As I stated on the other forum, Mr. Luck does not smile on me this time.  I did not completed the wagering requirement and lost all the funds (got some but can't be used to bet since it does not meet the minimum)  .  But I am happy that I am able to play my favorite slot games without even spending my own money and wager.  Though the first 20 spins is sure a good run since I got 3 10 free spins (I am playing Rango) but I fell short when losing streak hit me.

Just wanted to post my review here.

I made an account at FJ a while ago but didn't start playing here until about a month ago. After a few deposits, I got an email about 50 free spins with my next deposit. I contacted support to make sure I'd be able to use the spins in the US and they said I could and it would not be a problem at all. After depositing, the free spins game wouldn't load I found out that I couldn't use the spins due to my location. When I contacted support, they told me I needed to be using a VPN.

I am not too familiar with vpns and was not happy that they did not tell me this when I asked before making the deposit. I was also a bit hesitant to try and use a vpn out of fear that fraud warnings would come up if I went to make a withdrawal. I asked them if there was any solution outside using a VPN (since the agent I talked to before I deposited did not tell me about this) and they told me to contact [email protected] and that I would get an answer soon. They said max usually replies within hours but it may take a few days. This was about 3-4 weeks ago. I never got a reply (I contacted live support in the meantime and they told me that they would remind max to reply but it never happened).

While I was waiting for the reply that never came, the 50 bonus spins expired (I think within 2 days) so I had no bonus spins and no solution on my complaint. I ended up contacting chat again yesterday, assuming that I would never get a reply from max, and they told me that the most they could credit me with is 15 spins and that I should have just googled how to use a vpn in the first place. After unsuccessfully trying to get them to credit me the full 50 spins, I told them to go ahead and credit the 15 as it seemed to be all that they would do. I won about $8 or $9 worth of btc on the free spins but was not able to meet the playthrough requirements.

Overall, I do really like the slot game selection at FJ and love how you can use many different currencies on the site. However, I am not sure if I will end up making any more deposits on the site given my experience with customer service. Not a bad idea which FJ do should really have their own official chat group which it could really would really build up a good community and when it comes to complaints or concerns they can easily reach out and can be read up instead on sending a support ticket they can add up or chat up directly on their suggestions and concern.

Its a good way of advertising while you can earn some bucks as well  , good move if you ask me.
I think you should start to build a good community among your players as well through telegram channel or slack or maybe fortunejack forum. I think those will help both you and your players to communicate faster/easier than using ticket support or through this forum.
Indeed you will need some staffs to handle the channels unless you can handle it by yourself.

Not only for bitcoin cash supports because recently we need to spend so much money on bitcoin transactions and need to wait for so long to get confirmation. So if gambling site adds more and more altcoin then it can attract many more gamblers to the site. Fortunejack has done a good thing to include bitcoin cash as an altcoin to gamble. I still got some of my free bitcoin cash will try my luck soon with those coins.

Super disappointed with FortuneJack right now! I deposited... not much ($40) give or take only to learn that Endorphina games are down!! Why was an email not sent out to players? I have heard around that they have been down almost all week (-_-) Endorphina slots are currently one of the only providers allowing players to play with a minimum bet of 0.001 a line instead of the standard 0.01 which trust me makes a HUGE difference with the price Bitcoin is currently at. Great news for bitcoincash supporters.
It is good that FJ is adding more altcoins(8 now + bitcoin), it would be cool if players could exchange some of them directly on site 

Solves the problem of people sending bitcoins to their Fortune Jack accounts, although it's bitcoin cash and not really bitcoins.

Still cool indeed to see that altcoins are being further implemented as bitcoins are really getting out of hand due to the crazy fees nowadays.
