^  Lol yeah..  I don't follow the EPL much lately.  I just look at the likely winning club's most likely starting 11, check who the guys at the front and the midfield ade for the past couple of matches, check who's injured then make my pick.  It really comes down to luck if you hit all 7 of them.  But the Majestic 7 is free to play with a chance of winning 10k.  So it'll always be +EV no matter what.  But maybe I shouldn't be sharing my picks before that first match starts as a couple of guys could tail you making you share the winnings and make the game slightly less +EV.  Lol.  I don't take it seriously tho...  Kinda...  Maybe...  Winning 10k would be sweet!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Your time at Majestic 7 has finally come.

This is the week, lol.

That's exactly how I feel every week...  Until the matches start and I get slightly disappointed.  Not sure why I get disappointed as I def know hitting the 10k is a long shot or why I'm even hopeful in the first place.  Cheesy

Anyway here are my picks for this weekend's Majestic 7.  It's just all the usual suspects.  Nothing creative.

Isak
Bamford
Watkins
Toney
Kane
Havertz
Martinelli

Hit it one tiiime!  I promise to be good if I do!  Grin

@tokeweed looks like your prayers were heard, as Isak scored goals to help Newcastle win and keep their hopes of finishing in the top 4 alive. Also I too feel that Kane and Havertz will score, but for the rest I don’t follow them all so can’t comment much on them but with the start you have maybe this is finally going to be the week where you win the big price  Grin.

Don't worry, friends, everything will be fine if USDC has recovered its value and don't worry, FJ has been here for a long time and has earned good trust from the forum community.
This is not your fault nor is it FJ fault, it's just that there is currently a problem with the USDC rate.
Try to be patient for some time and I hope your problem is resolved soon
The downtrodden nature of USDC made FJ to remove it, we all know that FJ is a business firm and anything that would make it not to progress in the business will be suspended. Since USDC is a stable coin one needs to be careful before you lust all the Investment there. As it is said by others, FJ will add USDC up again once the coin gain ground again. So if you had money can move to Binance and withdraw it there. Or if you can be patient till they add it again.
I understand the hurry because there was a lot of issues with it but so far it looks like it is not doing that bad neither. Looking at USDC (even though it hit 91 cents and lower at some point), it is back at close to 1 dollar again and recovered already.

This is mainly because there wasn't anything wrong with it, the profits the Circle company had was gone but they had enough money to cover ALL of the coins and that is why there was no price loss in the end, in fact so much so that they made some profit considering people were willingly giving it back for cheaper. In the end I can understand the worry because this is crypto but it wasn't needed apparently.

-
Exactly. The decision made on our end was sorely based on avoiding the possible risks of the users who held USDC on their accounts at FJ.

Just to emphasize it once again for the community, no matter what happens in the crypto market, we'll always make sure to reduce the risks involved in the payment systems on our user's ends.

The perfect ending for this would be that we are still in the most volatile niche, the human being has ever seen.

Thanks ampera, indeed, this is my week and I went back to some old favourites (Kane, Saka, Watkins) and some picks I don't normally make (Havertz?).

Just to mention, it seems hard to view older Matchday results on the pulldown menu. I can only go to Matchday 25, and that's after adjusting the zoom on my browser. No biggie, just thought to mention it looks like a new display bug.

Nice promo, ampera. Been a while since I flexed on casino wager, but I'm too busy with sports betting these days (and even that's a pale shadow of the activity I used to have).

Anyone feel good about this week's MajSev? Most of the prolific teams are in on the list, and teams like Liverpool are on the rise. Salah? Nunez? Gakpo? Damn =D

Seems like FortuneJack has temporarily delisted USDC. There is a reason for doing it. USDC is known as stable coin. But USDC has lost it's stability for the recent collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. The support is referring to the tweet of binance to make you aware of the situation. Perhaps, you have to wait until USDC regain it's stability.
Check this article if you aren't aware of the SVB's collapse: Binance, Coinbase suspend USDC conversions after Silicon Valley Bank collapse

I am aware of that, and I understand w h e n they suspended USDC. But they might not have suspended it. As a normal platform they could have let me withdraw and then it would have been up to me to exchange USDC at a 10% discount, or wait for it to recover or wait for the USDC scam. But as it was, they took the choice and that's all - that's what angered me.

Most of the holders want's to make their money safe and I guess FortuneJack knows that there would be a massive USDC withdrawals in their platform that's why they halt all of the deposit and withdrawal transactions of USDC in their platform. I understand that they need to act fast but it would be better to give a warning to their gamblers that they will have a halt in USDC transactions. This could happen again in any crypto platform including Fortunejack. Though I doubt that this will affect their reputation.
If Fortune Jack still proceed withdrawals in other payment methods fine, the halt in USDT won't be a big matter. It is a good temporary solution to prevent exploitation on the platform in chaotic time with that stable coin. When a crisis is cool down, USDC is confirmed as fine again, they can open withdrawal again. It's not a big deal for Fortune Jack and somehow will be better for their users as well as for USDC too.

Bankrun when occurs is terrible and unstoppable that will trigger a death spiral like Terra, FTX exchange and some banks in the USA. recent days (I don't imply about Fortune Jack)

There, you understand it very clearly! It would be right to give clients the choice to withdraw funds (not necessarily to Binance and Coinbase) and decide whether to sell out at a discount or wait for what happens next. I don't have much money on FJ, but the very fact of such an attitude did not please me. I came to this thread hoping to see a coherent explanation of the situation from FJ.

I too understand point of view but they have suspended the USDC transactions so you can't withdraw or deposit it. If it was that they only suspended the gamblers from gambling with USDC, then it would have been a different case.

Anyhow, I see that USDC is now recovered to 0.98 and it is a fast recovery. I hope it will again peg to one dollar and hopefully fortunejack resume the transactions.

I cannot deny the fact that people whose USDC balance gone will be worried  especially when scam of casinos happen everywhere.  Fortunejack should have given a notification email to its users about the temporary suspension of USDC and at the same time should have given a noticed that due to the suspension, their USDC balance won't reflect.  The way fortunejack tackle the USDC issue is somehow unprofessional even though we know that this Casino is proven to be reputable.

This action made lots of USDC holder worried, and I believe FJ should at least make-up for the fuss created by the sudden suspension of USDC that cost a lot of worry from its user as compensation for the abrupt action of their management when all things is back to normal.

Here's the thing about Majestic 7 tho, it's freerolling a chance to win 10k which really should be or is +EV.  No matter how the odds are stacked against you, as long as the outlay is 0, you have nothing to lose and everything to win.  So it's an auto join for as long as they keep it up every match day of every season.

I've been pushing for something like this but for MMA...  I think with how the UFC is becoming more popular, some books could make their own Majestic 7 type freeroll to get everybody's attention.

It's +EV, no question! Anyone who needs explaining for that... the explanation's wasted on them.

You do know there is something similar for MMA on another book at this forum, though, right? I play it every time there's an event. Even managed to knock down some freebets there too. Picking the winner, though, rather than a scorer.

For you, how would a MajSev look like for MMA though? It'd have to be a count on something rare like a goal.

The Multi Master, yeah...  I meant a real facility in a sports betting site's website where we can make our picks just like FJ's Majestic 7.

As for how it would look like, I'd make it a full event prediction contest that picks not just the winner but the method of victory too...  If it's via KO/TKO, via submission or via decision.  It's not as easy as it looks to get more than 50% of winners and the method of victory right every week.

Felt good with this round of Majestic 7 until I saw Bournemouth scoring a goal in against Liverpool first before HT.  I'm like 'ah it's one of those days.'.  Now I feel like my pick for the match, Salah, isn't getting one in.  Lol.

The best result I had this season is 4 right picks just last week.  Lol.  When was the last time somebody won 10k?  I think it was at the first month of last season.

Yeah, and Salah missing the penalty, which doesn't happen often. Not that it matters, I had Nunez on. Saw you had Felix, too bad his goal got chalked off.

Last winner? First game of the season actually... and IIRC might even be the season before last! Time is a blur for me, and MajSev is not my thang anymore (if it ever was, I do recall many freebets before).

No one warned anyone I think. Well now there is already a banner on the website that operations with USDC have been suspended. Yes, not much, I was more outraged by the lack of choice and the reference to Binance which should not be directly related to FJ's decision.

Just calm down I believe everything will be fixed and return to normal.  FJ had been here for a long time and has proven itself multiple times to be a reputable platform so I believe your funds will be fine.  If they disable USDC permanently I am sure that they will make a way for those USDC holders to get their funds in another form of cryptocurrency.
FortuneJack is legit and they are not stealing your funds but I must admit I don't like how they handled it if everything you said is true. I understand that USDC is in problems due to well known factors and I also understand that FJ doesn't want to do anything with USDC at the moment. However it would be much better if they stopped all business with USDC except for withdrawals.

Now I don't believe USDC is gonna go to 0 like some other stable coins in the past but if I had money in USDC there I wouldn't be happy either. For instance you have 1000$ in USDC, you withdraw it meditatively and exchange it to USDT and now have 900$ in USDT but feel much safer. In situation like this you can't do anything but wait and see what will happen. Which is something that does not sit well with crypto educated users who like to be in charge of their fate.

@FortuneJack
I am not aware of your inner workings obviously but I don't see how the situation with USDC is actually bad or risky for your business. Why not allow people to use it? It is their problem if it drops further. Same as for BTC, you are not stopping BTC when it goes up or down with large margins. Why not just let people gamble with USDC regardless of its current price? I feel like this move is putting you more at risk than doing nothing.
