What limits exactly are you talking about? Can you be more specific?

the wagering requirements is always something that can be a hard task but if you have to wager it 5 times its very reasonable i think the most problems appear with sign up bonus that are very high then you have to wager it a lot

I do agree that if you are doing something like this, you have to take it seriously and they are taking it seriously by putting a cap in there.

If you want to drop it, that makes a bit sense but it can't be removed, there needs to be a withdrawal limit and if people gamble like 10k satoshi that is not acceptable for them to spend that much money. Hell the reality is that they are spending so much money for making it free that I think 0.01 as a limit would still be fine in my mind, if you do not want free withdrawals you can go gamble somewhere else and pay 50 bucks on withdrawal there, but here it is free and that means they are only declining small gamblers that doesn't really make them any money at all, whereas there are big gamblers that is happier here because they end up with a lot  more money thanks to not paying any fee at all hence they prefer here for that reason.

Does the min withdrawal apply to all currencies or just Bitcoin ?  i often see sites that set min withdrawal but not for altcoin so to avoid min withdrawal we can choose another coin.

I can say the minimum withdrawal applies to all currencies as I just check through the withdrawal menu, the min withdrawal for other coins is close to 0.004btc. Example for doge, it is 3883 doge as the minimum and dash is 0.9xxdash.

BTW this week I got a lot of promos from Fortunejack free 5mbtc and 25 free spins unfortunately all need wager x30 and 40 and I was only able to complete 40% of the target, check your email if you are lucky.

I received the free 5mbtc bonus last week and I do not even remember how many times I get this free 5mbtc so far. I think I receive the same bonus more than 5x till now but I no single time of success to complete the wagering requirement. Once I did it but it was from the 25 free spins last year. It is nice bonus obviously, at least we have a chance to play for free and a chance to win something for free.

Furthermore the withdrawal fees is a debatable thing, because while small gamblers like you and me would like it, but due to the fact that they cover the withdrawal fees I feel that they’re justified in keeping it to 0.004 BTC.

I highly agree that when they cover the fees, it's highly justifiable on their end to keep the withdrawal amount high and that's the only reason I admire them, but you know? What's wrong in asking?  Tongue
What if they consider my request and some day in near future, they decide to lower the withdrawal amount too? Will be a win-win for us. Wink

Feeling great to see that FortuneJack is doing their best in keeping their customers happy. Being a player at FJ, it makes me feel pride and honor while playing here. There's just one thing that I believe I must put in front of you guys, that may have been conveyed already before. It's about the minimum withdrawal, I know that FortuneJack is a classic website with cream gamblers and always wants them to play more at the site to withdraw big. But won't it be great if you'd reduce it to BTC0.001 - BTC0.002 in order to let small gamblers like us take more advantage of this site?

@Stedsm I agree with the former part of your post, as FJ has been giving solid promotions, and it’s champions league competition is one of the best promotions available on Bitcointalk.

quick update here for the community: issue is already fixed - all the withdrawals are free to go.

I'm sure most of them should be out by this time - if by any chance there's any left - let me know.  Smiley

Just want to update that I have received my withdrawal with no issues. Thank you to Tornike as well as all the FJ support staff, who I'm sure were overwhelmed for the past 24 hours.

As I said in my initial post, I've had nothing but great experiences with FortuneJack and the way this issue was resolved was no different. If anything, I feel like I should apologize for my impatience, but my emotions got the best of me and I got worried that something was wrong.

Thank you everyone at FJ for your continued good business!

Hey @playbitgameswin,

Please send me your username via personal message so I can get this going for you asap.

Sorry once again for having a bad experience as a VIP - will make sure the right team gets this notice so they're as well aware of the issues customers have.

-
UPDATE - we've just identified your account along with the case because tons of customers were facing the same issue you had. As stated in the email, it's the global issue onto the back end that's currently being fixed right now - should be ready anytime soon.

Please bear with the delay - once the update is done - all the withdrawals will be entirely passed through the system block.

Meanwhile, if anyone has a concern regarding the same problem, don't hesitate to let me know here.

Thank you very much for the fast response. I feel a lot better knowing that you have confirmed this is just a temporary site-wide issue and that it is being worked on. Again, I have nothing but good things to say about your site and only posted this because I couldn't find any information on this as well as to confirm that the problem wasn't on my end.

I really appreciate the communication you guys usually have with your players and look forward to getting back on there when this is all sorted out.

First of all, I want to stress that I have had nothing but great experiences with FortuneJack for years now. I am not accusing them of anything nor am I trying to slander their name or hurt their reputation. I actually really like this site and have been a VIP for a while and hope to continue playing there so long as this issue gets fixed. So here's what happened:

I won a large amount the other day, like the largest amount I've ever won on there, and submitted a withdrawal for about half of the total amount in my wallet. This was very close to an amount I've previously successfully withdrew before. I received the normal email saying the withdrawal would be delayed so that security can verify it and all that, no problem.

About a day later, I received an email saying that the delay was caused by me using a different IP address and/or BTC wallet address than usual, but that once I reply to this email confirming that I did indeed submit this withdrawal, they would process it immediately. The odd part here is that I've only ever used one IP address and one BTC wallet for withdrawals.

I replied to the email confirming that I did submit the withdrawal in question, but in addition I attached screenshots from my FortuneJack account showing that I have always used the same IP address and have withdrew to the same wallet every time. I should add that this wallet has successfully received multiple withdrawals from FJ over the past year or so.

Then like 12 hours later I received this following email in broken English and odd spacing:

"Let's inform you  that  there  is an global  issue  concerning  BTC withdrawal processing
We  will release  the  amount  once  the  issue  is released.
Thank  you  for  patience  and  understanding!"

What's happening here? I logged into my account and contacted live support asking about my withdrawal and their response was:

"Hello It is not about the amount dear, the issue is major, and every user is facing it, so kindly ask you to wait, we are very sorry for this experience"

There is nothing about this posted on their Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc..

I want to reiterate that I'm not accusing them of anything. I'm just posting this because I have seen NOTHING about this issue anywhere even though apparently this is a site-wide problem. I'm sure I can't be the only one concerned about this and wanted to at least open up a dialogue.

Thanks for reading. Can't wait to have this all straightened out and continue to play on my favorite site.

I would not let CR7 overlook, when this player explodes he will be unstoppable, however the sensation undoubtedly goes for Lewandowski and with Mbappe, in addition Mbappe has always admired the style of play of Zinedine Zidane and something of Thierry Henry, I do not know if they remember the movements of both, but he tries to fuse them.

Yeah, which is precisely why I put him in my team. Thought he'd relish the opportunity to smack a few goals in but oh well. Mbappe doesn't at all remind me of Zidane, but then I guess actually very few people do and I never really did watch these greats full time (because they weren't playing for Liverpool haha).

So Ronaldo again for 2nd leg and captain? Hattrick coming right? =p

Oh bro, have no doubt, the dream team! And well regarding Mbappe's style if it reminds me, I was in my teens when he tried to play as the magician Zidane with that elegance and Henry's free style.

And yes .... The Hattrick is coming! Cheesy

@buwaytress I forgot to select the team and I too would have selected Lewandowski, but I don’t think that I would have picked Sane. Also like you I too prefer to wager with btc only irrespective of it’s prices, and yea his tone was horribly wrong, and he could have made a request nicely too.

If I go for Bayern midfield I tend to select Gnabry but yeah, Lewandowski seems a solid pick every UCL, except you really have to predict who scores 2/3 goals. I thought it would be Ronaldo but I totally overlooked Mbappe who shone without Neymar. Oh well, don't forget your second leg picks available now! I'm probably sticking with most of my selections but it's a while away so I'll wait it out for the time being.
