I've been trying this site again lately and it has become incredibly shady. Why would anyone play here?

Care to elaborate how so?

I didn't know that using his address to cash out was an issue. I don't really know how to sell it and he made it simple.

As I said this was the first time playing, only got this account but I already see how anything is used as an excuse not to pay.

Who is he? Your friend who is an old player at Fortunejack? Just in case your story is true and if he is an old player at Fortunejack, he would not even suggest you to use his address because he should know that it will make a problem for his own account and your account. To be honest, I doubt that you do not know how to sell it. If you do not know how to sell it then how you did you buy it for deposit? You made ETH deposit and I believe you bought it somewhere and logically you are able to withdraw it to the address you use for deposit. If the story you say is true, then the one you should blame is your friend and yourself for not reading the terms of Fortunejack regarding multi accounts.

I have been following your case for quite a while now, initially I thought you were right and FJ should refund you but after seeing the pictures it’s clear you’re trying to scam FJ. It doesn’t matter whether your friend did it, or you set those address for all we know there’s no friend you took a gamble and got busted by FJ. Their terms were always clear regarding multiple accounts, and as @Bitinity has rightly said if you yet feel cheated ask a refund from your friend.

Hello screwbc666,

Regarding having the withdrawal issue: according to the fraud department of FortuneJack, your username is linked to the 2 different accounts within the same wallet.

Here's the screenshot of the first account (can be considered as the main one):

We've given bonuses to the above-mentioned account, valued at 0.0550999 BTC (0.06930861 BTC was completed).

Then, there was the second account created with the username of treeofld13:

0.01308723 BTC as a given bonus was not wagered.

Coming to the 3rd account with the userID of screwbc666:

0.02635448 BTC as bonus was successfully completed.

All of these accounts are linked with the same wallet address, sharing the screenshots showcasing the connection:

guess who's back
Here is my positive experience with the FortuneJack costumer support.

I requested a withdrawal yesterday. The withdrawal was delayed and I received a withdrawal confirmation email saying that either my IP or wallet address has changed and that I need to confirm that it was Me who requested the withdrawal. I reset my router a few days ago so it might have assigned me with a slightly different IP address. It was the first time I received such an email. I replied and confirmed that everything was OK and in 6 minutes I received a confirmation email from the costumer support representative that my withdrawal is being processed.

Thumbs up for the support! I'd rather have my withdrawals delayed than sent to the wrong address or hacked.

nothing new here , this happens with many people and happened with me a lot of times
this isn't important at all IMO since it's really rare for someone to have access to FJ account and not have access to the email , if  someone has the password and the 2FA then it's almost impossible to not be the owner
and I guess all of us here uses different wallet addresses everytime we want to withdraw , so changing withdrawal address shouldn't be a security concern

it's kinda useless  and would be better if they replace it with confirmation email for each withdrawal rather than waiting for support to send that security email

Hello gentlemen.  Since 2014, FortuneJack has been actively working in the field of gambling and satisfies even the most demanding gambler, because it is not in vain that FortuneJack has been the leader in ratings for a long time.  Here you can use the most popular cryptocurrencies and at the same time 2fa adds confidence for the safety of personal funds.  I'm not talking about quality, bonuses and a colorful interface.  But guys for all this period I was hoping to see a real mobile application from FortuneJack.  Perhaps I did not carefully search or look at the information, but found only a promise.  I am sorry, but probably for your customers the presence of the application would greatly facilitate life.  Wink

This is not really good choices to make when it comes to use to different ips to gamble. Even though it is the same person that play with different ip but what gambling site see is always different person so I never want to play with different ip. Most site will have the chance to outcome players with this kind of strategy. We should follow this or we will never able to withdraw some big payout from them
Does it really a big issue?
In third-world nations, people have to use computers in services in Internet hub, so there are so many people use same computers over days. On same computers there are might so many gamblers log in their accounts and bet. This approach looks risky for them, but computers have still been expensive in third-world nations, especially in remote areas.
It is the same if people log in their accounts on public internet hotspots in restaurants, coffee, and so on.
I only think that people will get troubles if they use so many accounts, but if they use only one account per platform, they will be fine, no matter how many IPs they use to log in.

The only serious thing has to be carefully considered is Restricted areas that presented in ToS. If one platform has restricted areas or does not accept VPS, users should not log in their accounts via VPS or in locations that are restricted by that platform.
ToS, do you read it before using new platforms?

Although you have the same account but there is always different ip when log in, are you think there is no way they could ban our account just by using multiple ip? What we currently do is just to minimalize what we can. Let me ask you this, when you are getting banned from them, are you going to say that you played by using different ip all the time and that is your intention from the start? I do not think they will give up on this silly thing

Logically there is no way for them to ban an account who uses different IPs while playing as long as the IPs is not connected to other accounts. That's the main point you need to understand imho.
They can ban the account if the IPs is connected to other accounts only, but if there is no connection with other accounts so there is no reasons for any sites to ban the account. As what I said previously, there is no rules/terms of using different IPs, the site is even allowed to use PC and Mobile which mean that it can have different IPs.

Let assume it this way, I played by using VPN then for some reason other players by using the VPN as well but with same IP,  this is indeed different situation right? But of course two difference people. And of course this is going to be banned right? This is just the same with 1 ip with different account right? So how can this is not being banned? And btw what connection among this accounts? It can transfer money? Which from the start it has already their deposit?
