Based on my experience when I had a problem with my account I was not satisfied with the live chat support because I was not helped to fix my problem. Maybe it was just a coincidence that the person assigned to work at that time did not have enough knowledge so she could not give the answer I expected to my question. Fortunately, I was able to put my problem here in their thread and it was immediately resolved and fixed. Because of this they may have a lack luster support maybe but looking at whats going on right now with the customers I see them all getting help from the support as well so I do not know what could be the issue here. Maybe timing? I understand that people want their problems to be fixed right away but as long as a problem is fixed, whats there left to complain about? Just because it wasn't fixed quickly enough? That is really not a valid point.

It may also be related to the amount of the payout. You will not have to wait long for every payout. Depends on the amount.

In this case it was not a high amount, it might have been paid out sooner. in the end they paid out.

I'm sure the link you provide above is not the one he is talking about. He is talking about the PVP poker game which was removed since long time ago. I have ever heard that Fortunejack wanted to bring it back but I havent seen any news/updates about the relaunch so far. Probably pvp poker is not really profitable these days and it is not really attract real players from this crypto community so that's why Fortunejack is yet to relaunch it.

Fortunejack hasn't had poker for at least two years as I recall. And yes you are right, I also seem to remember about a comeback but now it seems the focus has shifted to Sportsbook (so good for us). I think, the problem with poker is just really hard to manage especially when the current audience are not poker players. I keep seeing all the sites with bots and I guess admins also understand that and do not see it as worthwhile -- this year we had a few tournaments which I joined and you know for sure you had bots at every table!

ive been waiting 24 hours for a BREAKEVEN withdrawal of 0.18 btc
and i mention to live chat that im treated like vip at stake and others and they just literally ignored me

Hate to break it to you but playing for 0.18BTC isn't even close to being "VIP"... Not to mention that if you go into livechat and start talking about how good other sites are I would never blame them for being slow or not acting in the nicest way possible.
That is the problem with people who complain almost all the times, they do not complain with reasonable enough proof of problems and present it like a true problem. If someone came along to this topic, shown proof of mismanagement or troubles that are customer support related or any other problem that could be taken a screen shot and shown, made it a great article with links and images, I would definitely get behind and support that person.

After all fortunejack is great but that doesn't mean that it is run by just one person, they have staff and staff are human and humans make mistakes, maybe this customer support made a mistake, why not? So, I would totally support the gambler in that situation if it is presented that way to me. However many complaints come in shape of "I was a vip with 0.18 btc at stake" and that's it, so? Go play at stake in that case?

@SquallLeonhart it’s quiet possible that his withdrawal had to pass a manual check, and we all know that manual checks can take some time, hence all he needed to do was remain calm and wait for an update from them.

However it’s clear that he was impatient, and he ended up provoking the FJ support staff when he spoke about their competitors, and therefore the support staff ignored him. Lastly I strongly feel that the support staff did nothing wrong in this particular case.

Hmm,,, not my experience. I was requested to confirm the withdrawal manually by email is all that happened but it withdrew almost immediately after that.

He's trolling.  I could be wrong but I think online books outsource live support to third parties which employees are trained and maintain a high level of standards of dealing with customers.

I think so, but not for crypto ones. Stake have people actually employed by Stake, same as other support at crypto ones I have used. FortuneJack I think so too as my support email came direct from them and they knew the site unlike normal bookies who seem to not even know their own site.
