I hate security check, I hate withdrawal manual checking ... although it is intended to protect both sides between the customer and company ... at some point you will always feel disappointed/ pissed off waiting.

Regarding having the withdrawal issue: according to the fraud department of FortuneJack, your username is linked to the 2 different accounts within the same wallet.

Then, there was the second account created with the username of treeofld13:

As I have said clearly, there was no problem at all since I came to this site and play with different devices. It would be strange if it is now become a problem while it was fine for very long time. AFAIK there is no terms that it is prohibited to play with different devices or even different IP addresses. If users are unable to withdraw just because using different devices so what is the point of having mobile version?
Even if the site judge me as a different person but if it is not connected to other account (s), it should be fine imho because the rule is not to have multi accounts.

In third-world nations, people have to use computers in services in Internet hub, so there are so many people use same computers over days. On same computers there are might so many gamblers log in their accounts and bet. This approach looks risky for them, but computers have still been expensive in third-world nations, especially in remote areas.

This is not really good choices to make when it comes to use to different ips to gamble. Well, I won big and did nothing wrong but now they seem to have blocked me on email (despite not responding once or trying to help) and the OP here lied saying we had multiple conversations when thats a complete lie.

You're not the first person they have done like this nor the last. They have a history of pulling stunts like this. File a complaint with their license grantor. Explain to them what FJ has done. I also have the personal contact information of the owners.

@Bitinity did you use some other IP to sign in your account, because their system would have deducted it as an Alt account then. If you have been using the same IP then you have nothing to worry, as @TheUltraElite rightly said they’re understaffed on weekends you just need to wait patiently till tomorrow.

Did you order a withdrawal during the weekend? From what you write I think you did so on Saturday. If so, then I would advice you to wait till Monday because the FJ is understaffed on the weekend and they have a slower response on withdrawal requests. If things remain unresolved on Monday you may contact the FortuneJack account here to help you out.

Getting close to 24 hours for security check of my small withdrawal. To be honest I'm so confused why my last withdrawal needs security check while I made some other withdrawals (even bigger amount) during the week but all were processed without any security checks. I deposited, played, and requested the withdrawal like what I did on the previous withdrawals so I think there is no needs for security check because I believe there is nothing to be checked. Even if there is something to check, I dont think it will take too much hours. Or maybe it is because of weekend so you guys dont have enough time to do it fast? I see what SyGambler means, someone with a good amount of money can just make new accounts with the bonus over and over; each time increasing the bet when he/she gets into bonus funds. At a certain point they can get luck with a high bet and win.

if that user was benefiting from the sports welcome bonus then yeah that would be an abuse , but he can't abuse the casino bonus
