was thinking a lot about it and I think that it was created for a lot of purpose and maybe we will never know what is the main one.
Bitcoin is something new in the financial world. Perhaps for that it was created.
