I don't think fortunejack is cheating you or anyone else in their luckyjack. I am also one of the user there trying almost everyday but I had never won there and even can't see my name on winner list when I don't claim. I think its just your bad luck and co-incidence that you didn't claim your prize.

I dont think FJ is cheating on you on the luckyjack, it was just your unlucky day. I tried almost everyday but never get my name on the list and I have ever skipped it for a week without hitting the luck button but still I did not see my name on the list for a week. So its all about luck..

I have found a bug in softswiss slots, it is impossible to raise bet value but i figured out if players click on max bet they can lower bet value. So, "+" button is not working but "-" button is working (thanks FJ for bug bounty Cheesy

What exactly you don't understand? FJC is fake currency to try out games for free before you deposit real currencies like BTC,LTC etc... if you have any question/games you don't understand then you can always ask for help here/live support.
