Do You consider this ban as new proof of Ethnic Cleansing made by State?
Wouldn't go as far as to call it proof of ethnic cleansing, but it is inappropriate censorship much like when the Nazis were burning books in the 30s. I am sure that the whole family of the president and he himself use these sites, but under the leadership of the world government makes such a controversial action to his actions.

This is a very stupid idea. Those who need to get to these sites will find a way or most of the Russian-speaking residents will move to live in Russia.

They're going greater and greater lengths to separate their national identity from Russia. Sooner or later they risk alienating their own people from their cause with such measures. Blocking access to social medias is not something a country which wants to join the family of western democracies should be doing. It sounds more like something Redzep Tayyip Erdogan would do.
