I think that the reason why this betting option is not in any crypto betting site is because not many crypto gamblers do really care about Fornite at all. They can add it if they are asked from many people but again I don't know on which parameter they will use to offer the odds.
It's not of the interest of the crypto bettors in the meanwhile although the game is popular and will have their large prize pool tournament. I think that sportsbook should also step in now and start listing this game.
But if the sportsbooks doesn't really like listing this game because of no interest, maybe in the near future they will.

I don't think Fortnite is much of an eSports title, it's fine for streaming I guess (though I don't like it personally) but I don't think it'd fit as an eSport.
LoL, DOTA, Overwatch, CS, they all require teamwork, coordination and skills; those are similar traits with classic sports.
But I see Fortnite as nothing more than a single player battle.

By the way the only eSports betting site I know is sportsbet and they don't seem to offer a choice for Fortnite (disclaimer: I have no affiliation nor promoting sportsbet, do your own research as to if they're reliable)

Fortnite team battle can still be really good for tournaments. Maybe you don't know that it is actually possible to have a team fight on fortnite. The real thing here is that crypto world usually are only interested with the biggest esports tournament and unfortunately as of the moment Fortnite is still not yet one of them

If any reputed sportsbooks are not offering it, we can have a betting pool on the forum or do P2P bets with a trusted escrow. I'll start the thread myself if there is enough interest. Also, this is highly unlikely that sportsbook will not cover this event especially those are dedicated towards E-Sports.

I dont see any odds yet but I guessing Sportsbet will offer this?

This isn't available for betting on any of the cryptocurrency accepted gambling websites. You could request to add them through their official Ann Thread. If it is viable for them to add surely it'll get added or else they'll give you clear detail for not adding them to their list.

I have checked them and yes for the meanwhile there's none. I've also checked other sites like the ff:

  • onehash
  • cloudbet
  • nitrogensports

And they don't have it at this moment as well.
