You can search for games in the top right "box" of the games selection and you'll find it. Neat little feature that is such an easy thing to have yet a lot of casinos have not implemented it..

The issue that you referenced has been taken cared of, as all the long withdrawals that happened during that same timeperiod. Lately there's not been a single complaint (AFAIK) on this matter and considering David has assured us that they've taken necessary steps to decrease the chance of the same issues surfacing in the future I think we are on the right track now. Not sure why'd you bring something like that up to begin with, again, it has been solved.

While it is not unreasonable it may be unnecessary as, again, the matters have been resolved and comments on it has already been made.

Yeah i figured it had something to do with the payment id.. Afaik not every site that accepts xmr has moved away from that but hopefully FJ will do it soon. Glad you got it working, im sure you'll get that missing 1xmr once the tech support are up and running tomorrow

Hey i know what makes the withdrawal failed. It seem to be a must for player to input a 64 character payment ID when making monero withdrawals. Can i suggest to FJ? Seem it is a must for payment ID, why don't your site prompt players to input the payment ID and do not allow withdrawals to be submitted without a payment id.

btw, withdrawal is solved but my first withdrawal of 1 XMR is still missing. =p

Hey thanks for the reply. I am very sure the XMR wallet address i entered is correct as i checked a few times prior to submitting the withdrawal request. If there is a legit Send request made for the 1 XMR, it will reflect on chainradar for the tx id. There is no TX ID provided and it says withdrawal Failed.

I feel better having your assurance that everything will be resolved. Hope for an answer soon. First time withdraw and was shocked by this issue.

I've never tried depositing or withdrawing any money from FJ using Monero.. I've never really used monero on any sites due to the fact that it is completely private and there's no real way of tracking transactions..

Did you make sure that you posted the correct address and or that other thing that you may need to add when transacting monero? I once deposited a few XMR to poloniex and they went missing and their support could not help me at all.

I guess the best thing you could do right now is just to wait for someone more technical that works on FJ to help you out, the missing 1XMR should probably show up in your wallet soon. The Live support can AFAIK not help with these issues, they can only pass it on to someone with more knowledge.

No need to worry though, I get it that you might get anxious considering it is a decent chunk of money but I've not seen a sinlge case where FJ has not paid out their customers (even if it has taken some time in some cases).
