Earlier i was so desperate to go to office. But since the time I have started working from home. i think I focus more on work
Otherwise in office we use to work less and gossip more and sometime during stress hour we have to tell other to please keep quiet for sometime

My friend's company went into home office model during the pandemic and they remained there when they saw the bills. They had close to 100 people in 1 building and this is a software company so 100 computers running, lights, AC, security in the building, cleaning... That's a huge cost every month.

Performance wise they even improved when people started working from home because they were better rested. They could avoid traffic jams and sleep an hour longer every day and saved up on fuel.
I don't believe they're ever coming back from this.

Yes, we just spoke about this yesterday.... this sudden shift to "Work from home" have had a strange affect on the house prices in small towns. People can now work in any town they want, so they are moving to areas away from their town where their offices are situated. (Sometimes just going to their Office once or two times per month)

All meetings are done virtually and they do their admin work and/or programming etc... from another town. This has caused an increase of property prices in the strangest places. Roll Eyes

Employers who prioritize employee happiness and satisfaction on the job would have happy and satisfied employees who are able and willing to work and an employee that is actually willing to work and not just working for the pay is precious to the employer.

Side hustles were formerly looked down on as a thing poor to middle income families did to survive and make ends meet. But today, almost everyone has a side hustle to bolster their income gotten from their main gig. And it seems side hustles aren’t limited to poor to middle income earners anymore as people from all walks of life are now having second jobs and side hustles to earn some more.

this i believe is one of our learnings during the height of covid pandemic. not to stick with one job as you will be left no other options to survive if suddenly it stops giving you source of living. this is why, we should always find a way how to look for other side jobs that may possibly assist us in time of crisis. we can't rely from government's aid as we don't know when it will arrive. much better if you feel you are always self-sufficient at any point.

Would really be the most sensible to be done is on which you should really be making yourself that get involved with other or various jobs which would really be adding up into your current income or even getting

bigger than that.Its true that we've been battling out with these non stop increasing of goods and services when it comes to their prices which do really sucks on living on this way.

This is why it would really be just sensible that you would really be finding other sources which would make you able to survive this nonstop recession and inflation.
If you are really just contented on having able to eat 3x a day and wont really be going beyond the borders then its up to your own choice but this isnt something a life that you should

With this current high inflation around the world, living life would bring a lot of cost. That is why if we can resort into finding multi sources of income, that would be better since it will provide us guarantees not to struggle that much. Living in Turkey, this is a bit easier to do actually. Considering our minimum wage is under 300 dollars, and a decent life starts at around 1000 dollars a month, that is not a lot of money to make. Anyone who has been in the digital world would tell you that making 1000 dollars or so a month is actually quite possible. Just here with the campaign I have, I am making something like 200 dollars alone, I have another job where I make at least 600, sometimes as high as 700 dollars, which means 800-900 is in the bag already. That is nearly three times more than the minimum wage, and I work digitally and have decent enough English, that's it, really nothing much is required if you know what you are doing and focus on what you are good at.
