Hi, dear Community,

As you may have read on the forum, there was a minor attack on our service recently, and some of the mostly outdated sources were stolen from our archives. We have been making a complete revision of the issue and can firmly state that sources are old and mean nothing for now.

However, the hacker is still speculating with data and tries to blackmail our company. Sadly for him and greatly for us, we have amazing news:

WE ARE LAUNCHING A NEW WEBSITE THIS WEEK.

THE IRRELEVANT DATA HACKER HAS TAKEN WILL BE EVEN MORE IRRELEVANT, AS NEW WEBSITE RUNS ON WHOLE NEW SOURCE.

We are currently running an investigation, involving several governmental officials in various European countries and also private companies specializing in the crime of this nature. We have decided to make final results of investigation transparent and report will also be posted on BTC TALK.

However, even we are in full control of this situation and can assure our players your funds and wallets are safe as always, we kindly recommend you to change passwords on your FJ accounts and set 2FA, to be sure that you are the only one that can access your account.

Our media advisors and experts believe that spite of our recent success motivated this attack. FortuneJack is successfully becoming a global brand, our visibility in a worldwide crypto community grows on a daily basis. We are stronger than ever; sadly this also attracts lots of envious and jealous eyes.

Cases like this only motivate us to continue moving forward and building an online casino that is created by players for players.

Best Regards,
Jack.

Hi Jack,

Great to hear that the site is secured and funds are safe. Do you mind to resolve my issues regarding delayed withdrawal of 70,000 USD for almost 5 days? A good part of the money are my deposits of BTC into FJ. A million thanks. Username: cryptonoter

Hi cryptonoter,

Sorry for the delay, due to this case we have been extremely careful on big withdrawals, to make sure all our players money is safe. I am aware of your case and can tell that you will have an update on your withdrawal request latest tomorrow this time.

Cheers.

I understand FJ security point of view. My withdrawal was not a big lump sum to begin with. It was a delayed of multiple withdrawals over time that ended up with this big amount. Nevertheless, I seek your kind assistance on this matter and I will continue to play on FJ. Looking forward to the new website. Also can I suggest that players can set specific wallet address for withdrawals? If there is a need to add a new withdrawal address then 2FA must be used. This might help to minimize risk for players that store huge funds in FJ. Thanks.

There is someone claiming to have hacked the whole FJ servers: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/fortunejackscam-2012443 He is saying he will release all code in public.

Normally I would think it's just some random upset player. But TBH it looks legit and very troubling for FJ and their players. Can FJ comment on this?

For FJ players, I would suggest at least changing passwords on other sites if you use the same password on FJ.

I assume the "live support spreading viruses" is related?
Legit? what makes you think it looks legit? the fake screenshots? the broken english? or perhaps the fact that the user wants people to contact him via PM probably to ask for BTC in exchange of the password to view the "database"? c'mon now, this looks like a lame attempt to either spread malware or scam people.
They are doing technical update probably because of these topics, so, if FJ is taking this seriously, why don't you take it seriously?
I would listen to NLNico's advice and change password just as precaution, hopefully David will come to say word or two about this whole situation, if not we will see what is going on in few hours.
On side note, is Lily new live support agent?

Even if the claim is not legit but at least NLNico suggests us to change password which is very good suggestion in order to prevent something bad (just in case what he think is true). We should be thankful because he remind us to do the best thing to do.
Lets wait for the representative of Fortunejack to comment or wait the update from "FortuneJackScam".

In my opinion, there are certain files in those screenshots that are indeed on the server and cannot be guessed. (To be clear: I am well aware of scraping/bruteforcing tools and I do not believe these would identify those files.)

Of course I have no idea what the goal of "FortuneJackScam" is. There is certainly a big chance they will try to scam someone and/or spread viruses, I would not trust them at all. But I do think they somehow had access to the FJ servers.

I'm a bit anxious to download the already published sources & servers. Anyone there could confirm the legitimacy? or does it have some sort of cheesy malwares?
IMHO, this could be 1. a serious thing 2. a mild scam on progress considering the person behind it even bought a domain just for this. (not some low ballers)

I would not suggest downloading it. It could be a malware or trojan with key stroke logger. Based on Saturday Trojan attachment, these people might be targeting your cryptocurrency wallets or it might end up be a ransomware. Either way, what the person shared seem legit after I pinged some of the folders and directory paths. Still waiting for someone from FJ to clearup and provide players with an update.

My withdrawal from the affiliate program is still in pending status since 3 days ago, any issues on the affiliate program as my previous withdrawal was less than 12 hours? I would not mind to wait if there is a big issue on it, but it will be good if there is an announcement of the issue or at least give us an update on what is going on.

Edit: Withdrawal from the site works instantly as usual though. So I guess it is an issue for the affiliate program.

My withdrawal from the site has been pending for over 4 days. No news up until now. All i know is they are doing some technical updates

While not understanding the logic behind that I will definitely be there on Wednesday and will try my luck.
Well, on Wednesday you need to roll 7 numbers in a row instead of 8.

I didn't know about this. Thanks! Now I definitely should be there on Wednesday. Rolling 7 of those numbers in a row instead of 8 is million times easier, if I'm not mistaken. Here's my best result so far:

I will give you 10% of the Jackpot in case I hit it. Smiley
What do you mean in case you hit it? Of course you will hit it.
Just kidding, you don't have to give me anything  Cheesy

Well, it wasn't absolutely unselfish promise tbh. I think if you had a share in my win this would be advantageous for me too because the gods helping you would be helping me also. Smiley So, whether you want it or not I'm determined to give you the 10%, and, as I said, it is not out of generosity. Smiley
Didn't know about that. If you need to roll 7 numbers on wednesday, this makes things a lot easier. I'll try my luck too.
Currently I am unable to login on FJ (forgot password) but I'll ask here: Can I exchange bitcoin in another currencies? Is withdraw free again?
And of course, does poker works or still in progress?

Poker on FJ is what I'm eagerly waiting for too. Unfortunately I wasn't registered on the site when poker was there but from what I can find by googling they had a really nice interface.

Hopefully they will return to it in the nearest future, and meanwhile the jackpot on FJ dice is 6.07 BTC. Smiley Good luck to all!

Hello, I want to ask one thing about your security.
English is not my main language. I'm sorry if you have difficulties to understand me.

On april 7 around 12:50 (server time), I got this message

https://image.ibb.co/esKhXH/bonus.jpg

The link was a small screen shot, 1.22kb. When I asked for bigger image, "BABAR" insisted to click the image & it downloaded a zip file. I extracted it, the icon was shortcut for image. But when I checked the property it was cmd.exe. I didn't click/open that file. I scanned with anti virus, nothing detected. After that, I had difficulties to load your website & your live chat has been disabled.

I have erased the file & the link also has been removed. I'm not IT guy.
Has your website been attacked?

Recent update from the site.

Due to the technical update Live Chat is temporarily unavailable. If you have any questions, please, feel free to contact Support Agents at [email protected] . Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused!

Checking out on the situation you posted, announcing winners or any btc win on chat isnt right at all. cmd.exe is a command prompt.
We dont know whats the reason of that odd message you recieve.

I also got such messages with a link from FJ support email. Clicking on it will result in a download. Luckily, my anti-virus detected it and blocked the download. here is the screenshot of the email sent by Ivys

Hi. Anyone having issues with withdrawals? I have over 70,000 USD worth of withdrawals stucked in pending for 4 days now. Support team kept telling me different reasons and different timeframe over the course of a few days. Live Chat is also not working anymore. Any FJ admin that can help assist?

To add on. I have deposited over 50,000 USD of BTC and XMR over the course of a week too. So I am really worried about this withdrawal.

This is not to discredit FJ. I have withdrew successfully from the casino previously. But this amount is bigger than usual and all of a sudden it gets stucked for no logical reasons. Please help

From what I know certain members of the team were taking this weekend off and perhaps there was something about this particular withdraw of yours that needed some extra attention from someone at top of the chain? (I've been in talks to them regarding implementing someone with maximum clearance that will work when they are not).

From what I know David will be back tomorrow, have you tried the support email?

Hopefully there won't be any issues, as you say you've been able to withdraw previously and I can't see why this would be any different..

Hi. I have tried the support email and as most of us understand - the support team has limited knowledge on what's going on and i was given different reasons and timeframe by 3 different support member. Because of the amount involved in both my deposits and withdrawals, i would really hope FJ admin can contact me here or via email to let me know what's going on. Especially, i just read on this forum about someone posted files and databases of FJ, which i am still dumbfounded about whatever happened for the past 1 week up until now.

I understand that XMR is having issues because of recent hard fork on 6th April. I was recommended by the chat team to use BTC to deposit and i deposited like 50K usd in total. Deposit has no issues and withdrawal is now stucked. As a honest supporter and player, i have genuine concerns on my funds. Hope everyone can understand that i am really worried
