@buwaytress this season was a peculiar one because Liverpool player’s were not scoring earlier yet they rallied and managed to finish in a top 5th spot further Tottenham player’s who were selected also let me down by their poor performances.
Liverpool will be more dangerous if they succeed to avoid many injuries on their players. They must work harder with their medical staffs in the summer as I think something are wrong with their medical care and training for their players.With a new position for Trent Alex Arnold, Klopp actually reduces weakness of Liverpool in defense and increase their danger in attacking. It is interesting to see John Stones in Manchester City and Trent in Liverpool are changing their positions on field.
Trust me, I know my team haha. But it's not like we haven't been here before. Two seasons ago we also rallied in the last stretch. If we win the next game, we actually will get 24 points from our last 30, we needed 26 in the 2021 season to sneak into Champions League (and reached the final).
It wasn't 100% injuries this time, our midfield was just below par -- Fabinho played enough games. More like fatigue from our quadruple-chasing season.
A hard reset, and clearing out an aging midfield. I hope we get that next season.
