is it not strange that the criminal company, name Bitfinex already started to sell something that it doesn't exist? In this case, Bitcoin gold

https://medium.com/@bitfinexed/bitfinex-never-repaid-their-tokens-bitfinex-started-a-ponzi-scheme-86a9291add29

I saw how some exchanges started trading Bitcoin Gold before the fork occurred. I do not understand how this can be. During the wolf, my coins were on the stock exchange and I hope to receive Bitcoin Gold on November 1

What you have seen at some exchanges is BTG Futures trading.
The ONLY thing anyone is able to do right now is trade Bitcoin Gold on exchanges that support it. You will not be able to mine, send or receive Bitcoin Gold until the mainnet is actually created.

What trading future? Based on what? Bitfinex generated digits on screen and  sold them.  Cheesy

Something like that! It's a traders term. I am a layman, so better not to explain it.  Wink
I will only say that it can be traded with something even if it does not exist yet but you are sure it will exist in the future...

Bottom line:
1. If you had a bitcoin at the moment of the fork in the wallet where you control your private keys - you got the equal amount of the bitcoin gold. If your bitcoins were on the exchange, it depends on how they will handle the issue.
2. Wallet support is yet to come. From what i know, Coinomi announced it will add bitcoin gold on 1.11. which should be tomorrow.
3. In order to claim your bitcoin gold, you need to swipe your private key of the address that had bitcoin funds on it at the moment of the fork to the bitcoin gold wallet.
4. According to the official bitcoin gold website, replay protection is implemented https://bitcoingold.org/ If you want to be 100% sure, move your bitcoin funds to another address before doing any transaction with bitcoin gold coins.

And i agree - i don't like such forks. People see them as a free money. It is entirely possible that there be one too many fork which will get the investors asking what is actually going on here...

Where can see it? Thanks

Fork was been 491407..

how to find the current block?
Blockchain.info or some other block explorer, they typically list the current block or the most recent block that has been pushed through the system, otherwise they'll have some sort of pertaining information since it is important information for the blockchain and it impacts transaction information.

As for claiming it you find a BTCG client and then import a private key from the original blockchain and you should have your BTCG within your account. I don't know this for a fact though so I'm guessing as I never had to worry about stuff like that.

I see price BTG is very low now..  about $130 Smiley
How you think will be pump after realise wallet app?

It can rise with the hype in first days after the release, but high prices won't last for long. My prediction is $200 to $400 during the first week. I don't think it will pump much more than that ...

But I don't understand.. when will be release?
I thought is was been after fork few days ago.
Need wait when will be wallet complete

Here is the update on #BTG. The way for everyone to stay up to date with all the important development progress.

Could someone explain how the options are for one who held their BTC on Bittrex?

WAS BEEN? can you please proofread and kindly check your grammar before posting? FORK WAS BEEN, it should be FORK HAPPENED ON 491407 ( rephrasing).
Anyway, it already happened , just make sure you will improve your post quality.

Nov 1 is the activation of BTG, you can wait until then to redeem your BTG and trade it, but if you want to take risks then redeem it and trade it now.

GOD is TRUE
I've got it, and only yobit and bleutrade can redeem it now, Bitcoingold has not officially announced its current activation and there is still a lot of risk if current use, activation and mining will be used safely on November 1st. But if I wait too long I worry the price will shrink.

I think you should get your bitcoin gold and sell it right here at https://yobit.net/en/trade/BTG/BTC
The long you wait, the lower the value  you will receive.

As Bitcoin Gold has a subsequent pre-mine period, we do not yet know when the coin will launch. Bitcoin Gold does not launch immediately at the point when the chains diverge (block 491407). According to group representatives, the new Bitcoin Gold network is going to be open to the public by November 1st.

The ONLY thing anyone is able to do right now is trade Bitcoin Gold on exchanges that support it. You will not be able to mine, send or receive Bitcoin Gold until the mainnet is actually created.

Blockchain Just Entered The Real World
You can "future" buy it on Yobit. I personally will not touch it.
