@FortuneJack just tried submitting my predictions for this weeks fixture, but it’s not accepting them can you check and update us if it’ll be fixed. Also will the system automatically take in my predictions, or will I need to resubmit them once you fix it.

Hi , Im still getting same ' Connection Timed Out ' error since site went down. @Fortunejack , did you make any announcement about this ? Its almost 1 week gone after that accident but i couldnt open the website yet.

Maybe this is some technical problem as their servers are really affected of the fire , Have you send tickets to their support for fast action ? or Simply PM the FortuneJack account here in forum.

I don't think that is normal , you have already comply with the KYC from the first withdrawal why need to send one again.

Keep patient, guys. Due to heavy traffic sometimes Internet providers may slow down some websites, But, It's not an internet problem here, They are in maintenance mode and maybe trying to update something. The site is lagging in my area too, and some products like Dice/Jackmate are paused currently. Already FJ sent a message, hope it will be resolved quickly.

The 2 problem I have is my account was email and phone verified before the outage now my phone says unverified and it fails to find number when I try to verify again.

I also heard from Hhampuz this morning because by letting me know that the site went offline for a few days and is now starting to recover but maybe before it's full, I think FortuneJack can handle all of this and the assets will be very safe.
In the last few days I haven't visited this thread and the website as I am more focused on other platforms with their slot games so I think it's good news too if things return to normal.

^ Same here. Site works normally, I was able to log in and even tried Jack Mate. It lets you pick and build your team but you get an error upon confirming. All my pending bets are all intact so yeah... Everything looks like it’s gonna be fine from here on out.

I'm not sure if the problem existed few minutes/hours ago but I just checked myself now and I can login to my account without any issues.
