Because if I'm not wrong once you change your withdrawal address you will receive an email to confirm for changing the address and it is done by a system not manually so you must get an email to confirm. But if your withdrawing money to your old address then you will not receive any email to confirm.

As I remember his issue was about like that his account was compromised and someone requested a withdrawal from his account to an address which is not his address. He said that he did not confirm the withdrawal because it was not his address but he said that the withdrawal was still being processed without his confirmation.
I think it is because the hacker was able to open his email as well to confirm the withdrawal. That's why he said that he did not confirm the withdrawal verification. I could be wrong, just saying a possibility based on what is happening.
Well if that's the case maybe the hacker itself can confirmed the said request, so far aside from being a campaigner I also played inside fj and
each time I requested to withdraw using another wallet add they usually send a confirmation email, just saving the conversation I also think
that after changing the team and david as a new rep here will be able to satisfied each players who have some complain and to proceed for
their business without any pending issue.
I bet their team hasn't changed, we only see their new representator here. Is this new feature to get confirm on email before withdrawing or did I forget about that? I only used one adress here one years ago and currently too.

Its already an old feature which they would really send email confirmation if you did request a withdrawal into a new address which you havent used before on withdrawing but if you do use your common address used since from the beginning then you wont really receive any email from them.Only FJ would able to answer on all of this if theres a breach to the account or just a mistake on inputting other address.

That is really a good feature that FortuneJack have it is a nice added feature that provides safety to all members of the FortuneJack community unfortunately his case was different as to maybe his email was also compromise. That is why when I am creating an account the password will always be different from my email also I wouldn't provide too much information lile giving easy security questions to recover my account.

It was entirely my fault for not checking, a mistake I won't make again. I'm having a bit of an issue with my most recent  withdrawal though, it has been pending for the past 6 hours or so and doesn't even appear as unconfirmed to the address I withdrew to. The amount is not too significant either, so I'm not sure what the hold up is? I withdrew a similar amount of LTC a few days ago with no delay. How long should I expect to wait?

Indeed, I have my withdrawal being delayed too, when  I inquire, it is due to different IP issue.  But for sure they will email us for the confirmation of the withdrawal if they found any unusual stuff on the withdrawal. But once cleared, they will release the fund.

Yeah, I know usually they will always do this thing in a professional way but there is only few times that I will get it under 24 hours, mostly will more than 48 hours. And btw deposit is as always as fast, so what do you expect here? I hope that after they change some staff, it will be good and faster in every way

I should note that the withdrawal has since been processed. I contacted support about it and was told I needed to respond to an email they had sent me. I had received no emails for FJ since the time I made the withdrawal, so I asked them to resend it and they did. It simply asked me to confirm the withdrawal because my IP had changed recently. While I'm happy they have this system in place, I'm not quite sure why I didn't receive the initial email in the first place.

To be fair, this is the only withdrawal I've had that has been delayed, which is why I was surprised. I made another one today that was instant, so I have no complaints. As for the signature wearers, you can't blame them for being positive, they're getting paid .035 BTC a week  Cheesy
BTCevo spent so much time in this topic with this account and his alt account it makes me wonder how he missed our discussion about "status pending" and "status failed" and "email verification" and how many times it was mentioned. If he reads this topic as he has read/replied to my post when actmyname has found his alt account it doesn't surprise me at all.
I used word "usually" in my previous post, which is something he also missed, I think almost every one of us(signature wearers) experienced status pending at some point. I am sure if he use search button he will see that we actually posted that in this thread. People usually see only what they want to see.

Just to add up. 0.035/Week is too much. You are not updated man coz it is just only 0.01/week now  Cool. I cant deny the fact that delays regarding on withdrawal is there but not really a big issue thinking of that there would be some factors affecting that delay.Their support is approachable anytime if you do have complaints then you can send anytime a ticket. Somehow someone got into my FortuneJack account two days prior to my last login and took my loss back on dice and then cashed out .003btc.   They were able to change my email address and I can’t even do that when I go to my preferences.   The message showing my email had changed was in my inbox on FortuneJack and it was sent to me when’s i logged in.


I found this email in my junk folder unread: “Greetings, dear user.
 
We are contacting you regarding your latest withdrawal.
It was delayed by our system for security reasons as your account credentials (Withdrawal IP or Wallet Number) are different from your usual credentials.
 
Please confirm that you were the person who made a withdrawal and your transaction will be processed right away !”

So I don’t know how they were able to convince someone to let them withdraw and change the email all at the same time.   I asked live chat and they didn’t reply at all even after sending screenshots of the emails, etc.

It looks like they have a ton of funds collected but I may be reading it wrong.  They had to use a low fee so the TX is still pending from the ninth when the did it.    Don’t suppose any admin at FortuneJack could double spend it with a good TX fee to get the funds back to me?

Yeah, someone is stealing from fortunejack users and I think it is someone internal.   


I received a reply again from support on withdraw times.  The withdraw on my account was seen on the Blockchain eitin less than 7 hours after the withdraw request was made.  The reply below even says it was over 24 hours before they did a “second check” but they didn’t even wait half of that time before sending the withdraw to an IP that wasn’t a normally used and without a reply from the account owner email:


“Additional check is made in case we do not receive an answer within 24 hours. Your withdrawal request was approved after the second security check had been made.


In general, if within 72 hours no additional security checks have confirmed the transaction, the transaction is being automatically cancelled.

I finally heard back from support on my withdraw that wasn’t me.  The email said:

“Max here.

I would like to inform you that due to lack of response within the set time period our security team has moved to authorization step 2 and further investigated the details of said withdrawal based on which - has confirmed that the IP from which withdrawal was initiated has been detected multiple times previously starting from initial registration of your account.“

Which sounds off to me but may be true.  I asked for the time limit between sending and mail to the account holder and processing without a reply is.   I doubt the IP really did match because it was more than four years ago when I signed up and everything from the city I live in to my ISP, cell provider, job, wife, etc has changed.  I asked him to send me the IP I signed up from/also used to withdraw and I would see if it was the IP I had on the 9th of January.



Thats quiet odd if ISP is already changed since 4 years ago was long time already but as they investigated withdrawal made by that ip is the same on what being used since from the beginning. For now if you do request on which ip that they do mean then just wait up for them so that you can able to have the comparison or familiarization regarding on that ip.
