Just a little suggestion, probably if there will be another contest like this. It will be much more better to announce it few days before the event starts so it will get more participants.

I believe it was posted around 10 hours before the game started, which is a decent time IMO but yeah I get what you mean Smiley. FJ is not really a sportsbook though so I can imagine this was just a last minute thing.

Looking at the results I don't think anyone even came to close to being right Cheesy, the final score was 41-33 in favor of the Eagles, not something a lot of people had thought to be possible!

Not an issue for me, the support staff sometimes doesnt know because the tech team is handling it but in the end they always deliver their promise. Yes it takes some time for them but so far they have delivered every promise . They dont need better training , they just need more people to handle it thats all
I dont think so which they dont really need even more people on handling sites issues. They can still able resolve on possible issues occur ahead.

Maybe but they are really one of the biggest site right now so extra few people handling the stuff wont hurt them. Sometimes it is much slower than what you expected probably because of the busy hour so hiring more people could be better

Yes they are actually on of the biggest on this gambling industry but adding more people would entirely depending on their decision. If their support can still handle it up then theres no need to add up and talking adding more people would be adding to expenses which would really decrease on profits and as a business we would really minimized that thing no matter what.They are still capable in terms with their support.

For now, their support team is quite good, so like you said, to increase another person just to make it better is good but of course they need more budget to get person but as long as they can still manage things well and still good enough on managing their support, I think that is no need for another person to fill their support team

That guys is really lucky, I have not won a single luckyjack ever since.  I tried to claim it when I login and boom... site said to try again Sad .  So I keep on logging in and try to claim that luckyjack slot hopefully I would be the chosen to claim that prize one day.  Though I did not question the randomness of the pick of that luckyjack.  I believe it is all random.  There is no point of FJ fixing that log in bonus event. A better training like?  I had been using FJ for more than a year now.  I had some delayed withdrawals but for me support are working as it is.  They are very prompt on answering the queries and they deliver whenever they said that it will be processed once their support technical team are online.   Aside from that, I have no issue with their system. I do not know about your experience, care to elaborate yours?
At what part do you want them to improve? I mean their live support works 24/7 and replies are always fast. And based from my personal experience the support always give the best answers for their members. Now I am assuming that you didn't like their answer or the problem will take a while to be solve, but for you to understand it is out of their power as they are only customer service and certain problems go to certain departments of FortuneJack so you must understand that patience is what you need during those times.

Support teams are not technically strong and this is common in all gambling sites. So if we ask something which they can't answer then they have to refer to the right person to solve our issue.  It may take some time but at the end, whether issues are resolved or not important.
