not a troll at all, its my honest experience here at fortunejack.
ive been waiting 24 hours for a BREAKEVEN withdrawal of 0.18 btc
and i mention to live chat that im treated like vip at stake and others and they just literally ignored me
Hate to break it to you but playing for 0.18
BTC isn't even close to being "VIP"... Not to mention that if you go into livechat and start talking about how good other sites are I would never blame them for being slow or not acting in the nicest way possible.
That is the problem with people who complain almost all the times, they do not complain with reasonable enough proof of problems and present it like a true problem. If someone came along to this topic, shown proof of mismanagement or troubles that are customer support related or any other problem that could be taken a screen shot and shown, made it a great article with links and images, I would definitely get behind and support that person.
After all fortunejack is great but that doesn't mean that it is run by just one person, they have staff and staff are human and humans make mistakes, maybe this customer support made a mistake, why not? So, I would totally support the gambler in that situation if it is presented that way to me. However many complaints come in shape of "I was a vip with 0.18 btc at stake" and that's it, so? Go play at stake in that case?
